Letzteres ist in der rechten Hälfte von Figur 4a für ein Halteglied 13.3 dargestellt.The embodiment shown together with FIG. 4a + b differs from that according to FIG. 3a + b in that the tab-shaped holding members 13.3 are connected to the inner jacket 18 of the voice coil bobbin 10. For this purpose, openings 19 are formed in the outer surface of the voice coil bobbin 10 through which the free ends 17 of the tab-shaped holding members 13.3 are guided before they are connected to the inner jacket 18 of the voice coil bobbin 10. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4a, the connection is realized in that the free end 17 of the holding member 13.3 is bent with the part which penetrates the opening 19 in the direction of the speaker axis 15. The latter is in the right half of Figure 4a shown for a holding member 13.3.

In Figur 5a+b sind im Gegensatz zu den Darstellungen gemäß den Figuren 3a+b bzw. 4a+b die Halteglieder 13.4 und der Schwingspulenträger 10 nicht einstückig ausgebildet. Der Schwingspulenträger 10 weist eine Mehrzahl von Öffnungen 19 auf, die in zwei Reihen angeordnet sind. Der Abstand zwischen den Öffnungen 19 beider Reihen entspricht in etwa der Wickelbreite der Schwingspule 12 auf den Schwingspulenträger 10. Die Halteglieder 13.4 sind im wesentlichen u-förmig ausgebildet, wie Figur 5a auf der linken Seite deutlich hervorhebt. Ist die Schwingspule 12 auf dem Außenmantel 14 des Schwingspulenträgers 10 ausgebildet, werden die Halteglieder 13.4 in Pfeilrichtung auf den Schwingspulenträger 10 bewegt. Da der Schenkelabstand der u-förmigen Halteglieder 13.4 dem Abstand der Öffnungen 19 in Richtung zur Lautsprecherachse 15 entspricht, dringen diese in die Öffnungen 19 ein. Sobald die Halteglieder 13.4 mit ihren Innenflächen an der Außenkontur der Schwingspule 12 anliegen, werden die Schenkelenden 17 mit den Teilen, welche die Öffnungen 19 durchdringen, in Richtung zur Lautsprecherachse 15 abgebogen, so daß diese am Innenmantel 18 des Schwingspulenträgers 10 anliegen. Letzteres ist in Figur 5a an der rechten Seite für ein Halteglied 13.4 dargestellt.In contrast to the representations according to FIGS. 3a + b and 4a + b, the holding members 13.4 and the voice coil bobbin 10 are not formed in one piece in FIG. 5a + b. If the voice coil 12 is formed on the outer jacket 14 of the voice coil former 10, the holding members 13.4 are moved in the direction of the arrow onto the voice coil former 10. Since the leg spacing of the U-shaped holding members 13.4 corresponds to the spacing of the openings 19 in the direction of the loudspeaker axis 15, these penetrate into the openings 19. As soon as the holding members 13.4 rest with their inner surfaces on the outer contour of the voice coil 12, the leg ends 17 with the parts that penetrate the openings 19 are bent in the direction of the loudspeaker axis 15, so that they rest on the inner jacket 18 of the voice coil bobbin 10. The latter is shown in Figure 5a on the right side for a holding member 13.4.

Claims (4)

Schwingspulenanordnung für Lautsprecher
mit einem Schwingspulenträger 10 und
mit einer Schwingspule 12, die um den Außenmantel 14 des Schwingspulenträgers 10 gewickelt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Halteglieder 13 vorhanden sind, welche mit dem Schwingspulenträger 10 verbunden sind und welche zumindest teilweise an den Seiten der Schwingspule 12 anliegen, die nicht mit dem Schwingspulenträger 10 in direkter Berührung stehen.

daß die Halteglieder 13 zumindest teilweise durch Ultraschallschweißung mit dem Schwingspulenträger 10 verbunden sind.

daß zumindest ein freies Enden 17 der Halteglieder 13.3, 13,4 zur Verbindung von Schwingspule 12 und Schwingspulenträger 10 eine Öffnungen 19 im Schwingspulenträger 10 durchdringen und an der Innenseite 18 des Schwingspulenträgers 10 abgebogen ausgebildet ist.
