Ceci est obtenu en faisant tourner la portion du pied du bas, qui a été précédemment enfilé sur un tube de support fixe correspondant, au moyen d'un rouleau caoutchouté avec axe parallèle à celui du tube et lequel est disposé latéralement et adhérent au tube pour coopérer avec le bas et permettre sa rotation par glissement autour de l'axe longitudinal du support jusqu'à ce qu'une cellule photo-électrique détecte un repère approprié inséré dans le tissu du bas, de manière à se trouver dans une position prédéterminée par rapport au talon. Mais ce dispositif connu présente certains inconvénients, un desquels consiste dans le fait que l'entraînement du bas, dû à l'action exercée directement par le rouleau sur le tissu de ce dernier, peut provoquer un allongement excessif et incorrect des mailles en raison de l'élasticité propre du tissu, spécialement si ce dernier présente une finesse élevée, avec le risque de compromettre la qualité du produit fini. Ce résultat a été atteint, conformément à l'invention, en adoptant l'idée de réaliser un dispositif comprenant, pour chaque produit manufacturé à positionner, un tube de support tournant autour de son propre axe longitudinal, des moyens pour l'entraînement dudit tube et une ou plusieurs cellules photo-électriques pour la détection d'un ou plusieurs repères insérés dans le tissu du produit manufacturé, dans lequel le tube de support du produit manufacturé est réalisé en deux éléments coaxiaux, celui prévu en correspondance de la portion du pied du produit manufacturé ayant son extrémité libre qui peut être reliée à un organe moteur correspondant pour commander sa rotation en même temps que la portion correspondante du produit manufacturé: un rouleau presseur, monté fou sur un axe parallèle à celui du tube et situé au-dessus de ce dernier en correspondance de son extrémité libre, étant prévu pour permettre l'adhérence correcte du produit manufacturé avec le support au cours de sa rotation.The main object of the present invention is to eliminate the aforementioned drawbacks.

Réduit à sa structure essentielle et en référence aux figures des dessins annexés, un dispositif pour le positionnement de la portion du pied des deux bas d'un collant conformément à l'invention comprenant, pour chaque bas, un tube (1) de support du bas, tournant autour de son axe longitudinal (a-a), lequel est réalisé en deux éléments coaxiaux: l'extrémité libre (10) de l'élément de tube (1) situé en correspondance du pied du bas étant profilée de manière à former un élément de logement pour un tampon (2) correspondant qui est coaxial avec le tube (1), relié à un organe moteur (3) pour commander sa rotation en même temps que la portion correspondante du bas, et asservi à un cylindre d'actionnement correspondant (4) à axe horizontal pour permettre son rapprochement du tube (1) et respectivement son éloignement. A proximité de l'extrémité libre de chaque tube (1) est monté un rouleau presseur caoutchouté (5) tournant librement autour d'un axe (b-b) parallèle à celui du tube (1) et destiné à comprimer le tissu du pied du bas sur le support (1) respectif durant la rotation de celui-ci. L'action ainsi exercée par chaque rouleau (5) sur le bas correspondant permet d'obtenir son adhérence maximale sur le tube respectif (1) de support. Said rollers (5) can also be used to retain the stockings at the end of their axial positioning on the respective tubes (1), that is to say in the phase which precedes that described above.
