Claims (9)

  1. Spritzpistole zum elektrostatischen Spritzlackieren von Gegenständen, geeignet für ein Pulverlackmaterial, welche einen Pistolenlauf (1), der in eine austauschbare Düse (2) endet, und einen Griff oder Stütze (10, 11), welcher Pistolenlauf einen Hochspannungsgenerator, bestehend aus einer Spannungs- vervielfachungsschaltung (12) und einem Transformator sowie eine in der Regel axiale Leitung (14) zur Zufuhr des Lackmaterials, wie z.B. ein Pulverlack, der mittels einer unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit zerstäubt wird, die sich längs dem Pistolenlauf und dem Griff bzw. der Stütze erstreckt und aus mehreren gekuppelten röhrenförmigen Längsstücken (15, 16) besteht, die abnehm- und austauschbar sind, und einige Elektroden (17) aufweist, die an den Hochspannungsgenerator angeschlossen und im Kanal des zu verspritzenden Produkts angeordnet sind, umfasst dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spritzpistole aus einem Element (6) in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts besteht, das als Stütze des Laufkörpers (1) dient und durch ein Teilstück (7) seitlich verlängert ist, das seinerseits durch einen Griff (10) bzw. ein Stützelement (11) weitergeführt wird, das an einem automatischen Hantierelement befestigt ist, wobei das Element in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (6) beim festen Aufstecken ein Hinterteil (5) des Laufes (1) aufnimmt, der einen etwas kleineren Querschnitt aufweist und in Längsrichtung durch einen ringförmigen Absatz (18) begrenzt und mit einem Endteil (19) bedeckt ist, das so gestaltet ist, daß daran ein abnehmbares Teil (8) befestigt werden kann, der die zwei Körper, und zwar das Element in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (6) und den Pistolenlauf (1), miteinander verbindet, wobei das Element in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (6) einige Durchführungen aufweist, durch die einige Leitungen zur Zufuhr von Pulver und Flüssigkeit (16) sowie elektrischem Strom (46) gelegt werden können.
  2. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hinterteil (5) des Laufes (1) ein zylindrisches Endteil (19) mit einem kleineren Querschnitt mit Innengewinde umfaßt und der Teil (8), der die zwei Körper, und zwar das Element in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (6) und den Lauf (1), miteinander verbindet , aus einem Stopfen (8) mit Außengewindekern (9) besteht, der in Teil (19) eingeschraubt wird und seinerseits in das Mundstück des röhrenförmigen Elements (6) eingeführt wird, wobei Teil (8) einen äußeren Flansch (20) beinhaltet, der auf dem Ende des röhrenförmigen Elements (6) aufsitzt und es so mit dem Körper des Laufes (1) verbindet.
  3. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Absatzes (18), der das in das röhrenförmige Element (6) eingeführte Hinterteil (5) des Laufes (1) begrenzt, mit seiner Wandstärke so bemessen ist, daß die Oberfläche des Vorderteils des Laufes (1) und die Oberfläche der röhrenförmigen Stütze miteinander fluchten.
  4. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannungsvervielfacherschaltung (12) und der Transformator (13) beide in einen den Laufkörper (1) darstellenden elektrisch isolierenden Block eingebettet sind.
  5. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Leitung (21) mit einem kleineren Querschnitt als der mit (14) bezeichnete zur Zufuhr des Lackmaterials und der unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit aufweist, die zur Zufuhr von einem zusätzlichen Luftstrom in Richtung auf einen am Vorderende des Laufes (1), an dem eine Elektrode (17) angebracht ist, gelegenen Abschnitt dient, wobei die Leitung (21) aus einem röhrenförmigen Element (22) besteht, das sich längs des Laufes (1) erstreckt und mit einem Längsstück (23) verlängert ist, das in der Lage ist, durch den Griffabschnitt (10) bzw. das Stützelement (11) hindurchgeführt zu werden.
  6. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsstück (23) aus einer biegsamen Leitung besteht.
  7. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsstück (23) aus einer austauschbaren Leitung besteht, die an das röhrenförmige Element (22) über ein abgewinkeltes Element angeschlossen ist.
  8. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griffabschnitt (10) ein Vorderteil (24) aufweist, der dem Teil entspricht, auf dem der Auslöseabzug (25) bzw. der Abzugsriegel aufgebaut ist, der aus einem mit den Seitenteilen des Griffs (10) abnehmbar verbundenen Teil und einem Verriegelungsmittel (39) besteht, die so gestaltet sind, daß sie mit dem Rest des Griffes (10) über Nuten und Federn einrasten.
  9. Spritzpistole nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element in Form eines röhrenförmigen Abschnitts (6) des Laufes (1) an seinem höhergelegenen Teil nahe seinem Rückende mit einem hakenförmigen Fortsatz (47) zum Aufhängen der Spritzpistole ausgestattet ist
