Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Spannelement zur Befestigung einer Glasscheibe in einem Rahmen oder in einem Lichtausschnitt einer Türfüllung.The invention relates to a clamping element for fastening a glass pane in a frame or in a light cutout of a door panel.

Türfüllungen sind bekannt; Türfüllungen werden als gesonderte Einheit in einen Rahmen eingebaut, um dann als Haustüranlage in die entsprechenden Öffnungen des Hauses eingebaut zu werden. Türfüllungen selbst besitzen Ornamente in Form von aufgesetzten Leisten oder auch in Form von Lichtausschnitten, die nicht nur als Ornament, sondern darüber hinaus auch der Beleuchtung des Raumes dienen. Die Lichtausschnitte können je nach Wahl des Ornamentes die unterschiedlichsten Formen aufweisen. Bislang ist es so, daß das Glas für den Lichtausschnitt der Türfüllung u.a. dadurch befestigt wurde, daß die Glasscheibe an mindestens zwei Ecken durch eine Silikonverklebung in dem Lichtausschnitt und hier speziell auf dem einen Ornamentrahmen fixiert wird. Darüber hinaus muß nach dem Stand der Technik zur Befestigung der Glasscheibe im Glasausschnitt die Glasscheibe diagonal verklotzt werden, bevor die Glasscheibe durch einen weiteren Ornamentrahmen abgedeckt wird. Dieses Verklotzen der Glasscheibe wird im einzelnen dadurch bewirkt, daß zwischen Glasscheibe und umgebender Türfüllung entsprechende Klötzchen eingedrückt werden, wobei die Klötzchen ebenfalls durch Silikon fixiert werden. Nachteilig hierbei ist zum einen der hohe Montageaufwand; zum anderen gestaltet sich aber auch die Demontage bei beispielsweise zerstörter Glasscheibe überaus schwierig, da vor dem Einsetzen einer neuen Glasscheibe das Silikon und die Klötzchen aus dem Ausschnitt herausgearbeitet werden müssen.Door panels are known; Door panels are installed as a separate unit in a frame in order to then be installed as a front door system in the corresponding openings in the house. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Spannelement elastisch nachgiebig und winklig ausgebildet ist, wobei die beiden Schenkel jeweils eine gegenüber dem Schenkel abgewinkelte Zunge aufweisen, wobei die Zungen an der Glasscheibe anliegen. Vor dem Einsetzen der Glasscheibe in den Lichtausschnitt der Türfüllung werden diagnonal auf die Glasscheibe zwei der erfindungsgemäßen Spannelemente aufgesetzt. Durch die elastisch nachgiebige Ausbildung der Spannelemente kann die Glasscheibe mitsamt den Spannelementen in den Lichtausschnitt eingepreßt werden. Durch die elastisch nachgiebige Ausbildung des Spannelementes können auch Fertigungstoleranzen überbrückt werden. Bei Austausch einer defekten Glasscheibe entsteht darüber hinaus kein Abfall in Form von Silikon, der entsorgt werden müßte. Nach einem besonderen Merkmal der Erfindung ist der Verlauf der vertikalen und horizontalen Wandung des Spannelementes im Schnitt S-förmig; hierdurch wird über die Eigenelastizität des Elements aufgrund des Werkstoffs hinaus eine weitere Erhöhung der Elastizität erreicht. Darüber hinaus ist nach einem besonderen Merkmal ein Verbindungsteil zur Verbindung der beiden Schenkel vorgesehen. Im äußeren Eckbereich weist das Verbindungsteil eine in Bezug auf die Außenkanten der Wandungen schräg verlaufende Gerade auf. Durch diese Ausbildung wird der Tatsache Rechnung getragen, daß der Eckbereich eines Lichtausschnittes fertigungsbedingt immer einen Radius aufweist. Durch die Ausbildung mit einer Schräge im Eckbereich wird verhindert, daß das Spannelement in diesem Bereich übermäßig gestaucht wird. Die Schenkel besitzen jeweils auf einer Seite einen Boden; auf der jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seite weist das Verbindungsteil eine Decke auf. Um das Spannelement auch bei Scheiben mit überstrecktem Eckwinkel, d.h. einem Winkel von größer als 90°, einsetzen zu können, besitzt das Spannelement, sofern ein gesondertes Verbindungsteil, vorgesehen ist, im Bereich des Verbindungsteils zur Spreizung in vertikaler Richtung eine in Richtung auf die durch die Zungen gebildete Öffnung verlaufende Nut, wobei die Nut durchgängig ist, also auch die Decke erfaßt. D. h., die Nut befindet sich im Bereich der größten Spreizung des Spannelements. Um die Kerbwirkung der Nut im Nutgrund zu vermindern, ist im Nutgrund eine Rundung vorgesehen.
Anhand der Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert.

Aus Fig. 3 ist ebenfalls erkennbar, daß die Wandstärke des Bodens 2d, 3d und der Decke 6d im wesentlichen gleich ist mit der Wandstärke der Wandung 6b des Verbindungsteiles 6 bzw. der Wandung 2e, 3e der Schenkel 2,3. Das Verbindungsteil 6 besitzt im Eckbereich eine Gerade 6c, wobei die Gerade 6c zu den Außenkanten des Spannelementes 1 schräg verlaufend ausgebildet ist. Hierdurch wird der Tatsache Rechnung getragen, daß die Ecken eines Lichtausschnittes fertigungsbedingt immer einen Radius aufweisen, wodurch bei einer winkeligen Ausführung des Spannelementes das Spannelement in diesem Bereich gestaucht würde.The legs 2, 3 are connected to one another by the connecting part 6, the connecting part 6 having a groove 5 which has a rounded portion 5a in the base of the groove.
