Claims (8)
- Automatische Spritzmaschine für Beschichtungsmaterial, die eine Seitenmaschine oder Überkopfmaschine oder einen Mehrachsenroboter bildet, und die einen feststehenden Körper und ein mobiles Element, das mindestens einen Zerstäuber trägt, umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen und pneumatischen zu dem Zerstäuber der Maschine (3-9) gehörenden Steuerelemente in einem Gehäuse (103-111) angeordnet sind, das mechanisch mit dem Körper verbunden ist, wobei das Gehäuse mit dem feststehenden Körper und die Steuerelemente mit der Maschine vor der Installation der Maschine vor Ort verbunden werden.
- Spritzmaschine für Beschichtungsmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in dem Gehäuse (103-111) aufgenommenen Elemente Elektroventile zur Steuerung der der Maschine (3-9) zugeordneten pneumatischen Kreise umfassen.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in dem Gehäuse (103-111) aufgenommenen Elemente elektrische der Maschine (3-9) zugehörige Regelsysteme und Regelsysteme der Positionierer der Maschine (3-9) umfassen.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (103-111) außerhalb der Kabine angeordnet ist.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (103) um eine vertikale und/oder horizontale Achse zwischen zwei Positionen bewegbar ist, in denen es den Zugang einer Bedienperson ins Innere der Maschine zuläßt oder verbietet.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (103) aus zwei Teilen (103A, 103B) besteht, die durch eine scharnierartige Gelenkverbindung um eine horizontale oder vertikale Achse (151) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (103) bei Überdruck in bezug auf seine Umgebung gehalten wird.
- Spritzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Steuerelemente (12,13) der Maschine in dem zugeordneten Gehäuse (103,111) befestigt sind, wobei die Maschine elektrisch und pneumatisch durch zwei Netze jeweils elektrisch und pneumatisch versorgt wird.
