Abstract

The invention concerns a drive for a curved sliding door in which a left-hand (3) and right-hand (1) door are moved by means of two motor-driven straps (4, 2). One end of each strap is attached to the front or rear edge of the other door, the strap passing round a guide roller (6, 8) located in the middle between the two doors, thus linking the doors so that when one moves the other is forced to move with it in the opposite direction.

Description

Antrieb für eine Bogenschiebetür Drive for a curved sliding door
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a drive for an arched sliding door, in which two movable moving leaves are moved on an arc-shaped path via a motor drive. Triggered by a sensor signal, the drive is set in motion and the moving wings move apart, so that the traffic groups using it have an open passage. The advantage of these automatic curved sliding door systems is that they create inviting, spacious entrance rooms without taking up a lot of space. They can be designed for arched, semicircular or circular floor plans and also offer maximum transparency and light through large-area glazing. As a rule, microprocessor controls ensure a regular operation of these door types through a wide range of functions as well as self-regulation and self-monitoring of the movement sequences. As a rule, a fighter is arranged above the fixed glass parts and the two moving wings, which ensures an arc-shaped closure to the building. The drive means which ensure smooth operation of the curved sliding doors can then be accommodated within the fighter.
A curved sliding door of the aforementioned type can be found in DE 39 28 911 A1, in which the circular door leaves are brought into the open or closed position with a single endless belt. In this case, the endless belt is placed around the drive pulley and the driven pulley, the two door leaves being firmly connected to the endless belt at the same time are. When the drive motor is activated, the two door leaves can be moved in the opposite direction along a left or right guide plate. However, this type of drive is very complex since, in addition to the outer guide rollers, inner guide rollers are also required in order to reliably guide the toothed belt rotated by 180 '.
No. 3,353,299 describes a drive for a door, in which an electric motor drives a rotating belt, a device being fastened to the belt, to which cables which are guided over rollers and which move the door leaves are articulated.
Another drive for a sliding door, which is guided by cables, is described in US Pat. No. 1, 602,717.
The object of the invention is to provide a drive for a curved sliding door, which is inexpensive to manufacture and moreover fault-prone 1 i g and has as few components as possible to make the efficiency of the drive as large as possible.
This is achieved in that only one drive motor is used, which drives an open belt, which is fastened with its ends to one driving wing each. At the same time, this drive belt is deflected via a stored deflection roller, which is arranged centrally in the middle of the circular arc, but on the periphery. This deflection roller is designed as a double roller, so that a second belt, which is also attached to the two moving wings, but in opposite directions, is guided over this central axis on a second deflection roller below or above it. The movement of the first belt, caused by the drive motor, is forced onto the second belt by the deflection rollers. men in the opposite direction. Due to the connection of the driving wing to the drive belt, and in such a way, if you look at the door system from above, that the right belt is attached to the right outer edge of the driving wing and the left belt is attached to the left outer edge of the driving wing , due to this polyline when driving a belt, caused by the central deflection roller, there is also a forced transmission to the second belt. This ensures that when one wing is opened, the second wing is also opened, in such a way that the wings move away from one another. The belts, which can also be designed as toothed belts, always have the same length, and there is also no need for an elastic link between the belts. The straps always remain the same in length when moving. The object according to the invention has the advantage over the prior art that large losses are avoided by additional rollers.
Es zeigt:The invention is explained in more detail with reference to a possible schematically illustrated embodiment. It shows:
Figur 1: Bogenschiebetür in der DraufsichtFigure 1: Bow sliding door in plan view
Figur 2: AntriebsriemenanordnungFigure 2: Drive belt assembly
The exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 shows a curved sliding door with the moving wings (1) and (3) which move on a circular segment (14). The right moving leaf (1), which moves on the circular segment, closes on a fixed Side panel (19). In the same way, the moving wing (3) is arranged on the left side on a fixed side part (20). Arched sliding doors of this type are generally arranged in the entrance area of buildings and are required to represent a building closure. If an impulse is triggered due to a motion detector (not shown) which activates the drive of the sheet sliding door, the drive motor (7) located on the side is energized and the drive belt (2) placed over its drive roller (16) is displaced . The drive belt (2) is a non-self-contained belt, preferably a toothed belt, which is fastened to both the left-hand driving wing (3) and the right-hand driving wing (1). This attachment is made so that one end of the belt of the drive belt (2) is attached to the right rear edge (12) of the main wing (1). The belt drum (21) then leads to the drive motor (7) with its drive roller (16) around which the drive belt (2) is placed. The further belt drum (22) is guided to the deflection roller (6) which is rotatably supported in the center (15) of the circular segment (14) via an axis. This deflection roller (6) is to be placed as far as possible on the outer circle of the circular segment (14). The belt belt (22) of the drive belt (2) is guided over the deflection roller (6) in such a way that the end of the drive belt (23) of the drive belt (2) is fastened to the front edge (10) of the left-hand driving wing (3). The deflection roller (6) is mounted in such a way that a further deflection roller (8) is attached to the axis (9). These two deflection rollers (6) and (8) are arranged so that they can each have a belt one above the other, ie in two planes. On the common axis (9), the free-running deflection rollers (6) and (8) are not connected to one another in a non-positive and positive manner. At the front edge (11) of the right wing (1) there is another belt end (26) of the drive belt ens (4) attached. This belt drum (24) is guided over the deflection roller (8) and then to the deflection roller (5) arranged at the end of the fixed side part (20). The other belt drum (25), which goes away from the deflection roller (5) of the drive belt (4), is attached to the rear edge (13) of the left-hand driving wing.
Only one of the two drive belts (2) and (4) is thus directly connected to the motor (7). The central mounting of the deflection rollers (6) and (8) ensures that, with only one belt being driven, the second belt is inevitably also moved due to the manner described above. The consequence of this is that the second moving wing located thereon also moves in such a way that it performs the same movement as the driven moving wing. If, for example, the belt drum (21) is pulled in the direction of the drive motor which is also arranged at the end of the fixed side part (9), the belt belt (24) is pulled over the deflection roller (8) by connecting the drive belt (4) so that the moving wing (3) also moves outwards, ie into the installation. Due to this polygonal train, the indirectly connected two drive belts (2) and (4), it is ensured that a safe drive of the two moving wings (1) and (3) can be accomplished without additional and thus efficiency-impairing deflection pulleys. During the movement, ie the drive motor (7) runs in the opposite direction, the two moving wings (1) and (3) run towards each other. This is also done by connecting the wings in pliers. Therefore, with such a drive, the two moving wings (1) and (3) can be moved with only a single motor, which is a very inexpensive type of drive for a curved sliding door. All previously known Systems on the market have either been realized by very complex mechanical linkages and carriages, which, however, involve a very poor degree of efficiency and thus large losses.
However, it is also possible to equip the object according to the invention, as shown in FIG. 3, with an additionally arranged deflection roller (17) and (18) if this is necessary due to the local conditions, ie lighting fixtures are present in the ceiling installation is.
