In Fig.1 ist mit 1 eine Fensterbank bezeichnet, die mit Hilfe eines schienenförmigen Profilteiles (Befestigungsschiene) 2 an einem Fensterrahmen 3 angeordnet ist. Hierbei weist die Fensterbank 1 an ihrer dem Fensterrahmen 3 zugewandten Seite eine etwa U-förmig ausgestaltete Aufkantung 4 mit zwei Schenkeln 5 und 6 auf. Die Schenkel 5 und 6 der Aufkantung 4 umfassen formschlüssig entsprechende Schenkel 7 und 8 der Befestigungsschiene 2. Der Formschluß wird dabei vor allem durch nutenförmige Ausnehmungen 9 und 10 in den Schenkeln 7 und 8 der Befestigungsschiene 2 gewährleistet, in die entsprechend ausgebildete Profilschienen 11 und 12 der Schenkel 5 und 6 der Aufkantung 4 eingreifen. Dabei besitzen die nutenförmigen Ausnehmungen 9, 10 und die entsprechenden Profilschienen 11, 12 jeweils einen kreisbogenförmigen Querschnitt. Claims (8)

  1.     b) the two shanks (5,6; 18,19) of the edging (4;17) embrace the corresponding shanks (7,8; 20,21) of the securing rail (2;16), so that the edging (4;17) and securing rail (2;16) form a hollow body;
    c) the upper shank (7;20) of the securing rail (2;16) has a groove-shaped recess (9;22) with a cross-section having the shape of a circular arc, into which a corresponding section rail (11;23) of the upper shank (5;18) of the edging (4;17) engages in a form-fitting manner.
  2.
