Claims (4)
- Procédé de fabrication de caches (20) de lumière directe pour projecteurs de véhicules automobiles ou analogues, chaque cache étant réalisé en verre moulé, possédant un collet de montage et comportant au moins sur l'une de ses surfaces un revêtement opaque (24), procédé caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) on moule une pièce d'un seul tenant (10, 20) comportant un ensemble de caches (20) solidarisés par une plaque commune (10),b) on découpe les caches (20) à partir de la plaque commune selon une trajectoire de découpage s'étendant dans ladite plaque commune à distance desdits caches, de manière à ce que la matière de la plaque restant solidaire de chaque cache définisse un collet de montage associé à celui-ci, etc) on applique sur les caches un revêtement opaque (24) avant ou après l'étape b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de découpage est effectuée par jet d'eau sous haute pression.
- Projecteur de véhicule automobile comprenant un miroir (2), une lampe (3) montée dans le fond du miroir et une glace (4), ainsi qu'un cache (20) de lumière directe prévu en avant de la lampe et réalisé en verre moulé et comportant sur au moins l'une de ses faces un revêtement opaque (24), le cache comprenant un fût (21) et un sommet généralement hémisphérique (22), projecteur caractérisé en ce que le cache de lumière directe possède un collet de retenue (23) à l'extrémité opposée audit sommet, en ce que le projecteur comprend une bague métallique (30) de support du cache, cette bague comportant des moyens (30a) de retenue du collet (23) du cache, et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de solidarisation de la bague au miroir à distance du fond de celui-ci, de manière à laisser entre eux un espace libre de passage de la lumière de la lampe (3) vers le miroir (2).
- Projecteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de solidarisation opèrent entre la bague (30) et un porte-lampe (40).
