  • the flocking fibers can advantageously be made of nylon, cotton, polyester, rayon. Their length is generally between 0.2 and 2 mm.
  • the rod preferably has a cross section of dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the wiper opening, that is to say dimensions less than those necessary so that the rod has just the clearance necessary to pass through the wiper.
  • the flocking fibers therefore preferably have at least the length necessary to fill the space between the wiper lip and the rod.

It comprises a first cylindrical element 61 with an external diameter equal, apart from the clearance necessary for its assembly, to the internal diameter of the neck. Said element 61 is provided at one end with an external retaining flange 62 which comes to rest on the free edge of the neck 22 and at its other end with a cylindrical skirt 63 forming the lip of the wiper 6. This lip 63 is partially covered with flocking fibers 64, these fibers being fixed on the edge and on a certain height of the external and internal surfaces of the lip 63.

  • the wringer is constituted by a cylindrical element 161 carrying an external retaining collar 162.
  • the lip 163 of the wringer 106 is constituted by a convex bottom closing l element 161 and cut into a star so as to form tongues, four in the example shown.
  • Flocking fibers 164 are fixed, in part, on the external and internal faces of the tongues, and on the edge of these.
  • FIG. 3 represents a wringer with a split skirt which is generally designated by 206.
  • This wringer comprises a cylindrical element 261 provided at one end with an external retaining flange 262 and at the other end with a wringing lip 263.
  • This lip 263 is constituted by a conical skirt provided with two diametrically opposite longitudinal slots 265 extending over most of its height.
  • Flocking fibers 264 are deposited on the edge and on part of the external and internal surfaces of the lip 263.
  • FIGS. 4A and 4B respectively represent a bottle 302 a , 302 b on the neck of which a wiper 306 a , 306 b is mounted, not comprising a skirt.
  • the lips 363 a , 363 b consist of an annular collar of triangular cross section providing an opening 366 a , 366 b circular.
  • the opening 366 has a diameter, for the necessary clearance, to the diameter of the rod 305 carrying the applicator 304 has a. In this way, it prevents leakage of the product contained in the bottle during storage but, when pulling the stem 305 has at the product removal, is formed a depression in the bottle 302. The product wrung out on the applicator does not fall back into the bottle but is sucked up by the vacuum and comes to settle at the end of the applicator where it forms a drop or a heap hindering make-up.

  • the lip 363 b is provided with flocking fibers 364 on its internal and external faces and on the edge. It can be seen in this figure that the diameter of the opening of the lip 366 b is greater than the diameter of the rod and that the fibers deposited by flocking fill the annular space between the edge of the opening 366 b and the rod 305 b . A good spin of the applicator is thus obtained while allowing air to pass through. There is therefore no longer a drop or heap of product at the tip of the applicator.
  • the annular flange forming the wiping lip 363 b is also provided on its face facing the bottle of flocking fibers. These fibers have the advantage of slowing the return of the wrung product towards the opening of the wringer 306 b and consequently prevent the wrung product from returning to the applicator 304 b .
  • FIG. 5 represents a wiper 406 according to the invention, comprising two stages and consisting of a single piece. It is formed by a cylindrical element provided at one end with a retaining flange 462 facing outwards and at the other end with a flange forming a wiping lip 463 facing inwards providing an axial circular opening 466.
  • the flocking fibers 464 are deposited on the internal and external faces and on the edge of the wiping lip 463.
  • a second flange 467 forming a second wiping stage. This second flange 467 is devoid of flocking fiber
  • FIG. 6 represents a two-stage wiper 506 which consists of two parts: a first part constitutes the cylindrical element 561 carrying the retaining flange 562 facing outwards and the internal flange 567 forming the second wiping stage. The second part forms the wiping lip 563. It is fixed to the element 561 by a groove-bead system and forms a conical flange providing an axial opening 566. The external and internal faces and the edge of the flange 563 are covered 564 fibers by flocking.
