Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the design of the rollers of a roller guide for an elevator sliding door, which has resilient elements to achieve smooth running.
The inserts are made of non-metallic, hard elastic material. To avoid flattening of the elastic inserts, the treads are relieved in the standstill positions. This is done by means of roller lifting devices attached to the side of the guide rail. These are designed as ramp sections, with a ramp and a horizontal part. The edge disks of the rollers enable the ramp sections to be opened and the treads to be relieved.
In the case of a worn elastic insert, the entire roller must be replaced with this type of roller. The softer the tread is, the better the smoothness will be, but the greater the wear on the insert. The expensive shape of the roller and the attachment of the elastic insert make the production even more expensive. In addition, the use of soft tread inserts enables foreign bodies to be rolled in, which impairs smooth running.
The invention has for its object to propose a roller guide for an elevator sliding door of the type mentioned, which does not have their disadvantages and which ensures a high level of smoothness in a simple manner.
This object is achieved by the invention characterized in
The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that the resilient part is only stressed in the elastic region of the material even under permanent loading of the rollers. The manufacture of the rollers is greatly simplified and cheaper because they are only made from a single material. In addition, no age-sensitive materials are used to achieve the spring effect.
The measures listed in the subclaims allow advantageous developments and improvements of the rollers specified in

Fig.1 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht einer Aufzugsschiebetür.
In FIG. 2, 1 denotes a roller and 2 denotes a shell-shaped ring jacket serving as a supporting part of the
