- FIG. 5 Another embodiment of the attachment is in Fig. 5 shown.
- This shows two on one cheek 1b Rows of rungs, namely a first row of rungs 6 and a second row of rungs 22.
- the interposed Chair element 27, e.g. a spar of an armrest points to Depth adjustment compared to the cheeks several transverse grooves 23 on the top or 26 on the Underside, which are arranged in the same grid, however offset so that the distance between the two Rows 6 and 12 are taken into account.
- the strength of the spar or of the element 27 is less than the distance between two Adjacent rungs of the two are offset in height arranged rows of rungs. The height offset is like this chosen that when the element is engaged this approximately runs horizontally.
- a special feature is the element 27 behind the rung 6 'an approach 28 with which the rung engages behind becomes.
- the inclined position of the element 27 when inserting is shown in dashed lines and shows that this is introduced at an angle. Then it will Lowered front part and is in a horizontal position given.
- a fastening wedge 29, e.g. one made of plastic, on the surface put on and between the rung 22 and the surface of the element 27 are interposed.
- This elastic Wedge 29 is designed so that it is on the one hand under the Rung 22 slides and on the other hand the rung in it is fixed so that loosening by an infant is not is possible.
- FIG. 6 Another very simple solution is shown in FIG. 6 shown.
- the cheek 1b has only one row of rungs 6 on.
- Wedges 31 and 32 inserted, as from the Figure shown, a total of four rungs, two upper and two lower, so that the Torque generated when seated on element 30 arises, is transferred to several rungs and thus this construction also withstands the highest loads.
- the side of the surface of the Approaches 36 emerging from element 23 may be provided, which engage on the end faces 35 of the cheek.
- This Approaches can also be provided adjustable, i.e. if a depth change position of the element 23 the stop 36 can be brought forward will. Then it is necessary to ensure that at least the wedge 31 is inserted, the Abutment is formed by the approach 36. But it is also possible that instead of the wedge provided in insert a correspondingly positioned hole, also another approach on the back of the cheek 1b be provided adjacent to the side of the element 30 can, so that by two such approaches a fixation in is possible in the same way. By tilting the In this case too, cheek 1b becomes a secure hold guaranteed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a height adjustable Chair with an obliquely rising backwards attached the lower ends to a base and towards the top a side back Cheeks, between which elements forming a seat in different heights, according to the size of the Seat occupants are releasably attachable.
Such a height-adjustable chair is from the DE 74 15 418 U known. With the chair specified in it are in the diagonally from front to back and up extending cheeks transverse grooves parallel to each other and brought to the stand in the one Width-adapted seat element and a foot element in different heights can be inserted. In the respective depth position these elements locked. The chair elements are against each other interchangeable or only a single part can be used. In the upper area, shortly before the end of the two cheeks, a backrest is rigidly interposed. It serves as transverse connecting part. To make one Cross stability is another connection part in approximately provided in the middle of the cheeks and below.
To adjust the height of the seat or foot elements of the Chairs require that they be horizontal be introduced. It has been shown that the The elements do not always insert the congruent grooves can be found immediately, but accidentally the item also in a higher one compared to the groove in one cheek or lower groove of the second cheek is inserted, so that the seat part is inserted crookedly and again pulled out and reintroduced. Further there is no lumbar support in the backrest if for example, the chair is adapted for a larger child should be because there is only one backrest in the upper area provided as a connecting element between the cheeks is. It has also been shown that with heavy loads, for example when using one Height-adjustable chair as an adult chair that is seated or Bend the foot elements so far that they are out the relatively low depth grooves slip out.
Based on the stated state of the art Invention the task of a chair Generic type so that it is stable in itself is that the lumbar support of the backrest automatically the height adjustment grows with or decreases and that in a simple way except the seat and foot elements also other elements, such as armrests or Play equipment to which chair can be attached, without special fastenings being provided for this.
The invention solves the problem by the in claim 1 specified technical teaching.
Advantageous developments of the invention are in the Subclaims specified in detail.
The essence of the invention is through transverse rungs of at least one row of rungs a stable base construction between the two cheeks of the chair and the in these rungs different height positions between them secure elements of the chair to be inserted, taking due to the inclination of the cheeks different, in possible solutions of the subclaims Attachment result. For example, it is possible in the side end faces of the rows of holes to provide, can be inserted into the bolts that come from the Protrude from the front and at least on the front of the cheeks while the rear attachment of the Element on the rung on which the element rests, in the same way by one reaching behind the cheek Stop or through an inserted in a recess, the wedge engaging behind the rung can be secured. With this arrangement, it is possible in a simple manner using the rung as a support rung that Adjust the element in different depth positions.
However, this presupposes that the strength of the Element, e.g. of the seat element is so large that it can be inserted between two neighboring rungs, on the other hand it does not have too much play with it a secure hold when resting on a rung is guaranteed.
It can be seen that with a continuous arrangement of the Rungs over the entire adjustment range up to the top of the cheeks the rungs at the same time the Backrest can form and even if this only a lumbar support are provided in the adjustment area in addition to a possibly provided backrest part form, unless the backrest part by the Sprouts itself is formed. The child or even that adult person, can turn into an extraordinary stable chair that always has a lumbar support in everyone offers adjustment.
Such height-adjustable chairs are primarily used as Children's chairs used to adjust, e.g. to everyone Table height, to allow. Is on the Armrest part of such a children's chair a game table, this is the case when adapting to a normal table height cumbersome. The invention also sees a solution to this unless a fixed armrest is attached to the cheeks is equal in that the spar forming the armrests is designed like the other elements and on the Rungs, e.g. by wedges, which is why Spars that form the armrest parts, removable or but relative in depth to the cheeks are adjustable. Such an armrest arrangement can for example, consist of a bracket on which a Game table can be assembled. This bracket can then on the rungs also between the cheeks on the Fastened inside and in depth be adjusted. When attaching to a table is the Removable game table so that the toddler for example can sit at the height of the adult table. The Rung shape also offers the possibility, e.g. Play objects on these in a simple way fasten, for which purpose a side rail between two neighboring spars are inserted and e.g. through the Fastening elements spanning the end faces of the cheeks is fixed on the cheeks, so that play attachments are firm are mounted without it being more complex Fasteners, such as screws, are required.
Due to the rung construction is beyond ensured that surface elements of the chair, e.g. the Seat or footrest, across the entire width rest on a rung or rest on one, depending on the embodiment, and thus ensures that a power distribution possible on the one hand and on the other hand, bending in the fastening area not possible. Furthermore, the height adjustable Chair also as a small chair for toddlers, so as pure children's chair or as a high chair for toddlers or used as an adult chair if necessary , because it has a high stability to also the higher mechanical requirements due to the weight to be able to withstand an adult. It goes without saying it goes without saying that the cheeks on the base are so closed are attached and if necessary by supporting elements in front of or behind the cheeks need to be reinforced to this To meet requirements also in the fastening area, the base at least long at the side Should have foot elements that the seat elements in front area and the backrest part in the rear Survive the area so that it is also safe to tip over is given if the chair is a high chair is trained. That the side uprights forming parts must be firmly connected to each other, also goes without saying and is in itself sufficient from the publication mentioned at the beginning known.
The embodiments set out in the subclaims are self-explanatory, so that on is referred.

ausgebildet. Die beiden Wangen sind also fest miteinander
verbunden.
In Fig. 1 a high chair is shown, which in
essentially from two parallel cheeks 1a and 1b
exists on a
stabiles Element bildet. In der Stützwand ist eine
Gewindebohrung 37 vorgesehen, beispielsweise in Form
The attachment of the
Sitzelement zukommt.4 shows another embodiment,
in which the
Eine weitere Ausführungsform der Befestigung ist in
Fig. 5 dargestellt.
Another embodiment of the attachment is in
Fig. 5 shown. This shows two on one cheek 1b
Rows of rungs, namely a first row of
A special feature is the
Abbildung ersichtlich, insgesamt vier Sprossen, zwei
Another very simple solution is shown in FIG. 6
shown. The cheek 1b has only one row of
