Klebestellen eines Heißklebers ist völlig ausreichend für die üblichen Beanspruchungen beim Transport, der Lagerung, der Bereithaltung in den Regalen der Verkaufsgeschäfte und der Handhabung durch den Kunden, bis dieser die Packungen voneinander trennt. Dabei kann durch entsprechende Wahl der Verfahrensführung - insbesondere der geeigneten Wahl des Klebers, der Temperatur der Aufbringung und der Haltezeit während des Abbindens bzw. Festwerdens - die Klebekraft leicht so eingestellt werden, daß der Zusammenhalt der Weichpackungen bis in den Haushalt des Verbrauchers zuverlässig gewährleistet ist und dennoch eine anschließende Trennung ohne übermäßige Kraftanstrengung und insbesondere ohne Gefahr des Ausreißens von Löchern in den Weichpackungen möglich ist. Wenn beim Trennen von zwei Weichpackungen voneinander im Bereich der Klebestellen die oberste Schicht einer der beiden Packungen am Kleber haften bleibt, so ist dies nicht schädlich. Es würde allenfalls die oberste bedruckte Papierschicht gelöst, nicht jedoch die die Dichtigkeit bewirkende Aluminiumfolie und/oder PE-Beschichtung des Wandmaterials. Es versteht sich, daß die Haftung der Klebepunkte bzw.
