Diese Geräte sind in spezieller Weise insgesamt schwenkbar, um sie überhaupt in Bedienungsstellung bringen zu können. Die Schwenkbarkeit bei auf Heizkesselgehäuse aufgesetzten Geräten ist vorgesehen, um deren Frontfläche auf den jeweils günstigsten Sichtwinkel einstellen zu können. Erreicht wird dies bei solchen auf Heizkessel aufsetzbaren Geräten dadurch, daß das Gehäuse insgesamt seitlich an Sockeln drehbar gelagert ist, die selbst in geeigneter Weise auf dem Gehäuse des betreffenden Heizkessels befestigt sind. Sofern die Kabelverbindung aus dem Heizkessel mit dem Gerätegehäuse nicht durch die Sockel und die Schwenkachsen in das Gerätegehäuse eingeführt werden, was entsprechend aufwendig ist, erstreckt sich die Kabelführung frei zwischen Gerätegehäuse und HeizkesSelgehäUSe, ein Problem, das dann nicht gegeben ist, wenn das Gerätegehäuse fest auf dem Heizkesselgehäuse installiert wird. Diese Aufgabe ist mit einem Regel- und Steuergerät der eingangs genannten Art nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß das Gehäuse einen zweiten Gehäuseteil zu einem mit horizontaler Grund- bzw. Montagefläche versehenen Gehäuseunterteil bildet und in dieses tubusartig anschlagbegrenzt ein- und ausschwenkbar und im Querschnitt senkrecht zur Schwenkachse kreissektorförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die oberen und unteren Ränder der Eingriffsöffnung im Gehäuseunterteil an die Bogenform der oberen und unteren Abschlußflächen des kreissektorförmigen zweiten Gehäuseteils angepaßt ausgebildet sind, und daß die Eingriffsöffnung in einer zur Grund-bzw.
