Claims (10)
- Klemmvorrichtung (10) für elektrische Anschlüsse von der Art, die umfaßt: einen flächigen Körper (11) hergestellt aus leitendem Material mit mindestens zwei im wesentlichen starren gegenüberliegend angeordneten Flügeln (12), die einen Schlitz (13) bilden, in den zwei elastische Vorsprünge (15) zum Boden (14) konvergieren, wobei jeder Vorsprung (15) sich mit einem entsprechenden der Flügel (12) verbindet, um einen knieförmigen Teil (16) zu bilden, wobei ein isolierter elektrischer Leiter (20) zwischen die elastischen Vorsprünge (15) bis zu ihren freien Enden einsetzbar ist, wobei Teile (19) der Ränder der Vorsprünge (15) scharf sind, so daß sie Schneiden bilden, wobei die Vorsprünge (15) vorgespannt sind, so daß sie durch erhabene Teile (23) zueinander gedrückt werden, die so ausgebildet sind, daß sie jeden der knieförmigen Verbindungsteile (16) beeinflußen, was den Zweck hat, ihre Enden näher zueinander zu bewegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erhabenen Teile (23) so angeordnet sind, daß sie den inneren Rand der knieförmigen Verbindungsteile (16) am Schlitz (13) beeinflußen und die knieförmigen Verbindungsteile (16) im wesentlichen kontinuierlich sind, ohne Schlitze, die sich vom inneren Rand am Schlitz (13) erstrecken, und dadurch, daß die Vorsprünge (15) mittels einer Verformung der Flügel (12) vorgespannt sind, um ihre Enden näher zueinander zu bewegen.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (14) des Schlitzes (13) einen Bereich aufweist, der näher bei den Enden der Vorsprünge liegt und durch einen erhabenen Teil (24) ausgebildet ist, der auf dem Körper (11) vorgesehen ist, so daß ein Auflagerand für den Leiter (20) gebildet ist.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Schneiden (19) sich von den Enden des konvergierenden Raums erstreckt, der zwischen den Vorsprüngen (15) liegt, bis zu einem Endbereich mit einer flachen Oberfläche (17), wo Kontakt mit dem Leiter (20) hergestellt wird.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand der Vorsprünge (15) zwei Schneiden (19) aufweist, die durch Zusammendrücken der entsprechenden Kanten ausgebildet sind.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bereiche (17) der Vorsprünge (15) zum Kontakt mit dem Leiter flach sind.
- Klemmvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (15) vorgespannt sind mittels der erhabenen Teile (23) und mittels Verformen der Flügel (12), in dem Maße, daß die Enden der Vorsprünge (15) miteinander in Kontakt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Klemmvorrichtung (10) wie sie in einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist, umfassend die Schritte:Stanzen eines kontinuierlich zugeführten Metallblechstreifens (25), um die Ränder des Bereiches (18) zum Einsetzen des Leiters (20) auszubilden, wobei ein Raum an den zueinander geschlossenen Teilen ausgebildet wird;Abschrägen der Ränder, um entsprechende Schneiden (19) auszubilden;Stanzen des Metallstreifens (25), um einen Rand des Schlitzes (13) auszubilden und die Vorsprünge (15) herzustellen;Pressen des Metallstreifens (25), um die erhabenen Teile (23) an den knieförmigen Verbindungsteilen (16) zum Vorspannen der Vorsprünge (15) auszubilden; undStanzen des Metallstreifens (25), um den Körper (11) mit den Flügeln (12) in gabelförmiger Position herzustellen,wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die erhabenen Teile (23) zum Vorspannen der Vorsprünge (15) am inneren Rand der knieförmigen Verbindungsteile (16) am Schlitz (13) ausgebildet werden, ohne Schlitze in den knieförmigen Verbindungsteilen (16) auszubilden, unddadurch, daßdas Verfahren ferner den Schritt umfaßt:Zurichten des Körpers (11), um die gabelförmigen Enden der Flügel (12) näher zueinander zu bewegen, um die Vorsprünge (15) weiter vorzuspannen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 ferner umfassend den Schritt: Ausbilden eines weiteren erhabenen Teils (24), der am Boden (14) des Schlitzes (13) angeordnet ist, um den Boden (14) des Schlitzes (13) näher zu den Vorsprüngen (15) zu bewegen.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abschrägen der Ränder, zum Ausbilden entsprechender Schneiden (19) durch Zusammendrücken der Kanten der Ränder ausgeführt wird, um Doppelschneiden für jeden Rand auszubilden, und so daß die Schneiden (19) sich von den Enden des konvergierenden Raums erstrecken, der zwischen den Vorsprüngen (15) liegt bis zu einem Endbereich mit einer flachen Oberfläche (17), wo Kontakt mit dem Leiter (20) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorspannen der Vorsprünge (15) durch Ausbilden der erhabenen Teile (23) an den knieförmigen Verbindungsteilen (16) und mittels Ausrichten des Körpers (11), um die Flügel (12) näher zueinander zu bewegen, die Enden der Vorsprünge (15) miteinander in Kontakt positioniert.
