Description
gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to a roof shingle made of a preferably metallic material
according to the preamble of
From US-A-3 667 184 a roof shingle is known which consists of a base body, and which has holes in its upper area, a U-shaped in the lower area Has flange and has a recess on the side. Due to the different folds and Flaring should prevent water from entering. This succeeds in the known solution, however, not completely, because water through the capillary action can get to the mounting holes and ultimately penetrate the roof.
From AT-B-26 343 a roof interlocking tile is also known, which in its upper area Has mounting holes. A downward fold is provided on one side, to which the tile can be attached to the roof structure using a clip. Such Attachment is complex and not very practical.
Furthermore, a roof covering is known from DE-C-809 591, which consists of folded plates. These panels are attached to the roof battens using rags. Here too is the laying the roof cover connected with great effort. Furthermore, the shape of the plates due to the system only rectangular. so that the popular covering with plates in Round cut is not possible.
Furthermore, DE-A-17 08 969 shows a metal shingle construction which makes it possible Simulate wooden shingle roof. These elaborately designed shingles are only on the Mounting holes are provided on the top, and a seal is necessary with Mastic should be provided to prevent water from entering.
Furthermore, a roof shingle is known from US-A-1,927,586, which has a completely flat body with a U-shaped tab. U-shaped tabs are also used for fastening intended. Penetration of water by capillary action can occur with this form coverage cannot be prevented. In addition, this fastening system is relatively complex.
The same applies to the versions of the AT-B-380 716 and the DE-C-445 123.
The object of the invention is to avoid these disadvantages and to create a roof shingle, which enables secure attachment with little effort, and which penetrate reliably prevented by water. In particular, the ingress of capillary water be prevented.
According to the invention, these tasks are solved by a roof shingle that has the features
of the characterizing part of
It is particularly favorable if the side edge, which lies opposite the fold, is flanged is. This edge, which projects downwards, makes it even more difficult for water to penetrate.
A particularly advantageous appearance of the roof shingle according to the invention results when the side edge opposite the fold is flanged.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the circular section has an internal angle between 60 ° and 120 °, preferably between 80 ° and 105 °.
The clapboard according to the invention consists of a one-
Schindel zu beeinträchtigen.A
The present invention enables a secure attachment of To ensure roof shingles with little work.
