Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bausatz-System aus vorgefertigten Modulbauteilen für die Herstellung von Fahrbahnen.The invention relates to a kit system made of prefabricated modular components for the production of roadways.
Fahrbahnen können individuell vor Ort gefertigt werden. Der Zeit- und Kostenaufwand ist dabei relativ hoch. Dies gilt in gleicher Weise für Reparaturarbeiten. Der Zeit- und Kostenaufwand kann dadurch verringert werden, daß der Straßenbau mit vorgefertigten Modulbauteilen vorgenommen wird.
EP-A-0 113 661 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fahrbahnen aus vorgefertigten Modulbauteilen sowie in dem verfahren anzuwendende Modulbauteile. Vorteile ergeben sich aus der kostengünstigen Vorproduktion der Modulbauteile, sowie der kürzeren Konstruktionszeit. Reparaturen werden durch einfaches Austauschen von Modulbauteilen wesentlich vereinfacht. Zusätzliche Vorteile können sich durch die Verwendung von Trägerpfeilern für den Bau von Hochstraßen ergeben, indem so die Landschaft unter der Trassenführung weiter genutzt werden kann. Auch werden somit Schäden durch Wildwechsel ausgeschlossen.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen werden in der EP-A-0 113 661, abgesehen von Modulbauteilen mit integrierter Leitplanke, nicht angesprochen.Roadways can be individually manufactured on site. Claims (5)
- Modular system comprising prefabricated components (1,2,3,4,5,6,) for the manufacture of roads specifically identified by individual components (1,2,3,) incorporating ventilation and air extractor channels (8) for the prevention of smog.
- Modular system in accordance with requirement 1, whereby components (1,2,3) are equipped with a rain/icewater receptacle facility (7) comprising a dispersal system.
- Modular system in accordance with requirement 1 or 2, in which individual components (1,2,3) contain heating loops (9) for road surface heating to prevent the build-up of snow and ice.
- Modular system in accordance with requirements 1 to 3, whereby individual components (1,2,3) are equipped with control circuitry (10) for an automatic traffic guidance system.
- Modular system in accorddance with requirements 1 to 4, comprising individual components as roads (1,2,3) road supports (5) and support pylons (6).
