Claims (5)
- Vorschubeinrichtung für Längsdrähte an einer Gitterschweißmaschine, mit einer angetriebenen Walze, die den Längsdrähten anliegt, und mit einer Druckrolle, die der Walze gegenüberliegend vom Längsdraht angeordnet ist, und die aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung bewegbar gelagert ist, in der sie am Längsdraht anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckrolle (4) von einer zweiten angetriebenen Walze (3) ebenfalls angetrieben ist, wobei die Druckrolle (4) in ihrer Arbeitsstellung sowohl an der zweiten angetriebenen Walze (3) als auch am Längsdraht (1) anliegt.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckrolle (4) frei pendelnd an einem Ausleger (7) gelagert ist, wobei der Ausleger (7) mittels einer hydraulischen, pneumatischen oder ähnlichen Einrichtung (Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung 10) beweglich und um einen Schwenkpunkt (8) für eine Bewegung gelagert ist, die die Druckrolle (4) entweder in ihre Ruhestellung oder in ihre Arbeitsstellung verbringt.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei unterschiedliche Angriffspunkte (12) der hydraulischen, pneumatischen oder ähnlichen Antriebseinrichtung (Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung 10) für den Ausleger (7) vorgesehen sind, und daß ebenfalls zwei Lagerpunkte (Bohrungen 14) am Ausleger (7) vorgesehen sind, mit denen der Ausleger (7) schwenkbar gelagert werden kann, derart, daß sich bei beiden verschiedenen Anbringungsmöglichkeiten der Antriebseinrichtung (Kolben-Zylinder-Anordnung 10) bei jeweils demselben Verstellweg der Antriebseinrichtung ein gleicher Weg der Druckrolle (4) aufgrund der Schwenkbewegung des Auslegers (7) ergibt.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die erste angetriebene Walze (2) als auch die Druckrolle (4) eine glatte Oberfläche aufweisen.
- Vorschubeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Anordnung der Druckrolle (4) in ihrer Arbeitsstellung zwischen der zweiten angetriebenen Walze (3) und dem Ausleger (7) ein größerer Andruck-Kräfte-Vektor zwischen der zweiten angetriebenen Walze (3) und der Druckrolle (4) vorliegt als zwischen der Druckrolle (4) und dem Längsdraht (1).
