Claims (11)

  1. Kindersicheres Gasfeuerzeug folgender Bauart:
    die Betätigungsmittel für die Öffnung des Ventils (2) sind von einem Kipphebel (3) gebildet, welcher auf einer zur Achse (2') des Brennerventils (2) orthogonalen festen Achse (4) gelagert ist, mit einem Ende (3a) dieses Kipphebels (3) - ausgebildet in Form einer Gabel oder eines Kranzes - in Eingriff stehend unter einem Kragen (2a) des Brennerventils (2) und mit einem Ende (3b), d. i. das Betätigungsende, dazu bestimmt, vom Benutzer betätigt und dabei gegen die Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder (11) in Richtung auf den Feuerzeugkörper (8) gedrückt zu werden;
    die Mittel zur Erzeugung von Funken sind entweder von dem der öffnung des Ventils dienenden Bedienungshebel (3) unabhängig oder diesem zugeordnet;
    dem Zündmechanismus sind Neutralisationsmittel zugeordnet, letztere gebildet von einem zwischen einer neutralisationsaktiven Position und einer neutralisationsunwirksamen Position beweglichen Organ, wobei dieses bewegliche Organ in der neutralisationsaktiven Position die Betätigung des Bedienungshebels (3) für die Öffnung des Ventils verhindert, wozu es einen Teilbereich unterhalb des rückwärtigen Betätigungsendes (3b) des Hebels (3) aufweist, wobei weiter das bewegliche Organ in der neutralisationsunwirksamen Position die Betätigung erlaubt, wobei weiter dieses Organ, welches durch den Benutzer von Hand aus seiner neutralisationsaktiven Position in seine neutralisationsunwirksame Position verstellbar und normalerweise in der neutralisationsaktiven Position gehalten ist, außerdem so angeordnet ist, daß es am Ende der Zündmechanismus-Betätigung automatisch in die neutralisationsaktive Position zurückgeführt wird, wobei weiter das Neutralisierungsorgan des Xipphebels (3) von einem Stößel (13) gebildet ist, wobei weiter Mittel vorgesehen sind, um den vorübergehenden Verbleib des Stößels (13) in der neutralisationsunwirksamen Position vor der Betätigung des Bedienungshebels (3) sicherzustellen und wobei weitere Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Rückkehr des Stößels (13) in die neutralisationsaktive Position unmittelbar nach dieser Betätigung sicherzustellen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Stößel (13) verschiebbar an der Unterseite des hinteren Betätigungsendes (3b) des Bedienungshebels (3), dessen Bewegungen folgend, angeordnet ist und daß dieser Stößel (13) zwischen einer zurückgesetzten neutralisationsaktiven Position und einer vorgerückten neutralisationsunwirksamen Position beweglich ist, wobei in der zurückgesetzten neutralisationsaktiven Position der Stößel (13) über das rückwärtige Ende (3b) des Bedienungshebels (3) vorsteht und ein dem Feuerzeugkörper (8) zugehöriger Teilbereich (8b) so unterhalb des Stößels (13) angeordnet ist, daß jegliche Betätigung des Bedienungshebels (3) im Sinne der Öffnung des Ventils unmöglich ist, und wobei in der vorgerückten neutralisationsunwirksamen Position dieser Teilbereich (8b) des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) - bei der Betätigung des Bedienungshebels (3) im Sinne der öffnung des Ventils - nicht mehr in der Bewegungsbahn des Stößels (13) liegt, so daß diese Betätigung möglich ist.
  2. Gasfeuerzeug nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Stößel (13) zwischen zwei seitlichen Längsrippen (3c) angeordnet ist, welche die Unterseite des rückwärten Endes (3b) des Bedienungshebels (3) begrenzen und unter dem rückwärten Ende dieses Hebels eine Vertiefung (3d) eben der Größe abgrenzen, daß diesem seine Führung gesichert ist, wobei dieser Stößel (13) in Schließstellung des Ventils (2) zwischen dem Boden dieser Vertiefung (3d) und dem oberen Ende der Rückstellfeder (11) des Bedienungshebels (3) angeordnet ist und wobei diese Feder (11) seinen Verbleib am Boden der vorgenannten Vertiefung (3d) sichert.
  3. Feuerzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rückstellfeder (11) des Hebels (3) schraubenförmig ist und ihr oberes Ende mit einem mit der Unterseite des Stößels (13) einteiligen Zapfen (17) in Eingriff steht, während ihr unteres Ende mit einem mit einer Querwandung (8a) des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) einteiligen Zapfen (16) in Eingriff steht.
  4. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel zum vorübergehenden Sichern des Verbleibs des Stößels (13) in vorgeschobener neutralisationsunwirksamer Position durch eine Anordnung aus einer Kante (18) und einer Kerbe (19) gebildet sind, von welchen jeweils eine an dem Vorderende des Bodens der Vertiefung (3d) zur Führung des Stößels (13) und die andere an dem Vorderende der Oberseite des Stößels (13) vorgesehen ist, diese Kante (18) und diese Kerbe (19) relativ zueinander derart angeordnet, daß deren gegenseitiger Eingriff ermöglicht ist, wenn der Stößel (13) aus seiner zurückgezogenen neutralisationsaktiven Position in seine vorgeschobene netralisationsunwirksame Position verlagert wird, wobei die Kraft der Rückstellfeder (11) des Bedienungshebels (3) die Erhaltung dieses Eingriffs bei Abwesenheit jeglicher anderer auf den Bedienungshebel (3) ausgeübter Einwirkung sichert.
  5. Feuerzeug nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel zum automatischen Sichern der Rückkehr des Stößels (13) in die neutralisationsaktive Position unmittelbar nach der Betätigung des Bedienungshebels (3) im Sinne (9) der Öffnung des Ventils (2) gebildet werden:
    zum einen durch eine feste Schürze (13b), welche das rückwärtige Ende der Unterseite des Stößels (13) begrenzt und dazu bestimmt ist, vor dem Ende der Winkelbewegung des Bedienungshebels (3) im Sinne (9) der Öffnung des Ventils (2) gegen das untere Ende der an ihrem festen Führungszapfen (16) angreifenden Rückstellfeder (11) zur Anlage zu kommen, was im Zusammenhang mit dem Beenden der Winkelbewegung des Stößels (13) die Folge hat, daß die Kante (18) und die Kerbe (19), mit welchen der Boden der Vertiefung (3d) zur Führung des Stößels (13) und die Oberseite des letzteren versehen sind, außer Eingriff gebracht werden, und zum anderen durch zwei - um als Nocken zu dienen, geeignet orientierte - Rampen (21, 22), welche in dem Boden der Vertiefung (3d) zur Führung des Stößels (13) bzw. auf der Oberseite des letzteren, hinter der vorgenannten Kante (18) und der vorgenannten Kerbe (19) vorgesehen sind und dazu bestimmt sind, unmittclbar nach dem Lösen der Kante (18) aus der Kerbe (19) miteinander in Kontakt zu treten, um infolge des durch die Wirkung der Rückstellfeder (11) des Bedienungshebels (3) ausgeübten Drucks an der Rückkehrbewegung des Stößels (13) bis in seine neutralisationsaktive Position mitzuwirken.
  6. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der unterhalb des rückwärtigen Endes (13a) des Stößels (13) angeordnete Teilbereich des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) durch den oberen Rand (8b) der hinteren Wandung des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) gebildet ist.
  7. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der gerade unterhalb des rückwärtigen Endes (13a) des Stößels (13) angeordnete Teilbereich des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) durch eine Schulter (8c) gebildet ist, welche zu diesem Zweck in der Nähe des oberen Endes der Innenseite des unterhalb des Stößels (13) angeordneten Teilbereichs der Wandung des Feuerzeugkörpers (8) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Vorderseite der unterhalb des Stößels (13) angeordneten, festen hinteren Schürze (13b) des Stößels (13) derart profiliert ist, daß sie sich dem gekrümmten Profil der Rückstellfeder (11) des Bedienungshebels (3) anpaßt, wenn der Stößel (13) seine vorgerückte neutralisationsunwirksame Position einnimmt.
  9. Feuerzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß von den miteinander in Verschiebekontakt befindlichen Flächen des Stößels (13) und des rückwärtigen Endes (3b) des Bedienungshebels (3) die eine wenigstens einen Vorsprung (23) und die andere wenigstens eine Ausnehmung (24) aufweisen, welche derart angeordnet sind, daß in der zurückgezogenen neutralisationsaktiven Position des Stößels (13) jeder Vorsprung (23) mit der entsprechenden Ausnehmung (24) in Eingriff steht.
  10. Feuerzeug nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die obere Gleitkontakt-Fläche des Stößels (13) ein Längsfenster (26) aufweist und die untere Fläche des rückwärtigen Endes (3b) des Bedienungshebels (3), an welcher Fläche der Stößel (13) gleitet, einen in dieses Fenster (26) ständig eingreifenden Führungszapfen (25) aufweist.
  11. Feuerzeug nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der das Verhalten des Stößels (13) in zurückgezogener neutralisationsaktiver Position verbessernde Vorsprung durch die obere Gleitkontakt-Fläche des Stößels (13) getragen ist und er durch die beiden Enden einer durch das Längsfenster (26) des Stößels (13) unterbrochenen Querrippe (23) gebildet ist, während die Ausnehmung in der unteren Fläche des rückwärtigen Endes des Bedienungshebels (3) vorgesehen ist und sie durch eine Quervertiefung (24) gebildet ist, welche geeignet ist, die Rippe (23) des Stößels (13) aufzunehmen, wenn dieser letzere in zurückgezogener neutralisationsaktiver Position ist.
