- the system When a motion of the movable member of the setting motor in the opening and closing direction is completed and the movable element has occupied the desired position, the system is brought into a neutral state in which both control conduits are coupled to tank and the volumeter is retained in the latest occupied position. Due to the above non-return valve arrangements the setting motor is likewise firmly retained in the occupied position by the movable element. As the volumeter is securely retained in the occupied position, oil flowing through the control conduits due to thermal expansion in the setting motor are unable to influence the volumeter, but are passed directly to tank to which the control conduits have free access in the neutral state. Claims (6)
- Indicateur de position à commande hydraulique pour téléindication de la position de la pièce mobile (7) d'un moteur hydraulique (6) de réglage à double action sous fluide pressurisé, présentant le même volume de course dans les deux sens et étant relié à deux conduites de commande (A, B) pour alimentation et ressortie du fluide pressurisé de commande de la pièce mobile (7) pour mouvement dans une direction d'ouverture ou dans une direction de fermeture, l'indication de position étant assurée par un dispositif volumétrique (3) situé à distance du moteur de réglage et présentant un volume de mesure correspondant au volume de course du moteur de réglage, caractérisé par le fait qu'une soupape à plusieurs voies (2; 17, 18) est prévue pour relier les deux conduites de commande (A, B), dans l'une et l'autre de deux positions de travail correspondant, respectivement, à l'ouverture et à la fermeture, à une conduite sous pression (P) et à une conduite de réservoir (T), ou pour, à l'état neutre, relier lesdites deux conduites de commande (A, B) à la conduite de réservoir (T) pour une liaison en écoulement libre avec celle-ci, le dispositif volumétrique (3) étant connecté à ladite soupape à plusieurs voies (2) de telle manière que dans les deux positions de travail, le dispositif volumétrique est branché sur la conduite de commande reliée à la conduite de réservoir (T), des moyens étant prévus pour fermement retenir le dispositif volumétrique (3) dans sa dernière position occupée audit état neutre, et par le fait que les deux conduites de commande (A, B) sont reliées à la chambre de travail du moteur de réglage (6), de part et d'autre de la pièce mobile (7), par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs pilotes de soupape anti-retour (4) qui, dans l'état neutre, empêchent le fluide pressurisé de passer du moteur de commande (6) aux conduites de commande (A, B) qui, dans cette position, sont non-pressurisées, chacun desdits dispositifs de soupape anti-retour (4), dans la position de travail où la conduite de commande associée à l'autre dispositif de soupape anti-retour est pressurisée par le fluide, venant s'ouvrir pour ne permettre le retour du fluide pressurisé provenant du moteur de réglage (6) qu'après établissement d'une pression suffisante de travail dans la conduite de commande actuelle.
- Indicateur de position selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une soupape de sureté (5) est prévue en association avec chacun desdits dispositifs de soupape anti-retour (4), ladite soupape de sureté (5) permettant, dans ledit état neutre, la sortie du fluide pressurisé du moteur de réglage (6) à la conduite de commande associée, lors de l'apparition d'une surpression d'origine thermique dans le moteur de réglage, d'un coté ou de l'autre de la pièce mobile.
- Indicateur de position selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite soupape à plusieurs voies (2; 17, 18) est logée dans un panneau de commande situé à distance du moteur de réglage (6) et est accouplée en série avec une soupape (1) opérant sur trois voies et par laquelle la conduite sous pression (P) et la conduite de réservoir (T) peuvent être reliées à l'une ou l'autre desdites deux conduites de commande, et vice versa, ou les deux conduites de commande (A₂, B₂) peuvent être reliées l'une à l'autre et à la conduite de réservoir (T).
- Indicateur de position selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif volumétrique (3) est accouplé à ladite soupape à plusieurs voies (2) de telle manière qu'à l'état neutre, il se trouve débranché des deux conduites de commande (A₂, B₂).
- Indicateur de position selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que des dispositifs de soupape d'étranglement (8, 9) sont associés à ladite soupape à plusieurs voies pour retarder le débranchement du dispositif volumétrique (3) des conduites de commande (A₂, B₂).
- Indicateur de position selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs à commande pilotée de soupape anti-retour (4) sont situés à proximité du moteur de réglage (6).
