Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drehverschluß für die Auslauföffnung im Boden eines metallurgischen Gefäßes. Um einen solchen Drehverschluß dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß der Zutritt von mit der Schmelze reagierenden Gasen mit möglichst geringem Aufwand verhindert wird, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß an den zueinander zugewandten Stirnseiten des Auslaufsteins (1) und des Ausgußteils (2) an dem Auslaufstein (1) eine obere Verschlußplatte (3) bzw. an dem Ausgußteil (2) eine untere Verschlußplatte (4) vorgesehen sind, und wobei die obere Verschlußplatte (3) mit mindestens zwei Durchtrittsöffnungen für mindestens zwei zur Drehachse parallel verlaufende Gießkanäle (7, 8) im Auslaufstein (1) und die untere Verschlußplatte (4) mit mindestens einer Durchtrittsöffnung für mindestens einen Gießkanal (6) im Ausgußteil versehen sind.
