Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fitting for a corner cabinet, in particular Kitchen corner cabinet, which is a cabinet housing with a Corner opening cabinet opening and one in the cabinet housing arranged carousel with a fixed rotatable Rotating column, at least one shelf and one of the cabinet opening has assigned front element, the front element between a closed position closing the cabinet opening and one parallel to the inside of the rotating column, a turning position allowing the carousel to be turned is movable back and forth by two at height mutually arranged places each a lower or a Upper guide device is arranged, one on the front element seated support unit and a fixed to the rotating column, the support unit has a holding unit which can be held in a displaceable manner, wherein the holding unit of the lower guide device and the holding unit of the upper guide device via a fixed, rotatably mounted connecting shaft parallel to the rotating column are connected to each other in the area of each guide device a ring gear is arranged with a the facing support unit sitting in the direction of displacement trending tooth rack.
If you do not provide such a connecting shaft as it does, for example the case with the corner cabinet fitting according to DE-GM 90 14 366 is, there is only an imprecise guidance of the front element, so that when moving, for example, to tilt or to an improper closing of the cabinet opening. The connecting shaft remedies this, since it is the two guide devices couples with each other so that the top and bottom a precise synchronization results. If you move the front element and drive the upper and lower rack with it the two sprockets. Because of the occurring Interactions, no irregularities can occur, so that there is safe, stable and smooth guidance. Any unwanted changes in the position of the front element are not possible.

zwei starr miteinander verbundenen, rechtwinkelig zueinander angeordneten
Frontplatten 22,23.
eingebauchte Gestalt handeln.The
The
In the closed position, the
The radial mobility of the
Each
31a zugewandten Seite
eine fensterartige Durchbrechung 73 bzw. 74 aufweist, durch
die die zugehörige Zahnleiste 31 bzw. 31a verläuft. The two ring gears 29, 30 are located within the
In principle, such arrangements are also conceivable in which the connecting shaft with one and / or other ring gear protrudes from the rotating column in the axial direction. In one The window-like opening would not be necessary.
dargestellten unteren Wellenende.The connecting
27;27a angeordnet. Dies gibt beispielsweise die Möglichkeit,
die fest mit der Drehsäule verbundenen Halteeinheiten
27;27a als Unterlage für die Fachböden 19,20 zu benutzen. In the preferred embodiment, the
Halteeinheit 27a).The attachment of the holding unit to the
diesen in Führungseingriff stehende Führungselemente 36,37; 36a,

The interlocking guide links and guide elements have strip-like longitudinal shape, being in the embodiment have a U-shaped cross section. there are the crossbars for each guide link / guide element pair facing away from the guide member and the guide element, so that the two parts with their legs into each other or overlap. The adjacent legs of the respective guide member and the associated guide element are via ball bearings 38; 38a indicated by dashed lines in FIG stored together. The legs are stacked together the guide members and guide elements in the direction of each other arched away so that they encompass the ball bearings and the associated supporting unit is held hanging.
Hierzu
dienen von oben her eingeschraubte Schrauben 40. Die Trageinheit
26;26a besitzt ebenfalls einen Grundkörper 41; 41a, an dessen
Oberseite die schienenförmigen Führungselemente 36,37;36a,37a

von unten her eingeschraubten Schrauben 42.The holding

So that the
Der Grundkörper 39;39a der Halteeinheit 27;27a und/oder der
Grundkörper 41;41a der Trageinheit 26;26a, beim zweckmäßigen
Ausführungsbeispiel beide, werden von einem plattenartigen
Metallblechteil gebildet. Wie bereits erwähnt, sind an der der
jeweils anderen Einheit zugewandten Seite des betreffenden
Metallblechteils die Führungsglieder bzw. die Führungselemente
angeordnet.

Zahnkranz 29 bzw. 30 kämmende Zahnleiste 31 bzw. 31a an der
der Halteeinheit 27 bzw. 27a abgewandten Seite der Trageinheit
26 bzw. 26a angeordnet ist, beim zweckmäßigen Ausführungsbeispiel
also an der Unterseite des plattenartigen Metallblechteils
41 bzw. 41a. Dabei erstreckt sich die Zahnreihe der jeweiligen
Zahnleiste einem der Ränder des die Ausnehmung 43,
43a bildenden Langloches entlang.
In particular from Fig. 2 it can be seen that the with
verstellen. The adjustment of the toothed strips can, as can be seen from FIG. 3,

Bei beiden Führungseinrichtungen 24, 25 ist die Trageinheit 26;
26a bzw. deren Grundkörper 41;41a an ihrer Vorderseite so geformt,
ergebenden Ausschnitt eingreift.In both
Beim Überführen des Frontelements 21 aus der Schließstellung
in die Drehbereitschaftsstellung bewegt sich das Frontelement 21
auf die Halteeinheiten 27;27a zu. Auch hier ist nun vorgesehen,
daß bei beiden Führungseinrichtungen 24,25 die Halteeinheit 27;
When transferring the
Beim Einschieben
des Frontelementes in die Drehbereitschaftsstellung taucht
das Frontelement 21 dann unter diese Teile. This makes the fitting particularly suitable

plattenartige Grundkörper 39;39a an den Befestigungsstellen
der Führungsglieder (Schrauben 40) entsprechende Abbiegungen,

Im Falle der die entsprechend geneigten Führungselemente 36,37;

That of the
Scheibenumfang offenen Radialschlitz 59 aufweist.
Scheibenreibung auftritt. This spring load can be associated with another

In this connection, the
So that the movement of the
26;26a befestigt. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel ist hierzu
vorgesehen, daß die Trageinheiten 26;26a an ihrer Vorderseite
Einhängeausnehmungen 68 zum vertikalen Einhängen von am
Frontelement 21 angeordneten Steckbolzen 69 aufweisen. Das
Frontelement 21 wird also einfach von oben her mit seinen
Steckbolzen 69 in die Einhängeausnehmungen 68 der Trageinheiten
26;26a eingesteckt.
sich das Frontelement 21 auf der jeweiligen Trageinheit 26;
26a abstützt. Somit läßt sich mit Hilfe der Gewindebolzen 70
das Frontelement 21 in der Höhe verstellen. The
An diesen abgeschrägten
As already mentioned, the
