Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltvorrichtung für Leistungsschaltgeräte insbesondere für mehrphasige Motorschutzschalter, mit Mitteln zur Übertragung einer Ausgelöst-Meldung auf einen externen am Schaltgerät angebauten Hilfsschalter, bestehend aus einer Handbetätigungsvorrichtung, die mit einem Schaltschloß in Wirkverbindung steht, und das bekannterweise aus einem Kniehebel besteht, der durch die Handbetätigungsvorrichtung gespannt wird, und durch thermische oder magnetische Auslösevorrichtungen ausgelöst wird.The invention relates to a switching device for power switching devices, in particular for multi-phase motor protection switches, with means for transmitting a trip message to an external auxiliary switch attached to the switching device, consisting of a manual actuation device which is operatively connected to a switch lock and which is known to consist of a toggle lever which is tensioned by the manual actuation device, and is triggered by thermal or magnetic release devices.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde eine Überstromauslösung auf einen Hilfsschalter zu übertragen, jedoch bei einer Ausschaltung "von Hand" kein Auslösesignal zu übertragen.The object of the invention is to transmit an overcurrent trip to an auxiliary switch, but not to transmit a trip signal “manually” when it is switched off.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß ein Auslösehebel des Hilfsschalters in das Leistungsschaltgerät ragt und ein Kniehebelteil des Schaltschlosses mit dem Auslösehebel des Hilfsschalters in Wirkverbindung steht, und daß das Kniehebelteil an dem mit dem Auslösehebel des Hilfsschalters zusammenwirkenden Ende eine aus der Flachseite des Ausschalthebels seitlich vorstehende Plattform aufweist, die mit einer dieser gegenüberstehenden aus dem Auslösehebel vorstehenden Nase zusammenwirkt. Bei einer Auslösung des Schaltschlosses durch Überstrom wird der Auslösehebel von dem Kniehebelteil verschwenkt, während bei einer Ausschaltung von Hand das Kniehebelteil vor dem Schwenken in die Aus-Stellung in seitlicher Richtung verschoben wird, wodurch die Plattform des Kniehebelteils sich an der Nase des Auslösehebels vorbeibewegt ohne diese zu berühren. Die seitliche Verschiebung erfolgt durch die Schaltkulisse, die mit der Handbetätigungsvorrichtung in Wirkverbindung steht. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Kniehebelteil über eine Achse mit der Schaltkulisse derart verbunden, daß sich die Achse in einem Langloch der Schaltkulisse bei einer Überstromauslöstung geradlinig in Ausschaltrichtung bewegen kann. Bei einer Hand-Ausschaltung macht das Kniehebelteil die Schwenkbewegung der Schaltkulisse solange mit, bis die Klinke den Klinkhebel freigibt, der Kniehebel zusammenbricht und der Ausschaltvorgang abläuft. Durch die Schwenkbewegung des Kniehebelteils verfehlen sich die Plattform des Kniehebelteils und die Nase des Auslösehebels und die Signalisierung der Auslösung durch das Hilfsschaltgerät unterbleibt.
Anhand der folgenden Zeichnung soll ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert werden.
