Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging for objects, consisting of two interconnected parts, between which the object is arranged and wherein one part is a plastic film provided with a receiving pocket for enclosing the object.
- Such packagings for objects for their storage, storage, transport and presentation, for example on sales stands in the form of so-called blisters, are well known. They basically consist of two parts, between which the object is arranged. One part is usually a box that carries the product information and that forms the back wall of the packaging. A transparent plastic film is then attached, for example glued, to this flat cardboard blank. To enclose the object to be packaged, this plastic film is accordingly provided with a receiving pocket.
- a disadvantage of this known packaging is that complicated objects, for example wet shavers, as well as the associated container and the associated dispenser for the razor blade units cannot be held.
- the consequence of this is that the items contained in the packaging do not maintain their position and thus move back and forth within the packaging. In the case of assembled objects, this can lead to them dissolving into their individual parts, so that the desired presentation character is disturbed.
- DE-OS 37 00 688 proposes to provide packaging from two transparent packaging halves, each half having pockets essentially of the shape of the product, which protrude in one piece from the level of the respective residual packaging half.
- Half-shell plastic foils are thus formed, which are glued together at the edges and enclose the object to be packaged.
- this packaging is complex and therefore expensive to manufacture, on the other hand it does not guarantee that, in particular, assembled objects will not dissolve into their individual parts.
- This type of packaging is also disadvantageous with regard to transport, storage and display.
- packaging for objects consists of two foils to be joined together, both of which are profiled according to the shape of the object.
- projections and recesses are formed in both foils in such a way that the individual profiling areas of the plastic foils hold the object in very specific places and in specific positions, which prevents the object from slipping or being separated.
- the object of the invention is to create an improved packaging which, on the one hand, keeps complicated objects impeccably and without separation, and on the other hand can be produced at low cost.
- the invention proposes that the first part is a flat, unshaped plastic film, and the second part is a plastic film provided with a bulge that corresponds exactly to the outer surface contour of the packaged goods.
- a packaging designed according to this technical teaching has the advantage that the objects contained therein are held securely in their positions without the risk that the objects slip within the packaging during a movement or that assembled items stand dissolve into their individual parts.
- the objects are held securely on all sides by a corresponding bulging of one of the two plastic films.
- the profiling of the plastic film must be. be essentially such that the profiling corresponds exactly to the contour of the surface of the object.
- the packaging can be produced without great effort, since one of the two foils is a completely undeformed blank, so that the packaging can be produced economically.
- the particular advantage of the invention compared to the packaging known from the prior art is that even complicated objects, which are composed of a large number of individual parts, without the individual parts being attached to one another in an undetachable manner, are packaged in their use position after the production process, can be stored and transported across the entire sales channel to the sales outlets.
- the user sees in the packaging a combination of several objects in their position of use, a proper impression being ensured by the special design of the packaging according to the invention. Slipping of the parts against each other or even disassembly of the individual part combination are excluded. Because of the simple structure of the packaging according to the invention, it can be used in a production process which is also running at high speed, while the described advantage of the non-slip component combination can be achieved in the use position.
- the bulge is formed by a plurality of different merging Volumes formed.
- the composite in their layered state intended for packaging, the composite has a very complicated outer contour, which is reproduced as a negative in the film to be bulged out by means of several different volumes which merge into one another.
- a heel which is circumferential at the edge in front of the connecting edge is formed in the second part. This measure creates a flat space between the flat surfaces of the two plastic films, through which, for example, manufacturing tolerances or model variations can be compensated.
- the packaging preferably a box or the like is additionally arranged between the two plastic films.
- This additional box or the like is used to hold product information.
- the two plastic films of the packaging preferably consist of transparent plastic. This applies in particular to the plastic film that defines the front cover.
- the rear plastic film, which forms the back of the packaging, can also consist of colored plastic.
- the bulging or profiling of the one plastic film is thus such that even a complicated, for example compound, object in the packaging arrangement is covered by this film in such a way that all surfaces accessible in the packaging position or on the sides are scanned by the film.
- a packaging 1 for storing, transporting, storing and presenting an object 2 is shown in the drawings.
- This object is a wet shaver 3 with an associated holder 4, in which the shaver 3 is suspended, and with a dispenser 5 for razor blade units for the wet shaver 3.
- the box-shaped dispenser 5 is in a slot-like recess in the base part of the holder 4 inserted.
- the packaging 1 consists of two plastic films 6, 6 'made of transparent material, which lie against one another and are attached to one another at the edges. This attachment can be done for example by gluing. As shown in FIG. 2, one plastic film 6 forms the essentially flat rear wall of the packaging 1, while the other plastic film 6 'is bulged and serves to hold the object 2.
- the rear plastic film 6 is essentially completely flat.
- the object 2 is, as stated, held between the two plastic films 6, 6 'of the packaging 1. In order to prevent the object from slipping, it is held in such a way that it is supported on all sides.
- the plastic film 6 is an unshaped, essentially flat blank.
- the plastic film 6 ' has a bulge which essentially congruently follows the surface contours, seen from above in the packaging position and the strings.
- the parts are held in their positions essentially rattle-free and above all immovable when they are inserted between the foils glued at the points 9. Corresponding tolerances or model variations can be compensated for with an essentially circumferential paragraph 8 in the film 6 '.
- Plastic foils 6 'profiled in this way can easily be produced by deep drawing.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging for objects, consisting of two interconnected parts, between which the object is arranged and wherein one part is a plastic film provided with a receiving pocket for enclosing the object.
Such packagings for objects for their storage, storage, transport and presentation, for example on sales stands in the form of so-called blisters, are well known.
A disadvantage of this known packaging is that complicated objects, for example wet shavers, as well as the associated container and the associated dispenser for the razor blade units cannot be held. The consequence of this is that the items contained in the packaging do not maintain their position and thus move back and forth within the packaging. In the case of assembled objects, this can lead to them dissolving into their individual parts, so that the desired presentation character is disturbed. Furthermore the objects clatter undesirably strongly in the packaging when weighed.
Various solutions have already been proposed in the prior art. For example, DE-OS 37 00 688 proposes to provide packaging from two transparent packaging halves, each half having pockets essentially of the shape of the product, which protrude in one piece from the level of the respective residual packaging half. Half-shell plastic foils are thus formed, which are glued together at the edges and enclose the object to be packaged. On the one hand, this packaging is complex and therefore expensive to manufacture, on the other hand it does not guarantee that, in particular, assembled objects will not dissolve into their individual parts. This type of packaging is also disadvantageous with regard to transport, storage and display.
Furthermore, it is proposed in DE-GM 90 14 877 that packaging for objects consists of two foils to be joined together, both of which are profiled according to the shape of the object. According to this utility model, projections and recesses are formed in both foils in such a way that the individual profiling areas of the plastic foils hold the object in very specific places and in specific positions, which prevents the object from slipping or being separated. Although this solution is comparatively safe with regard to slipping and separating, both foils have to be molded, which is comparatively complex and therefore uneconomical. Furthermore, only certain machines can be used for further processing of the packaging.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to create an improved packaging which, on the one hand, keeps complicated objects impeccably and without separation, and on the other hand can be produced at low cost.
As a technical solution , the invention proposes that the first part is a flat, unshaped plastic film, and the second part is a plastic film provided with a bulge that corresponds exactly to the outer surface contour of the packaged goods.
A packaging designed according to this technical teaching has the advantage that the objects contained therein are held securely in their positions without the risk that the objects slip within the packaging during a movement or that assembled items stand dissolve into their individual parts. This applies in particular to objects of complicated shape, such as wet shavers with the associated holder and a dispenser for the razor blade units. The objects are held securely on all sides by a corresponding bulging of one of the two plastic films. The profiling of the plastic film must be. be essentially such that the profiling corresponds exactly to the contour of the surface of the object. Furthermore, the packaging can be produced without great effort, since one of the two foils is a completely undeformed blank, so that the packaging can be produced economically.
The particular advantage of the invention compared to the packaging known from the prior art is that even complicated objects, which are composed of a large number of individual parts, without the individual parts being attached to one another in an undetachable manner, are packaged in their use position after the production process, can be stored and transported across the entire sales channel to the sales outlets. The user sees in the packaging a combination of several objects in their position of use, a proper impression being ensured by the special design of the packaging according to the invention. Slipping of the parts against each other or even disassembly of the individual part combination are excluded. Because of the simple structure of the packaging according to the invention, it can be used in a production process which is also running at high speed, while the described advantage of the non-slip component combination can be achieved in the use position.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bulge is formed by a plurality of different merging Volumes formed. In particular in the case of composite objects, in their layered state intended for packaging, the composite has a very complicated outer contour, which is reproduced as a negative in the film to be bulged out by means of several different volumes which merge into one another.
According to a further advantageous development of the packaging according to the invention, a heel which is circumferential at the edge in front of the connecting edge is formed in the second part. This measure creates a flat space between the flat surfaces of the two plastic films, through which, for example, manufacturing tolerances or model variations can be compensated.
Finally, it is proposed in a further development of the packaging that a box or the like is additionally arranged between the two plastic films. This additional box or the like is used to hold product information. In contrast, the two plastic films of the packaging preferably consist of transparent plastic. This applies in particular to the plastic film that defines the front cover. The rear plastic film, which forms the back of the packaging, can also consist of colored plastic.
The bulging or profiling of the one plastic film is thus such that even a complicated, for example compound, object in the packaging arrangement is covered by this film in such a way that all surfaces accessible in the packaging position or on the sides are scanned by the film.
Dabei zeigt:
