Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a technical belt from a multilayer, in particular two-layer, textile fabric according to the generic term of Claim 1, and a technical belt according to the preamble of Claim 7.

Such a belt made of an air-permeable textile fabric is manufactured in variable lengths (e.g. 150 m) and used to fluidize dusty goods. The the Lateral ridges forming fabric edges serve as clamping stops in the fluidization device and must largely be dimensionally stable, thus permanent, secure clamping is guaranteed. Such technical belts are known and are known by the applicant under the name "FLUITEX" distributed.

In the known belt, the beads of the pair of beads are on Edge of the fabric is formed. The height and width of each individual bead and the total width of each Belts are specified by the user. The belt will then on site according to the section length used cut off.

Because of the different belt widths of the individual users required, each individual belt must be in the required Woven wide. For every other width the Loom to be converted, which is time and labor consuming is.

From DE-A 15 35 330 is known a large fabric web To produce width and this by suitable cutting devices to divide into belt webs of the desired size. Here are the belt widths in the fabric web Edges formed, the one for separating the fabric web cut the edge required in webbing between adjacent belt webs. The cut thus divides the one formed between the adjacent belt webs wider margin.

From FR-A 2 670 373, which is the closest prior art is considered, a shoulder strap is known, which consists of inner threads and an outer shell. The Carrying strap is manufactured as a one-piece end product and does not show any bulges that stand out from the fabric surface for the physical limitation of the belt width. Also in the belt described in FR-A 2 361 299 has no thickened Edge trained.

The invention has for its object a rational Process for manufacturing a textile technical belt changing width with lateral, in the warp direction, the fabric edges forming dimensionally stable beads and a to indicate the appropriate belt.

The object is achieved according to the features of the claim 1 or 7 solved.

With the method according to the invention it is possible to Utilization of the full loom width several air permeable textile belts of different widths at the same time to weave as a common fabric web. The specific Dimensions of the user are determined by the location and the Number of filling warp threads taken into account, the distance the beads of a pair of beads the width of the one to be manufactured textile belt determined. The fabric web is then in the longitudinal direction between the beads adjacent Bead pairs cut, creating a multitude of individual Belts is generated. The arrangement of the bead-forming Filling warp threads between the fabric layers ensures a full integration into the tissue, depending on the number and thickness of the filling warp threads a bulge on the top and / or the underside of the fabric is possible.

The beads of adjacent pairs of beads are spaced a short distance apart arranged side by side, being in the narrow tissue section between the beads of adjacent pairs of beads the fabric web to form the individual technical belts is cut up. During the cutting process or afterwards the cut edges are sealed, the Bead injured neither when cutting nor when sealing becomes. This ensures high dimensional accuracy of the bead woven into the fabric of the textile belt. The bead-forming woven in between the fabric layers Filling warp threads ensure due to their tight integration in the tissue a high dimensional stability of the beads, the does not subside even under high clamping forces. The Technical belt can be fixed over a long period of operation in the clamping device of the fluidization device be fixed.

A bundle of is preferred to form a bead Filled warp threads, which are appropriately arranged irregularly be, whereby a stable training of the Bead results.

In a further development of the invention, the fill warp threads through the binding chain joining the fabric layers across fixed to the longitudinal direction of the fabric web. The one for separation the separating cut required between the woven fabric web the beads of adjacent pairs of beads occur in particular between the sections of the filling warp threads that fix the Binding chain.

2 shows, across the width B of the fabric web 1 in the longitudinal direction 22 pairs of beads 2-2a; 3-3a; 4-4a arranged. Each pair of beads consists of two beads 2, 2a, 3, 3a and 4, 4a, which are preferably arranged at different distances. The outer edges 12, 13 and 14 of the beads 2, 2a; 3, 3a; and 4, 4a of each pair of beads have a distance L 2 , L 3 and L 4 from one another which corresponds to the finished size of the textile belt to be produced. This finished size is specified by the user, who uses the belt, which consists of an air-permeable textile fabric, to fluidize dusty goods. The user also gives the height and width, possibly also the shape of the beads 2, 2a; 3, 3a; 4, 4a, which are required as clamping stops in a fluidization device, not shown here.

The height and width and possibly also the shape of the beads 2 to 4a is determined by one or more filling warp threads 16, the - cf. Fig. 1 - between the upper fabric layer 1a and the lower fabric layer 1b of the embodiment two-layer fabric 1 are arranged. Are preferred each arranged bundles 17, 27, 37 on filling warp threads 16, 26, 36, about 40 to 50 in a bundle 17, 27, 37 Warp threads 16 can be summarized. The warp threads 16 preferably have the same strength as the base chain 6, 6a or 7, 7a of the fabric layers 1a and 1b. It can be convenient be a bundle 27 of thicker filler warp threads 26 to provide that have a larger cross section than the threads 6, 6a, 7, 7a of the basic chains of the fabric layers 1a, 1b. The arrangement of the filling warp threads 16, 26 is preferred irregular; a regular arrangement can in particular be useful to achieve a certain bead shape. Depending on the application, there is also a mixture of warp threads 16, 36 different strengths possible, z. B. - as shown in bundle 37 - the warp threads 36 larger Ordered cross-section and the thicker filler warp threads 36 surrounding filling warp threads 16 of smaller cross-section lie in disorder.

The bead-forming filler warp threads 16, 26, 36 and through they formed bundles 17, 27, 37 through which the fabric layers 1a, 1b holding binding chain transverse to the longitudinal direction of the fabric web 22 fixed. The fill warp threads lie there 16, 26, 36 between the wefts 9 of the upper and the lower layers of fabric 1a, 1b, so that they the of the Weft threads 9 and the binding chain 8-8a formed cavity to fill. Depending on the degree of filling, this results in at least an outside of the fabric web 1 a bulge Height H. The placement of a bead on only one side of the Fabric web 1 can be useful. In the shown The exemplary embodiment is on both sides of the fabric web 1 a bead is formed, the height H of the bead elevation preferably the same on both outer sides of the fabric web 1 is. A different formation of the height H is through an increased or decreased number of filler warp threads 16, 26 and 36 possible.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the beads 2a, 3; 3a, 4 of adjacent pairs of beads 2-2a, 3-3a; 3-3a, 4-4a; with a small distance z side by side. The outer edges 12 and 13 of the pairs of beads 2 - 2a and 3 - 3a or the outer edges 13 and 14 of the pairs of beads 3 - 3a and 4 - 4a, which extend in the longitudinal direction 22 of the fabric web, face each other. Approximately in the middle between the outer edges 12 and 13 or 13 and 14, the fabric web 1 is cut in the longitudinal direction 22 by means of a cutting device (not shown here) along a section line 5. The section line 5 runs approximately centrally between the beads 2a, 3 or 3a, 4 of adjacent pairs of beads 2 - 2a; 3 - 3a or 3 - 3a; 4 - 4a. The cut edge is hot welded during the cut or subsequently by means of a flame or a soldering iron, not shown, in order to prevent the fabric from fraying. The distance 7 between the beads 2a, 3; 3a, 4 is designed to be as narrow as possible so that after the cutting there is no excessively large protruding edge. On the other hand, the distance z is chosen so large that an injury to the section of the threads 8, 8a of the binding chain that fixes the bundles 17, 27, 37 is reliably avoided, so that the bead is not injured when cutting along the cutting line 5. In this way, a dimensionally stable bead is obtained which is structurally adapted to the clamping device of a fluidization device and which also remains dimensionally stable over a long operating time. The filler warp threads 16, 26, 36, which are firmly woven into the fabric, cannot escape due to the fixation by the binding chain 8-8a and the weft threads 9. The distances L 2 , L 3 , L 4 which determine the finished size of the textile fabric belts to be produced can be of the same or different design. The number of pairs of beads to be woven into a fabric web is determined by the number of belts to be woven simultaneously and by the maximum production width of the loom. The width of the loom can be largely fully utilized in each weaving operation, in that the textile belts to be produced are expediently manufactured with a predetermined finished size lying next to one another as a one-piece fabric web.
