Nach dem von der Steuerung 10 ein erster, korrekt an den Vordermarken anliegender Bogen festgestellt ist und daraufhin der Anleger 2 abgeschaltet wurde, erfolgt nun durch die Steuerung 10 ein Vergleich der aktuellen Winkelwerte des Winkelgebers 9 mit dem entsprechend vorgegebenen Sollwert. Wenn nun die Bogen-Offsetdruckmaschine 1 eine bestimmte Anzahl von Umdrehungen gemacht hat, also der in Fig. 1 rein symbolisch dargestellte Heber eine bestimmte Arbeitsstellung eingenommen hat, erfolgt das Entsperren des Vorgreifers und der erste anliegende Bogen wird erfaßt und sodann an den ersten bogenführenden Zylinder 8 übergeben. Die Winkelstellung unter welcher die Steuerung 10 in Abhängigkeit der korrekten Anlage eines ersten Bogens das Entsperren des Vorgreifers 7 als auch das Wiederzuschalten des Anlegers durch Ansteuern der Kupplung 6 auslöst, richtet sich dabei selbstverständlich auch nach der Geometrie und Ausbildung des Antriebs des Vorgreifers 7 des Hebergetriebes sowie der das Druckan- und Druckabstellen der Druckwerkszylinder bewirkenden Getriebe. Erfindungswesentlich ist hierbei lediglich, daß ein erster korrekt anliegender Bogen beim Anfahren beliebig bezüglich des Stellung des Hebergetriebes festgestellt werden kann, der Anleger 2 sowie der Vorgreifer 7 jedoch solange gesperrt werden, bis eine bestimmte, vorgegebene Winkelstellung des Hebergetriebes erreicht ist. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Verfahrensweise der Steuerung 10 und das damit verbundene entsprechende Ansteuern der Kupplung 6 des Anlegers 2 sowie das Sperren/Entsperren des Vorgreifers 7 ist daher stets gewährleistet, das insbesondere bei sehr hoch gewählten Hebertakten (große Untersetzung der Kurvenscheibe des Hebers) die Bogen nicht beliebig bezüglich der Heberstellung einlaufen.After the controller 10 has determined a first sheet that is correctly in contact with the front marks and then the feeder 2 has been switched off, the controller 10 now compares the current angle values of the angle transmitter 9 with the corresponding predetermined target value. Kurz vor der vierten Umdrehung zeigt das Signal vom Abtaster 4, daß ein Bogen an den Vordermarken korrekt anliegt. Das Signal wechselt von 0 auf 1. Wie dargestellt wird durch-die Steuerung 10 sodann die Kupplung 6 des Anlegers 2 ausgerückt woraufhin auch wieder der Vorgreifer gesperrt ist (Zustand 1). Im dargestellten Beispiel kann der Hebertakt zwischen der zweiten und dritten zwischen der fünften und sechsten und dann wiederum zwischen der achten und neunten Umdrehung der Druckmaschine zugeschaltet werden. Dies zeigt in Fig. 2 die Zeile Hebertakt HT. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel beträgt der Hebertakt somit 3:1.In this example it is assumed that the drive of the printing press is switched on at 0. Claims (6)

Verfahren zur Steuerung des Bogeneinlaufes beim Anfahren einer bogenverarbeitenden Druckmaschine mit Heberfarbwerk, bei der Bogen über einen Anlegetisch an Vordermarken angelegt, deren korrekte Anlage kontrolliert und bei als korrekt festgestellter Lage der Bogeneinlauf bei einer bestimmten Winkelstellung der Druckmaschine freigegeben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Bogen solange über den Anlegetisch gefördert werden bis ein erster Bogen als korrekt an den Vordermarken anliegend festgestellt wird,
daß daraufhin der Bogeneinlauf gesperrt und die Förderung von Bogen über dem Anlegetisch gestoppt wird, und daß der Bogeneinlauf freigegeben sowie das Fördern von Bogen über den Anlegetisch dann aufgenommen wird, wenn die Winkelstellung der Druckmaschine einem bestimmten, vorgegebenen Zustand des Heberantriebes entspricht.

Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bei einer Druckmaschine mit Heberfarbwerk, mit einem vom Hauptantrieb der Druckmaschine über eine Kupplung antreibbaren Anleger, von welchem Bogen über einen Anlegetisch zu Vordermarken förderbar sind sowie einer Steuerung, welche mit im Bereich der Vordermarken angebrachten Abtastern in Wirkverbindung steht und durch welche die Kupplung des Anlegers sowie der den Bogeneinlauf bewirkende Vorgreifer steuerbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch die Steuerung (10) der Einlauf eines ersten Bogens in die Bogen-Offsetdruckmaschine (1) durch Schalten der Kupplung (6) sowie des Vorgreifers (7) synchronisiert auf den Hebertakt freigebbar ist.
