Il est constitué d'un profilé (1) plié trois fois à angle droit de manière à former une cornière (11) à deux côtés (14, 15) de même longueur prolongée par deux ailes perpendiculaires (12, 13), les deux côtés (14, 15) de la cornière (11) et les deux ailes (12, 13) étant percés d'orifices (16, 17, 18, 19) alignés et régulièrement espacés sur toute la longueur du profilé (1), les orifices (16) percés dans le côté (15) de la cornière (11) ayant un diamètre sensiblement supérieur à celui des autres orifices (17, 18, 19) et calculé de manière que le plan parallèle au côté (14) de la cornière (11) affleurant le bord de l'aile (12) soit légèrement en retrait ou tout au plus tangent à la circonférence desdits orifices (16). <IMAGE>

Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de rail à usages multiples, pouvant servir aussi bien de support de tablettes que de support pour des crochets, anneaux, mousquetons ou autres moyens de fixation d'objets divers, et pouvant se fixer aussi bien à un mur qu'à un plafond.
  • Le dispositif de rail selon l'invention peut permettre le rangement facile et efficace d'objets aussi variés que des ustensiles de ménage comme les balais, les brosses et autres, des outils en tous genres ou des accessoires de sport comme les skis, les bicyclettes, les planches à voiles et autres, et il peut également servir à la fixation de tablettes murales.
  • Le dispositif de rail selon l'invention comporte à cet effet une pluralité d'orifices circulaires alignés à distance égale les uns des autres en des emplacements précis.
  • Les avantages et les caractéristiques de la présente invention ressortiront plus clairement de la description qui suit et qui se rapporte au dessin annexé, lequel en représente un mode de réalisation non limitatif.
  • Dans le dessin annexé :
    • la figure 1 représente une vue partielle en perspective avec arraché d'un dispositif de rail selon l'invention.
    • la figure 2 représente une vue en perspective du même rail équipé d'une tablette.
  • Si on se réfère à la figure 1, on voit que le dispositif de rail selon l'invention est constitué d'un profilé 1 plié trois fois à angle droit de manière à former une cornière 11 à deux côtés égaux prolongée par deux ailes perpendiculaires 12 et 13 dont la hauteur de l'une 13 est approximativement égale à la moitié de la longueur des côtés 14, 15 de ladite cornière 11, tandis que la hauteur de l'autre 12 est sensiblement inférieure à la moitié de cette longueur.
  • Conformément à l'invention, les deux côtés 14 et 15 de la cornière 11, ainsi que les deux ailes 12 et 13, sont percés d'orifices alignés et régulièrement espacés sur toute la longueur du profilé 1, tous les orifices d'un tronçon de profilé étant traversés diamétralement par le même plan perpendiculaire aux côtés 14 et 15 de la cornière 11.
  • Encore conformément à l'invention, les orifices 16 ménagés dans le côté 15 de la cornière 11 disposé en regard de l'aile 12 de plus petite hauteur ont un diamètre sensiblement supérieur à celui des orifices ménagés dans les autres parties du profilé, son diamètre étant toutefois calculé de manière que le plan parallèle au côté 14 de la cornière 11 affleurant le bord de l'aile 12 soit légèrement en retrait ou tout au plus tangent à la circonférence des orifices 16, de façon que l'aile 12 ne puisse gêner la mise en place dans les orifices 16 des moyens de fixation tels que crochets, anneaux, mousquetons, ou autres.
  • Toujours conformément à l'invention, les orifices 17 ménagés dans l'aile 12 de plus petite hauteur sont positionnés à proximité du bord de ladite aile 12, tandis que les orifices 18 ménagés dans l'aile 13 de plus grande hauteur sont positionnés approximativement en son milieu et que les orifices 19 ménagés dans le côté 14 de la cornière 11 sont positionnés à proximité de l'aile 12.
  • Le dispositif de rail selon l'invention peut ainsi être solidement fixé horizontalement soit à un mur 2, à l'aide de vis 20 passées par les orifices 19 du côté 14 de la cornière 11, soit à un plafond à l'aide de vis passées par les orifices 17 de l'aile 12 de plus petite hauteur.
  • Dans l'un et l'autre cas il peut servir à maintenir un crochet 3 dont la tige est pliée de manière à pouvoir être introduite dans deux orifices 16 voisins d'où émerge une partie rectiligne 33, une extrémité 31 du crochet 3 dépassant verticalement en-dessous du côté 15 de la cornière 11 tandis que l'autre extrémité 32 peut former un bras horizontal replié en U arrondi et servir à accrocher des objets divers, comme par exemple un outil, un balai, des skis, ou autres.
  • Si on se réfère maintenant à la figure 2, on peut voir que le dispositif de rail selon l'invention peut également servir à la réalisation d'une étagère.
  • Dans ce but un bord longitudinal 40 d'une tablette 4 est encastrée dans le profilé 1, le chant 41 contre le côté 14, bloquée sous l'aile horizontale 12 et reposant sur le bord longitudinal de l'aile 13.
  • La solidarisation de la tablette 4 au profilé est réalisée au moyen de vis 42 introduites dans les orifices 17 de l'aile 12 et vissées dans la tablette 4.
  • Cette solidarisation peut être réalisée d'une autre manière, par exemple la tablette 4 peut comporter, saillant de la partie destinée à entrer en contact avec l'aile 12, des ergots de diamètre légèrement inférieur à celui des orifices 17 et régulièrement répartis comme ces orifices 17, ainsi la tablette 4 peut être à volonté solidarisée et désolidarisée du profilé 1 par un mouvement de bascule. Afin d'éviter une désolidarisation inopinée par relèvement de la tablette 4, il est préférable d'introduire au moins une cale 43 de dimensions adéquates dans le profilé 1 entre le côté 15 et la tablette 4 lorsque celle-ci est en position.
  • On voit donc que les différents orifices ménagés dans le dispositif de rail selon l'invention ont des fonctions différentes permettant de l'utiliser à des fins multiples.
  • Le dispositif de rail selon l'invention permet en outre, une fois qu'il est fixé à un mur ou à un plafond, de modifier à tout moment, sans nécessité de recourir à des outils, l'emplacement des accessoires de fixation tels que crochets, mousquetons et autres destinés à permettre la mise en place d'objets divers. L'utilisateur peut ainsi modifier rapidement et facilement le positionnement de ses outils, vélos, skis, planche à voile, panneau d'outillage ou tablettes.
  • Il va de soi que la présente invention ne saurait être limitée à la description qui précède d'un de ses modes d'utilisation, susceptible de donner lieu à un certain nombre de variantes sans pour autant sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (1)

  1. Dispositif de rail à usages multiples destiné à la fixation d'objets divers et susceptible d'être fixé horizontalement à un mur ou à un plafond, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un profilé (1) plié trois fois à angle droit de manière à former une cornière (11) à deux côtés (14, 15) de même longueur prolongée par deux ailes perpendiculaires (12, 13) dont la hauteur de l'une (13) est approximativement égale à la moitié de la longueur des côtés (14, 15) de ladite cornière (11) tandis que la hauteur de l'autre (12) est sensiblement inférieure à la moitié de cette longueur, les deux côtés (14, 15) de la cornière (11) et les deux ailes (12, 13) étant percés d'orifices (16, 17, 18, 19) alignés et régulièrement espacés sur toute la longueur du profilé (1), les orifices (16) percés dans le côté (15) de la cornière (11) disposé en regard de l'aile (12) de plus petite hauteur ayant un diamètre sensiblement supérieur à celui des autres orifices (17, 18, 19) et calculé de manière que le plan parallèle au côté (14) de la cornière (11) affleurant le bord de l'aile (12) soit légèrement en retrait ou tout au plus tangent à la circonférence desdits orifices (16), lesquels peuvent permettre la mise en place d'au moins un crochet (3) dont la tige est pliée de manière à pouvoir être introduite dans deux orifices (16) voisins.
