Claims (8)
- Four pour la destruction pyrolytique sous pression réduite de déchets industriels organiques, comportant une enceinte tubulaire (1) étanche, un groupe de pompage (4) relié à l'enceinte à travers un condenseur (2), des moyens d'introduction (11, 18) des déchets dans l'enceinte, et des moyens de chauffage (15) de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de chauffage sont constitués de résistances électriques (15) rectilignes étendues parallèlement à l'axe principal à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (1) à proximité de la paroi, montées nues et aptes à être portées, par passage de courant issu d'une source extérieure (19), à une température d'au moins 1 200°C.
- Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte tubulaire est disposée avec son axe principal sensiblement horizontal.
- Four selon une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (1), des moyens d'isolement thermique constitués d'un garnissage réfractaire (16) appliqué sur la surface interne de l'enceinte (1) en regard des résistances (15), et des écrans réfléchissants (17) allongés disposés entre le garnissage réfractaire (16) et les résistances (15).
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les résistances (15) sont constituées de tubes d'Inconel.
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un panier (13) perforé cylindrique susceptible d'être entraíné en rotation autour d'un axe (14a) parallèle à celui de l'enceinte (1) à l'aplomb et en dessous de celui-ci.
- Four selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enceinte est garnie extérieurement d'un revêtement calorifuge.
- Four selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le condenseur (2) est du type à contact et comporte au moins une tour (20, 21) équipée de buses (20a, 21a) de pulvérisation orientées vers le bas alimentées en eau sous pression, et d'une pompe de reprise (23) avec un orifice d'aspiration relié à la partie basse (22) de la tour, et un orifice de refoulement relié à un réservoir de stockage (3) pour condensats dilués.
- Four selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le groupe de pompage (4) comprend en série un éjecteur (40) et une pompe à anneau liquide (41).
