- the present invention relates to a microminiature snap-lock coaxial connector, comprising two complementary connector elements each comprising a hollow cylindrical body forming an external ground contact, and having, from its front end, a cavity into which a central contact penetrates, male and female respectively, retained in the body by means of an insulator, a first of the connector elements comprising, inside its body, an elastic socket surrounding the central contact and extending beyond the front end of the body, said elastic sleeve comprising, in the vicinity of its free end, substantially in line with the end of the central contact which it surrounds, a peripheral bead capable of engaging in a groove formed in the internal wall of the body of the second connector element.
