Claims (5)

  1. Sicherheitssystem zum Verhindern unerwünschten Öffnens eines Fensters oder einer Tür oder eines ähnlichen Elementes (2), das in einem Rahmen angebracht ist und das zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist,
    wobei das System zwei Streifen (4, 6) aufweist, von denen jeder eine Querschnittskonfiguration aufweist, die aus einem gekrümmten Material von im wesentlichen gleicher Dicke aufgebaut ist, wobei jeder Streifen (4, 6) eine Zahl von Löchern zum Aufnehmen von Befestigungsteilen (5, 7) aufweist zum Befestigen des ersten Streifens (4) an dem Rahmen (1), in dem das Element (2) angebracht ist, und zum Befestigen des zweiten Streifens (6) an dem Element (2),
    wobei die Streifen (4, 6) entsprechende Querschnittskonfigurationen so aufweisen, daß sie in der geschlossenen Position verriegeln, wodurch ein Teil eines jeden der Streifen (4, 6), in dem die Löcher vorgesehen sind, so bedeckt ist, daß auf die Befestigungsteile (5, 7) nicht zugegriffen werden kann, und wodurch die Streifen (4, 6) entsprechende Formen so aufweisen, daß auf die Löcher zum Anbringen der Befestigungsteile (5, 7) in der offenen Position der Elemente (2) zugegriffen werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß jeder Streifen (4, 6) eine gleichförmige Querschnittskonfiguration derart aufweist, daß im wesentlichen kein Abschnitt des Querschnittes auf die Achse irgendeines der Löcher auftrifft, wodurch bei der Benutzung, wenn sich das Element (2) in der offenen Position befindet, auf alle Löcher zum Anbringen entsprechender Befestigungsteile frei zugegriffen werden kann.
  2. Sicherheitssystem nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (4, 6), die entsprechende Querschnittskonfigurationen so aufweisen, daß sie in der geschlossenen Position verriegeln, derart ausgebildet sind, daß der Teil eines Streifens (4, 6), in dem die Löcher vorgesehen sind, von Teilen des anderen Streifens (6, 4) bedeckt sind.
  3. Sicherheitssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der Streifen (4) eine U-förmige Querschnittskonfiguration mit ungleichen Schenkeln aufweist, wobei die Differenz in der Länge der Schenkel größer als der Durchmesser der Löcher ist, wobei die Löcher in dem längeren Schenkel vorgesehen sind.
  4. Sicherheitssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Streifen (6) eine im wesentlichen L-förmige Querschnittskonfiguration mit den Löchern in dem kurzen Schenkel aufweist, wobei der lange Schenkel sich in einem rechten Winkel oder einem ein wenig kleineren Winkel in Bezug auf den kurzen Schenkel erstreckt.
  5. Verfahren zum Verhindern unerwünschten Öffnens eines Fensters oder einer Tür oder eines ähnlichen Elementes (2), das in einem Rahmen (1) angebracht ist und zwischen einer offenen Position und einer geschlossenen Position bewegbar ist,
    wobei ein erster Streifen (4) an dem Rahmen (1) angebracht wird, in dem das Element (2) angebracht wird, und ein zweiter Streifen (6) an dem Element (2) angebracht wird, beides durch Befestigungsteile (5, 7), die durch eine Zahl von Löchern in jedem Streifen (4, 6) angebracht werden,
    wobei die zwei Streifen (4, 6) jeweils eine Querschnittskonfiguration eines gekrümmten Materiales von im wesentlichen gleicher Dicke aufweisen,
    wobei die Streifen (4, 6) entsprechende Querschnittskonfigurationen so aufweisen, daß sie in der geschlossenen Position verriegeln, wobei der Teil eines jeden Streifens (4, 6), in dem die Löcher vorgesehen sind, so abgedeckt wird, daß auf die Befestigungsteile (5, 7) nicht zugegriffen werden kann, und
    wobei die Streifen (4, 6) entsprechende Formen so aufweisen, daß auf die Löcher zum Anbringen der Befestigungsteile (5, 7) in der offenen Position des Elementes (2) zugegriffen werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß jeder Streifen (4, 6) eine gleichförmige Querschnittskonfiguration derart aufweist, daß im wesentlichen kein Abschnitt des Querschnittes auf die Achse irgendeines Loches auftrifft, wodurch bei der Benutzung, wenn das Element (2) in der offenen Position angeordnet wird, auf alle Löcher zum Anbringen entsprechender Befestigungsteile frei zugegriffen werden kann.
