Claims (10)

  1. Verrahren zur Herstellung einer Oberflächenbeschichtung, insbesondere Bodenheschichtung, umfassend die Stufen, welche darin bestehen:
    a) erste Abtragungen von einem Brett oder einer Latte aus Holz (1) mit etwa konstanter Stärke durchzuführen, wobei erste Vertiefungen gebildet werden (2, 2,1) ;
    b) die ersten Vertiefungen (2, 2.1) mit einem elastischen Klebstoff auszufüllen, wobei die Oberfläche der Platte oder der Latte (1) egalisiert wird;
    c) den Klebstoff sich verfestigen zu lassen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Stufe umfaßt, welche darin besteht:
    d) eine zweite Holzabtragung von der Fläche der Platte oder der Latte (1, 11) durchzuführen, umfassend die egalisierte Klebstoffahlagerung von hervorstehenden Klebstotfablagerungen, welche Kontaktbanden (3.1) bilden können, zu befreien.
  2. verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (E3) der zweiten Abtragung über die gesamte Oberfläche des Bretts oder der Platte (1, 11) konstant ist, wobei diese Tiefe (E3) zwischen 0,5 und 5 mm liegt.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (E3) der zweiten Abtragung zwischen 1 und 3 mm liegt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man bei der Stufe a) oder zwischen den Stufen a) oder b) eine dritte Abtragung durchführt, wobei zweite Vertiefungen (2.2) gebildet werden, vorzugsweise mit einer Tiefe niedriger als die Tiefe der erster Abtragung, dadurch, daß man bei der Stufe b) außer den ersten Vertiefungen (2.1) die dritten Vertiefungen (2.2) mit Klebstoff ausfüllt und dadurch, daß man zwischen den Stufen b) und c) die Bretter oder Latten (1) aufstapelt, um einen Holzblock zu bilden, welchen man unter Bildung von Brettern oder Latten (11) in Scheiben schneidet,
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritten Vertiefungen (2.2) bei der Stufe b) mit einem Klebstoff, welcher andere mechanische eigenschaften als diejenigen des Klebstoffs, welcher zum Ausfüllen der ersten Vertiefungen (2.1) verwendet wurde, besitzt, ausgefüllt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff, mit dem die dritten Vertiefungen ausgefüllt werden, im festen zustand eine Härte höher als die des Klebstoffs, welcher zur Ausfüllung der ersten Vertiefungen (2.1) verwendet wurde, zeigt
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff, mit dem die dritten Vertiefungen (2.2) ausgefüllt werden, ein farbiger Klebstoff ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung oder die Vertiefungen (2.1, 2,2) durch Tränken oder Extrusion mit Klebstoff ausgefüllt wird (werden).
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fußbodenbelags, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die Stufen umfaßt, die darin bestehen:
    a) erste Abtragungen von einem Brett oder einer Latte aus Holz (1) mit etwa konstanter Starke durchzuführen, wobei erste Vertiefungen gebildet werden (2, 2.1);
    b) die ersten vertiefungen (2, 2,1) mit einem elastischen Klehstoff auszufüllen, wobei die Oberfläche der Platte oder der Latte (1) egalisiert wird;
    c) den Klebstoff sich verfestigen zu lassen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Stufe umfaßt, welche darin besteht:
    d) eine zweite Holzabtragung von der Fläche der Platte oder der Latte (1, 11) durchzuführen, umfassend die egalisierte Klebstoffablagerung von hervorstehenden Klebstoffablagerungen, welche Kontaktbanden (3.1) bilden können, zu befreien;
    e) die erhaltenen Kontaktbanden (3-1) der Fußbodenbeschichtung mit einem Trägermaterial (4) in direkten Kontakt zu bringen.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe (E3) der zweiten Abtragung über die gesamte Oberfläche des Bretts oder der Platte (1, 11) konstant ist, wobei diese Tiefe (E3) zwischen 0,5 und 5 mm liegt, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 3 mm liegt.
