Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à de nouvelles compositions et procédés utilisés pour la modulation ou la suppression sélective des réponses immunitaires d'une cellule-hôte à un immunogène spécifique, en particulier à des immunogènes tels que les antigènes ou les allergènes exogènes. Lesdites compositions contiennent des molécules anticorpales, des molécules dérivés d'anticorps et des molécules analogues à des anticorps de réactivité antigénique primaire par rapport à l'immunogène en question. Ces anticorps, ces molécules analogues à des anticorps et ces molécules dérivées d'anticorps contiennent des fragments d'anticorps tels que des fragments Fab, et de peptides de régions déterminantes complémentaires qui peuvent être greffés sur un châssis de n'importe quelle espèce, en particulier humaine. Elles contiennent également des anticorps humains dérivés de lymphocytes humains sensibilisés produits par fusion cellulaire avec des hétérohybridomes, ou par clonage et expression moléculaires. D'autres compositions contiennent des moléculesréceptrice de lymphocytes T obtenues à partir de clones de lymphocytes T ou d'hybridomes ou sont des préparations de récepteurs de lymphocytes T. Des peptides immunoréactifs correspondant à tout ou partie des régions déterminantes complémentaires ou de régions hypervariables du récepteur de lymphocytes T, sont également utilisés.
