Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for connecting and connecting electrical lines according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
The transport of electrical energy is usually wired. The lines intended for the transport of energy are linked together to form networks by switchgear. A distinction is made between low, medium and high voltage switchgear, e.g. in HÜTTE, Electrical Power Engineering, Volume 3 Networks, Berlin 1988, Chapter 4. The cables are preferably connected to the medium-voltage switchgear using a connector that has an M16 threaded connection in accordance with DIN 47 636, Part 6. To protect against overvoltages, a surge arrester is normally provided, which is to be located as close as possible to the switchgear. The surge arrester is preferably connected to the threaded connection of the connector. In order to be able to keep track of the operating status of the system, it is also necessary to determine the operating values using transducers. A voltage converter is used to measure the voltage, which, like the connector, is normally provided with a plug connection. However, if the connector does not have sufficient or corresponding connections, the voltage converter within the switchgear e.g. in the area of the circuit breaker panels or on the associated busbar.
From the Siemens Catalog HA 41.11 · 1993, page 22, Figure 33, a device is also known which is used for cable testing. In this device, a measuring bolt is screwed on the one hand to the plug connector and on the other hand to an adapter which is connected to a single test line. The disadvantage here is that this additional adapter is required when installing the switchgear and the associated lines and instruments. Furthermore, the adapter shown in Figure 33 only allows the connection of a single line. Furthermore, the measuring bolt also does not allow the connection of a measuring transducer provided with a plug connection.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device for connecting and connecting electrical lines, which enables the connection of a current-carrying line and at least one further connecting line to the switchgear without the need for components, in addition to a connecting bolt, for assembly the live line are not used. In particular, the device should be suitable for connection to a unit provided with a plug connection (for example plug connector, measuring transducer or surge arrester with plug connection).
This object is achieved by the measures specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims.
The device according to the invention for connecting and connecting electrical lines enables the connection of the current-carrying line and further lines to a connection of a switchgear assembly. The device also enables the connection of a transducer that has a plug contact. In addition to the connecting bolts, only one type of connector is required to assemble all connecting cables. With the existing connectors and additional connecting bolts, all cables can be connected quickly and easily. Additional adapters and couplings or further interventions in the medium-voltage switchgear are therefore not necessary.

A surge arrester is often connected to the GAT connection via the LTG2 line. An additional possibility for the connection of a transducer is not provided in the device shown in this case. The transducer must therefore be connected to a suitable location within the switchgear. This results in an increased workload when installing the switchgear. Furthermore, the connector shown in FIG. 3 certainly does not allow the connection of a measuring transducer provided with a plug contact.
LTG2 aufweisen.1 shows a device according to the invention with two identical connectors CONN1a and CONN1b, two screws SW1, SW1 and a connecting bolt VB, which is provided with an insulation layer INS and is provided on both sides with a thread matching the screws SW1, SW2 is. The connector CONN1a is shown in a sectional view. It can be seen from this that the connector CONN1 has a continuous opening AX for receiving the connection GAT and the connecting bolt VB and a feed LTGZ for the connection line LTG1 or LTG2.
The connectors CONN1a, CONN1b are connected to the connections GAT1a and GAT1b as described under FIG. 3. After installing the CONN1a connector, the connecting bolt VB is first screwed tight with the SW1 screw of the CONN1a connector and then with the SW2 screw of the CONN1b connector. On the additionally installed connector CONN1b, via the LTG2 cable and the GAT1b connection, e.g. a transducer or surge arrester can be connected. By using the connecting bolt VB according to the invention, the connection options can therefore be doubled without the need to create additional couplings or adapters.
In Fig. 2, the two connectors CONN1a and CONN1b and the connecting bolt VB are screwed together. The current-carrying line LTG1 is connected to the connector CONN1a. The line LTG2 connected to the surge arrester is fed to the connector CONN1b and to the connector GAT1b of the connector CONN1b a measuring transducer MW is connected, which has a connector.
Fig. 1 und 2 oder auch mehrere (s. Fig. 3) Leitungszuführungen aufweisen. According to the invention, connector types can be used which preferably have one (see FIGS. 1 and 2 or also several (see FIG. 3) cable feeds. The cable-T specified in the Siemens Catalog HA 41.11 · 1993, page 21 are suitable for use -Plug.
