Claims (7)

  1. Distributeur de pression-aspiration d'un appareil de nettoyage haute pression, comprenant :
    - un conduit basse pression (6) dans lequel de l'eau est amenée vers une pompe haute pression ;
    - un conduit haute pression (2, 8) qui va de la pompe haute pression à un pulvérisateur ;
    - une soupape de commande (1) qui est prévue le long du conduit haute pression (2, 8) pour bloquer ou dégager celui-ci, au choix ; et
    - une soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13 ; 16, 30, 31, 36),
    caractérisé
    - en ce que la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13 ; 16, 30, 31, 36) est disposée avant la soupape de commande (1), dans le sens d'écoulement, le long du conduit haute pression (2, 8) qui mène au pulvérisateur, et elle relie le conduit haute pression (2, 8) au conduit basse pression (6) ; et
    - en ce que la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13 ; 16, 30, 31, 36) est commandée par pression de telle sorte que lors d'une augmentation de la pression, elle ouvre une voie d'écoulement entre le conduit haute pression (2, 8) et le conduit basse pression (6) et elle referme cette voie d'écoulement lorsqu'une pression accrue définie est atteinte.
  2. Distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) est une soupape à action bilatérale.
  3. Distributeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de dérivation comporte un ressort (13) qui ferme la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) avec une force apte à être définie, tant que la haute pression qui règne au niveau de ladite soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) ne dépasse pas une valeur définie (22).
  4. Distributeur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la force de ressort est définie de telle sorte que dès que la haute pression prédominante au niveau de la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) dépasse une valeur supérieure (23), cette pression pousse la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) dans un siège de soupape (12) à l'encontre de la force du ressort (13) et ferme ainsi la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13).
  5. Distributeur selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la pompe haute pression fonctionne en mode d'auto-amorçage, la soupape de dérivation (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) se ferme automatiquement par l'intermédiaire du ressort (13) et empêche ainsi que l'air soit poussé à partir du conduit haute pression (8) dans le conduit basse pression (6).
  6. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de dérivation (16, 30, 31, 36) est combinée avec la soupape de commande (1).
  7. Distributeur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (30) est enfilé sur une extrémité libre d'un tiroir de commande (27) et une bille de soupape (16) appuie contre un siège de soupape (31), à une certaine distance d'un côté frontal (32) du tiroir de commande (27), et en ce que la soupape de commande (1) comporte un manchon de soupape (28) qui entoure coaxialement et avec du jeu le tiroir de commande (27) et le ressort (30), le diamètre intérieur du manchon de soupape (28) étant au moins partiellement inférieur au diamètre extérieur de la bille de soupape (16).
