Claims (9)
- Schutzschaltgerät mit Leistungspolen, deren mobile Kontakte von einem Kontaktträger (5) getragen werden, einer Schutz-Baugruppe (7) mit magnetischer und/oder thermischer Auslösung, die Überlasten oder Überströme an jedem Strompfad der Pole feststellen kann, und einem Schloss (8), das von einem manuellen Steuerknopf (12) betätigt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss (8) Mittel zur manuellen Steuerung entweder der direkten Öffnung der Leistungskontakte eines Motorschutzschalters oder das Öffnen eines Hilfskontaktes zur Stromunterbrechung in der Spule des Steuerelektromagneten eines Schützschalters umfasst.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss (8) aus einer Auslösestufe (91), die auf einer Platine (22) montiert ist und vom manuellen Steuerknopf (12) und von der Schutzbaugruppe (7) betätigt wird, und aus einer Antriebsstufe (92), die auf einer Platine (14) montiert ist und die mobilen Kontakte betätigt, besteht, wobei diese beiden Stufen übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstufe (92) einen Stössel (15) zum Betätigen des Kontaktträgers (5) sowie einen Rücksteller (16) umfasst, die beide translationsgeführt sind, wobei sich der Rücksteller (16) an den Stössel (15) ankoppeln oder den besagten Stössel (15) freisetzen kann, der von einer Feder beaufschlagt wird, die ihn vom Rücksteller (16) fernhalten soll.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss ein Auslöseteil (29) aufweist, das vom Knopf (12) versetzt wird und bei der Version Motorschutzschalter direkt auf den Haken (21) wirkt, während dieses Teil (29) bei der Version Schützschalter unwirksam ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstufe (92) eine Rückstellkurbel (17) umfasst, die sich frei um die Hauptwelle (13) dreht und an eine Rückstellstange (18) angelenkt ist, die den Rücksteller (16) in Position " Ein " oder " Aus " festhalten kann.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knopf (12) mit einem Rückstellhebel (19) rotationsverbunden ist, der wenn er um die Rotationsachse (13) des besagten Knopfes dreht, die Rückstellkurbel (17) zum Drehen bringt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der manuelle Steuerknopf (12) eine Nocke (33) aufweist, die bei der Version Motorschutzschalter auf das Auslöseteil (29) wirkt und auf den Spulenkontakt bei der Version Schützschalter, und die ebenfalls zum Rückstellen der Auslösestufe (91) dient.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss ein Verriegelungsteil (20) aufweist, das das Kniegelenk (18-19) in Position " Aus " oder " Ein " versetzen oder festhalten und das plötzliche Schliessen bewirken kann, indem es den Kontaktträger in Öffnungsposition hält, solange das Kniegelenk nicht wieder in Position " Ein " zurückgekehrt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorstehend genannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslösestufe (91) einen Auslösehebel (26) umfasst, der in Position Ein-Aus arretiert ist und von der Schutz-Baugruppe (7) freigesetzt werden kann, um den Stössel (15) in " Ausgelöster " Position freizusetzen.
