Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caracté- risé en ce que les moyens de blocage comprennent un manchon (6) interposé entre 1'arbre (1) et le corps (2), ce manchon (6) comportant des premiers et des seconds moyens d'accouplement (6a,6b) adaptés pour coopérer avec des premiers et des seconds moyens complémentaires (la,2a) de l'arbre (1) et du corps (2) respectivement, et permet¬ tant un déplacement axial du manchon (6) par le mécanisme de verrouillage (5;62,65) entre la position active dans laquelle les premiers et seconds moyens d'accouplement coopèrent avec les moyens complémentaires correspondants du corps et de l'arbre, pour bloquer l'arbre en rotation dans le corps, et la position escamotée dans laquelle les premiers et/ou les seconds moyens d'accouplement sont débrayés des moyens complémentaires correspondants et en ce que les moyens de condamnation comprennent des moyens d'immobilisation (30;40;50;70) axiale du manchon (6) en 20 position active dans le corps, déplaçables entre une position escamotée et une position active d'immobilisation du manchon (6) lors du forcement du mécanisme de verrouil¬ lage. 3.
