Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verdichteraggregat gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a compressor unit according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ein solches Verdichteraggregat ist durch das DE-U-77 15 000 bekannt. Bei diesem Aggregat sind die für die beiden Seitenkanalverdichter erforderlichen vier Gehäusehälften alle unterschiedlich ausgebildet. Dies führt zu einem hohen Fertigungaufwand. Die Verbindung der einzelnen Gehäuseteile erfolgt durch ein Zwischenfügen der mittleren Gehäuseteile zwischen die äußeren Gehäuseteile, die mittels Zugankern, welche an an den äußeren Gehäuseteilen vorgesehenen Verbindungslaschen angreifen, miteinander verbunden sind. Somit muß die gesamte Kraft von den Verbindungslaschen der äußeren Gehäuseteile aufgenommen werden.Such a compressor unit is known from DE-U-77 15 000. Mittels dieser Verbindungslaschen können die beiden jeweils zu einem Seitenkanalverdichter gehörenden Gehäuseteile miteinander verbunden werden. Hierbei wird durch die besondere Gestaltung der Verbindungslaschen eine gute Durchleitung der Kräfte in axialer Richtung erreicht, ohne daß schädliche Biegemomente in Kauf genommen werden müssen. Wie aus den FIG 2 und 3 zu ersehen ist, sind auf der einen Stirnseite 14 jeder Gehäusehälfte 1,6,8 und 9 jeweils zwei Verbindungslaschen 10 mit umfangsmäßigem Abstand zueinander angeordnet. Auf der anderen Stirnseite 15 der Gehäusehälften 1,6,8 und 9 ist jeweils eine mittig zu den beiden Verbindungslaschen 10 der einen Stirnseite 14 angeordnete Verbindungslasche 10a vorgesehen. Durch das wegen der gleichen Ausbildung der Gehäusehälften 6,8 und 9 teilweise notwendige Wenden der entsprechenden Gehäusehälften kommen entweder die beiden Verbindungslaschen 10 oder die einzelne Verbindungslasche 10a voreinander zu liegen und können somit mittels entsprechender Schrauben 13 verbunden werden. Die inneren Gehäusehälften 8 und 9 sind durch in den verbreiterten Verbindungslaschen 17 eingebrachte Schrauben miteinander verbunden. - Compressor set which comprises at least two side-channel compressors (2 and 7) which are in an axially adjacent arrangement and have in each case a casing comprising at least two casing halves (1, 8 and 6, 9 respectively) provided on their outer circumference with radially outwardly projecting connecting plates (10, 10a, 17), and which are joined together by connecting elements (13) which can be introduced into corresponding openings (11, 12) in the connecting plates (10, 10a, 17), characterised in that at least the two casing halves (8, 9) located in the middle of the compressor set are cast in the same way and the connecting plates (10, 10a, 17) provided on said casing halves are designed, at least on the one end face (14) of the casing halves (8, 9), in such a way that there is still space on both sides of a connecting element (13, 19), which can be mounted in the middle of the circumference of the connecting plates (10, 17), in each case for a further connecting element (13) to be mounted.
