Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a base source outlet for discharging supply air into a room through a plurality of air holes.
Such so-called source outlets are known in many forms and designs. For example, reference is made to DE-OS 40 37 287, in which a cylindrical source outlet is shown, to which an air duct system connects from above. This means that within a room in which the source outlet is located, additional cladding or coverings for the supply lines must be installed.
The present invention has for its object to provide a base source outlet which is very simple in itself, but can be used in many ways, and whose assembly is above all extremely simple and fulfills many wishes.
To achieve this object, an outlet part with the air holes is assigned to a base part with at least one inlet for the supply air.
In this case, the air duct system is already in a floor, for example a prefabricated ceiling, so that there are no additional lines in the room to be ventilated. It is sufficient, for example when casting the ceiling, to provide pipes or plastic plugs at the appropriate points for the base source outlet, via which a connection to the air duct system is established. When assembling the base source outlet itself, it is placed on these openings or recesses in the ceiling for the sake of simplicity, and thus the connection to the air duct system is established.
Befestigungselemente. Dies muß jedoch nicht sein. This is preferably done via corresponding connecting pieces which engage in the recesses in the ceiling, so that the base source outlet is thereby centered at the same time. Otherwise, the floor slab is then fixed to the finished ceiling or floor by means of appropriate dowels or the like. Fasteners. However, this does not have to be the case.
The outlet part is simply placed on the bottom part. For this purpose, corresponding strips overlap, which are then preferably connected to one another by cribs. Cribs mean deforming two parts to be joined together in certain, narrowly defined areas. Otherwise, however, a connection in another way, such as welding or screwing, is also possible. However, the crib has the advantage that no environmentally harmful measures arise, neither smoke nor smoke or other pollutants. Accordingly, no additional air extraction systems are required for cribs. This base source outlet according to the invention can be designed to be very elongated and accordingly have a plurality of inlets. The outlet part preferably consists of a rear wall, a top surface, a front surface and an inclined surface between the top surface and the front surface. Depending on your wishes, the source air can now be introduced vertically, horizontally or diagonally into a room. Corresponding air holes should preferably always be present in the inclined surface. If an additional vertical air flow is also required, there are air holes in the top surface. Otherwise, air holes can also be arranged in the front surface. This is a very simple way of determining the air flow.
A perforated plate is preferably located within the outlet part. This serves to rectify the air entering through the inlets. The perforated plate can run through the entire outlet part or can only be assigned to the inlets. In the latter case too, the arrangement of the perforated plate is sufficient to rectify the supply air.

A base source outlet R according to the invention. Figures 1 to 4 has a
The
For the sake of simplicity, the
The
In a further embodiment of a base source outlet R1 acc. 5 are
In both exemplary embodiments, the entire blow-out surfaces have the same free cross-section, so that the resistance does not change in the functional state either at the top outlet or at the side outlet and therefore there is no change in the noise level. This is a huge advantage.
If desired, it is also conceivable to integrate a
