Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Formen von Ballen aus losen Stoffen mit einem vorhergehenden Schritt des Formens von Ballen (20), die in einer hydraulischen Presse gepreßt werden, die mit einer Preßkammer (1) versehen ist, die eine Auslaßöffnung (3) für gepreßte Ballen (20) hat, wobei dort eine verschiebbare Schleuse (3a) zum Schließen der Auslaßöffnung (3) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Schritte umfaßt: Einschieben von mindestens zwei gepreßten Ballen (20) in eine rohrförmige Hilfskammer (10), die aus einem ersten rohrförmigen Kasten (11) und einem beweglichen zweiten rohrförmigen Kasten (12) gebildet ist, der ausgelegt ist, entlang der äußeren Oberfläche des ersten Kastens (11) zu gleiten, wobei die Hilfskammer (10) eine der Auslaßöffnung (3) gegenüberliegende Öffnung hat; Schließen der Schleuse (3a); Zurückziehen des zweiten Kastens (12) über den ersten Kasten (11) unter sich daraus ergebendem schrittweisen Freilegen eines der gepreßten Ballen; Binden des Ballens, während das Freilegen stattfindet; Entfernen des gebundenen Ballens; Ausfahren des zweiten Kastens; Wiederöffnen der Schleuse; und Einführen eines neuen gepreßten Ballens in die rohrförmige Hilfskammer unter Neubeginn des Zyklus.
  2. Gerät zum Formen von Ballen aus losen Stoffen, das: (a) zum Aufbau in der Nähe einer hydraulischen Presse ausgelegt ist, die mit einer Ballenpreßkammer (1) versehen ist, die eine Auslaßöffnung (3) für gepreßte Ballen (20) hat; und (b) mit einem automatischen Bindegerät (19) für gepreßte Ballen verbunden werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einer rohrförmigen Hilfskammer (10) versehen ist, die durch einen fest angebrachten ersten rohrförmigen Kasten (11), der starr mit einer festen Konstruktion (11a) zur Befestigung an der Kammer (1) verbunden ist, gebildet wird; und durch einen beweglichen zweiten rohrförmigen Kasten (12), der zum Gleiten entlang der äußeren Oberfläche des ersten Kastens (11) ausgelegt ist, wobei Führungselemente (13,14,14a) und Antriebsvorrichtungen (15) für solche Gleitbewegungen vorhanden sind; wobei die rohrförmige Hilfskammer (10) offene beiseitige Endöffnungen (17) hat, deren eine der Auslaßöffnung (3) gegenüberliegt, wobei sich ein verschiebbares Tor (3a) zwischen den beiden gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen befindet.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das automatische Bindegerät (19) für gepreßte Ballen (20) in einem Bereich der Auslaß-Endöffnung (17) des zweiten Kastens (12) angeordnet ist.
  4. Gerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einem Stützelement (18) für die aus dem zweiten Kasten (12) austretenden Ballen (20) versehen ist, wobei das Stützelement (18) fest mit dem beweglichen zweiten Kasten (12) auf der Höhe von dessen unterer Wand verbunden ist und über den äußeren Rand der unteren Wand herausragt.
  5. Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement gabelförmig ist (18).
  6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente mindestens zwei Führungsstangen (13) umfassen, die mit der festen Konstruktion (11a) verbunden sind, und Gleitglieder (14), die mit dem beweglichen zweiten Kasten (12) verbunden sind, und die zumindest teilweise die Führungsstangen (13) umgeben.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsselemente (13,14) durch Stützschuhe (14a) ergänzt werden, die sich auf an der festen Konstruktion (11a) angeordneten Bahnen bewegen.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtungen hydraulische Zylinder (15) umfassen, die die feste Konstruktion (11a) mit dem beweglichen zweiten Kasten (12) verbinden.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen den hydraulischen Zylindern (15) und dem beweglichen zweiten Kasten (12) mittels Auslegerarmen (16) erfolgt, die vor die Endöffnung (17) des zweiten Kastens (12) reichen.
