Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shoe sole system according to the preamble of
Shoes usually consist of a shoe upper and a shoe sole attached to it. The sole of the shoe is either glued or cast onto the upper, e.g. in the case of shoes with an insole or in the case of strobed shoes, or directly stitched to the upper of the shoe.
So that the actual shoe sole is not too heavy and remains elastic even with a greater thickness, cavities are incorporated in the heel area and / or in the forefoot area, which are separated from one another by a grid-like structure.
In known shoes with an insole, the advantage of weight reduction through the cavities in the shoe sole can be used, but the firm adhesion of the already relatively stiff insole to the actual shoe sole severely limits and leads to the elastic properties of the shoe sole provided with weight-reducing cavities a relatively stiff shoe.
Foam (PU), i.e. There are no lattice-like cavities in the sole.
A so-called lightweight sole is also known, into which a system for energy return and shock absorption is incorporated, which is also firmly connected to the sole.
Furthermore, a so-called "freshness system" shoe sole system is known, which is made up of several separate parts that can be joined together. This system is used to accommodate a scent capsule in a heel support of the sole system. By scoring a film surrounding the fragrance capsule, the fragrance unfolds. Via small size air channels, the fragrance reaches the foot area through corresponding holes in the insole. This shoe sole system can be removed from the shoe so that the used fragrance capsule can be exchanged for a new one. Weight-reducing recesses are only arranged in the heel support and to a small extent. The shoe sole system carrying the capsule and the air channels is relatively firm, so that neither the air channels nor the heel support can be compressed.
It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a shoe sole system which improves the foot climate in the shoe, is elastic, can be produced inexpensively and can be used for different types of shoes.
This goal is achieved by a shoe sole system with the features according to
The shoe sole system according to the invention consists of a multiplicity of air chambers which are connected to one another by air channels and form an air chamber system. These air chambers are flexible under load, i.e. deformable.
Thus, by the pressure exerted while walking during the course of movement, i.e. When the foot rolls off, air can circulate from the air chambers of the sole to the foot, the footbed is made permeable to air, as a result of which the interior of the shoe is connected to at least part of the plurality of air chambers of the air chamber system. The shoe sole system according to the invention is thus a breathable shoe sole system which, due to the elasticity of the shoe sole or outsole material and the webs forming the air chamber system, creates an optimal energy return with ideal shock absorption. In addition, the air chamber system in conjunction with the movement sequence when the foot rolls off creates a pleasant shoe climate caused by the air circulation. The invention thus creates a shoe sole system that realizes easy, fatigue-free walking with a pleasant shoe climate.
The air chamber system is preferably at least partially firmly attached to the underside of the footbed. It can be made separately and glued to the bottom of the footbed; but it can also be made in one piece with the footbed. This air chamber system, which is attached to the underside of the footbed, can be inserted into the sole of the shoe.
Since the footbed is designed as an insole for shoes in which the outsole is sewn to the upper of the shoe, the footbed can also be removed from the shoe and can be easily cleaned. The footbed with the air chamber system on the underside is made of such a material that it can easily be washed, for example, in a conventional washing machine.
The shoe sole system according to the invention can also be used for strobed shoes. In the case of stroked shoes, however, the upper material of the shoe is closed down towards the sole area by a textile material that is permeable to air. As a result, the footbed, which is provided with an air chamber system on the underside, can no longer be removed from the shoe, but it can be inserted into the outsole, which is designed as a shell, without gluing, so that the flexibility and breathability in connection with an inexpensive production also after fastening the upper of the shoe on the outsole is also realized.

In Fig. 1 is a view of the shoe sole system according to the invention is shown, in which the
The individual chambers are connected to one another by appropriate channels, so that the shoe sole system according to the invention can perform a multiple function when walking.
On the one hand, the pressure exerted by the foot when walking leads to the shoe sole system during the movement of the foot, i.e. when the foot rolls, at the pressure points to compress the air in the respective chambers, and thereby the air is pressed through the air channels into the chambers without pressure load. As a result, an increased pressure is created in these last-mentioned chambers, as a result of which the air contained therein is pressed through the air-permeable material or through the
Since the material that forms the walls of the individual chambers of the air chamber system is made elastic for the reasons of the above-mentioned realization of the circulation of the air, on the other hand, besides the circulation, there is an optimal energy return in connection with an ideal damping of the appearance with an additional pleasant one Shoe climate.
The breathable shoe sole system according to the invention thus realizes easy, fatigue-free walking. It can be used for a variety of different shoe types, types and sizes. Cost advantages arise above all from the fact that the actual outsole is very can be easily manufactured and typed for different types of shoes.
High demands on the accuracy of fit of the footbed in the outsole are not necessary, since it is precisely the flexibility between these two parts, i.e. the
All of the
The multiple function of the shoe sole system according to the invention can also be implemented if the air chamber system is partially attached to the underside of the footbed. The air chamber system can only be divided in the height direction in the heel area, or can be divided overall in the longitudinal direction of the shoe, i.e. partly attached to the underside of the
In Fig. 3, an embodiment is shown in which the outsole is glued to the shoe upper. The
In Fig. 4a a trapezoidal air chamber system is shown, which also ensures a connection of the individual chambers to one another via corresponding channels and ensures connections between the air chamber system in the forefoot area and thus in the entire shoe sole system to the inside of the shoe by means of a sufficient number of air channels in the footbed.
In Fig. 4b sind durch wellenförmige Trennwände wellenförmige Luftkammern im Vorfußbereich gebildet, die insgesamt durch einen Längskanal miteinander verbunden sind.4b, undulating air chambers in the forefoot area are formed by undulating partition walls, which are connected to one another overall by a longitudinal channel.
And finally, a labyrinth system is shown in Fig. 4c, which in addition to a high flexibility of the actual forefoot area when the foot rolls, also an excellent air circulation between the individual sections of the circulation system and thus a circulation between the air chamber system and the inside of the shoe via the air channels arranged in the sole of the
The preferred air chamber system in the heel area is preferably a rectangular chamber system.
