Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten eines auf einer Wertscheinauflage eines Wertscheinbehälters aufgestellten Wertscheinstapels, in dem die Wertscheine auf einer Kante aufgestellt sind, in bezug auf eine Abzugs- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist beispielweise aus der DE-A-2 650 564 bekannt. Wertscheinbehälter der genannten Art werden beispielsweise in Geldausgabeautomaten eingesetzt, wo aus ihnen den Anforderungen des Bankkunden entsprechend Wertscheine abgezogen werden. Dabei kommt es darauf an, daß die Wertscheine zuverlässig und jeweils einzeln aus dem Wertscheinbehälter abgezogen werden. Die Zuverlässigkeit dieser Einrichtung wird nicht nur durch die konstruktiven Merkmale der Abzugs- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung bestimmt, sondern auch von der Qualität der Geldscheine in dem Wertscheinbehälter.The invention relates to a device for aligning a stack of notes of value placed on a note support of a note container, in which the notes of value are placed on an edge, with respect to a withdrawal and separating device. Zum Befüllen des Wertscheinbehälters mit Wertscheinen werden größere Geldmengen benötigt. Diese werden im allgemeinen abgezählt in Banderolen aufbewahrt. Bereits durch das Banderolieren werden ganze Wertscheinstapel rundgebogen. Zum leichteren Abziehen der Banderolen von den Wertscheinen werden diese im allgemeinen in gleicher Richtung noch einmal gebogen, so daß die Wertscheine nicht mehr plan sondern gewölbt sind. Werden so vorgespannte Wertscheine mit ihrer Wölbung in Richtung auf die Abzugsvorrichtung in den Wertscheinbehälter eingelegt, so ist ein zuverlässiger Abzug einzelner Wertscheine von dem Stapel nicht mehr gewährleistet, weil die Wertscheine mit ihrer unteren Kante leicht an der Wertscheinauflage hängen bleiben.Larger amounts of money are required to fill the note container with notes. Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung die Wertscheine an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer ausrichtenden Kraft zu beaufschlagen, die dieses untere Ende in eine Ebene mit dem Mittelteil des Wertscheins ausrichtet. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Ausrichtrolle schiebt dabei die untere Kante der Wertscheine in Richtung auf die Abzugs- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung. Zugleich werden die hintereinander angeordneten Wertscheine voneinander getrennt, was die Zuverlässigkeit der Vereinzelungsvorrichtung weiter erhöht. Vorteilhafterweise erstreckt sich die Ausrichtrolle über die gesamte Breite der Wertscheine. Diese werden dann über die gesamte Länge ihrer Kante erfaßt. Werden in die Ausrichtrolle dabei zueinander beabstandete umlaufende Nute eingelassen, so kann die ausrichtende Kraft besser dosiert werden und trotzdem über die ganze Breite an den Wertscheinen angreifen. Die Ausrichtwirkung der Ausrichtrolle wird dabei von deren Materialkonstanten bestimmt. Als besonders geeignet hat sich ein weichelastischer Kunststoff mit hohem Reibwert herausgestellt. Werden derart gebogene Wertscheinbündel in den Wertscheinbehälter so eingelegt, daß ihre Ränder von der Abzugsrolle 34 weg weisen, so kann es zu Abzugsstörungen kommen, weil der untere Rand eines Wertscheins 42 sich nicht von der Wertscheinauflage 40 löst. Eine gleiche Tendenz zu dieser Aufwölbung der Wertscheine besteht auch durch das sukzessive Vorschieben des in dem Wertscheinbehälter befindlichen Wertscheinstapels in Richtung auf die Abzugsrolle 34. Die Unterkanten der Wertscheine unterliegen dabei einer Reibung auf der Wertscheinauflage 40. Diese wirkt sich als Rückhaltekraft auf die Unterkanten der Wertscheine aus. Die Ausrichtrolle 88 wirkt nun dieser Wölbung entgegen, wodurch die unteren Ränder der Wertscheine in Richtung auf die Abzugsrolle 34 geschoben werden. Zugleich werden die unteren Ränder der Wertscheine aufgelockert und aneinander haftende Wertscheine voneinander getrennt.
