Description

The invention relates to a fitting for a corner cupboard, in particular a kitchen corner cupboard, which has a cupboard housing with a corner opening cupboard opening and a carousel arranged in the cupboard housing with a rotatably mounted rotating column, at least one shelf and one front element assigned to the cupboard opening, the front element being between a the closed closing position of the cabinet opening and a standby position in parallel to the rotating column, which allows the carousel to be rotated, can be moved back and forth by arranging a lower and an upper guide device at two points spaced apart from each other, one each on the front element have a seated support unit and a holding unit which is fixedly connected to the rotating column and which holds the support unit in a displaceably guided manner (see the document DE-A-4 026 197).

In a fitting known from DE-GM 90 14 366, the two guide devices are each provided by a tube protruding from the front element as a supporting unit and one by Rotating column protruding tube formed as a holding unit, the two tubes being telescoped.

However, this only results in an imprecise guidance of the front element, so that, for example, tilting or improper closing of the cabinet opening can occur when moving.

The present invention has for its object to provide a fitting with the features mentioned, with the help of which the front element is guided securely and stably and always maintains its once-adjusted position unchanged. This should be achieved with the simplest possible means. In addition, the manufacturing costs should be as low as possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the holding unit of the lower guide device and the holding unit of the upper guide device are connected to one another via a connecting shaft which is rotatably mounted on them and parallel to the rotating column and on which a toothed ring is arranged in the region of each guide device and is connected to one of them combs the facing support unit seated, extending in the direction of tooth rack.

With the help of this connecting shaft, the two guide devices are coupled to one another, so that there is precise synchronization at the top and bottom. If you move the front element and with it the upper and lower rack, they drive the two sprockets. Because of the interactions that occur No irregularities can occur, so that there is a safe, stable and easy-to-use guide. Any unwanted changes in the position of the front element are not possible. The measures required for this in the form of the connecting shaft and the toothed strips are relatively simple in nature and therefore also inexpensive to manufacture.

A kitchen corner cabinet 1 of a fitted kitchen has a cabinet housing with two side walls 2, 3 which are directed at right angles to one another and limit a cabinet opening 6 with their front end faces. When installing in the fitted kitchen can each side wall 2,3 connect another kitchen element, so that there is an L-shaped corner arrangement. The cabinet opening 6 already mentioned runs over a corner, the bisector of the corner passing through the middle of the cabinet opening 6. The cabinet housing also has a cabinet base 8, a cover plate 9 and a rear wall, not shown. For holding the rear wall on the top side, a flat iron band 10 or the like which is circular at the rear is provided in the area of the top of the cabinet. available, which is held by a support cross 11 formed by rods. The course of the flat iron strip 10 corresponds to that of the circumference of the cabinet floor 8, so that the rear wall having a corresponding curvature can be attached to these two parts. Finally, the cover plate 9 is placed on the holding cross 11 and the side walls 2, 3.

In the area of the cabinet opening 6, the cabinet base 8 and the cover plate 9 have a cutout 12 or 13 which is rectangular in the exemplary embodiment, the end edges of which, for example the end edges 14, 15 of the cutout 13, viewed in plan view from above essentially at the locations of the front end faces 4.5 of the side walls 2.3 are arranged.

A carousel 16 is arranged in this cabinet housing and has a rotating column 17 which is mounted so as to be stationary. In this case, the rotary column 17 can, for example, be plugged onto a pivot bearing pin 18 which stands up from the cabinet base 8. A corresponding pivot bearing can be provided on the top. The support cross 11 can be placed on the rotating column 17.

Das so gebildete Inneneck entspricht den Ausschnitten 12,13 des Schrankbodens 8 und der Deckplatte 9.The carousel 16 also has a lower shelf 19 and an upper shelf 20 (in principle there could also be only one shelf, just as one could accommodate more than two shelves), which are non-rotatably on the rotating column 17 and in the drawing for clarity are only indicated by dashed lines. Furthermore, the carousel 16 also includes a front element 21 which is assigned to the cabinet opening 6. In the exemplary embodiment, this front element 21 consists of two rigidly connected front plates 22, 23 arranged at right angles to one another. The inner corner thus formed corresponds to the cutouts 12, 13 of the cabinet base 8 and the cover plate 9.

However, the front element 21 and the cutouts 12, 13 could also have a shape that deviates from the rectangular shape shown. It could be, for example, a shape that extends linearly over the cabinet opening 6 or a rounded, indented shape.

The front element 21 is also non-rotatably connected to the rotating column 17. The shelves 19, 20 have, at the location of the front element 21, a cutout that is adapted to its contour, but is offset somewhat inwards with respect to the cutouts 12, 13, so that the front element 21 can be moved out of its closed position that closes the cabinet opening 6 (FIG 1, 2, 3 and 7) can be shifted into a ready-to-turn position (FIG. 4) which is offset parallel to the rotating column 17.

In the closed position, the front element 21 covers the front end faces 4, 5 of the cabinet side walls 2, 3. Therefore in this position of the front element 21 do not twist the carousel 16. Such twisting is only possible when the front element 21 is displaced towards the rotating column 17, so that the front element 21 is released from the side wall end faces 4, 5 and can turn past the inner sides of the side walls.

The radial mobility of the front element 21 between the closed position and the ready-to-turn position is achieved by means of a corner cupboard fitting which contains a lower guide device 24 and an upper guide device 25, which are arranged at two points at a distance from one another. The two guide devices 24, 25 are constructed essentially the same, which is why the same reference numbers are used below for the corresponding parts of the two guide devices, with the addition of an "a" in the upper guide device.

Each guide device 24, 25 has a support unit 26; 26a and a support unit 26; 26a holding unit 27; 27a. The holding unit 27 of the lower guide device 24 and the holding unit 27a of the upper guide device 25 are connected to one another via a connecting shaft 28, which is rotatably mounted on the two holding units in a stationary manner and parallel to the rotating column 17 and on which a toothed ring 29 or 30 is arranged in the region of each guide device , which with a on the facing support unit 26; 26a seated, in the direction of displacement (parallel to bisector 7) running toothed rack 31; 31a combs. Moves the front element 21 and with this the support units 26 connected to it; 26a in the direction mentioned, the toothed strips 31, 31a move past the two ring gears 29, 30 of the connecting shaft 28, so that the connecting shaft 28 is driven to rotate at both shaft ends. In this way, the two support units 26 carrying the front element 21; 26a a coupled and thus exactly the same displacement movement.

The connecting shaft 28 is expediently arranged between the rotary column 17 and the front element 21. It is located on the corner cabinet bisector 7 passing through the rotary column 17.

In the preferred embodiment, the respective support unit 26; 26a is suspended on the underside of the associated holding unit 27; 27a arranged. This gives, for example, the possibility of using the holding units 27; 27a which are firmly connected to the rotating column as a base for the shelves 19, 20.

The holding unit can be fastened to the rotating column 17, for example by welding (lower holding unit 27) or by screwing to the radial flange 32 of an annular sleeve 33 which is placed on the rotating column 17 from above and fixed thereon, for example by means of a clamping screw (upper holding unit 27a).

The stability of the sliding guide also contributes to that the holding unit 27, 27a on both sides of the rotary column 17 and the connecting shaft 28 each have a guide member 34, 35; 34a, 35a and the carrying unit 26; 26a have two guide elements 36, 37; 36a, 37a which are assigned to the guide members and are in guide engagement therewith, so that a two-track guidance takes place within each guide device 24, 25, so to speak.

The interlocking guide members and guide elements have strip-like longitudinal shapes, and in the exemplary embodiment they have a U-shaped cross section. The transverse webs of the guide member and the guide element are facing away from each other in each guide member / guide element pair, so that the two parts engage with one another or with one another with their legs. The mutually adjacent legs of the respective guide member and the associated guide element are supported on one another by ball bearings 38; 38a indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 2. The legs of the guide members and guide elements which are mounted on one another are arched in the direction away from one another, so that they grip around the ball bearings somewhat and the associated supporting unit is held hanging.

Hierzu dienen von oben her eingeschraubte Schrauben 40. Dies erfolgt beim Ausführungsbeispiel mit Hilfe von unten her eingeschraubten Schrauben 42.The holding unit 27; 27a contains a base body 39; 39a seated on the rotary column 17, on the underside of which the rail-like guide members 34, 35; 34a, 35a are fastened. Screws 40 screwed in from above are used for this purpose. The carrying unit 26; 26a likewise has a base body 41; 41a, on the top of which the rail-shaped guide elements 36, 37; 36a, 37a are fastened. In the exemplary embodiment, this is done with the help screws 42 screwed in from below.

So that the guide elements 36, 37; 36a, 37a of the support unit 26; 26a can move past on both sides of the rotary column 17 and the connecting shaft 28 when the front element 21 is displaced, the support unit 26; 26a or its base body 41; 41a points between the two guide elements a recess 43; 43a which is penetrated by the rotary column 17 and the connecting shaft 28 and which is so long in the direction of displacement that the front element 21 can be moved back and forth between the closed position and the ready-to-turn position.

The base body 39; 39a of the holding unit 27; 27a and / or the base body 41; 41a of the support unit 26; 26a, both in the expedient exemplary embodiment, are formed by a plate-like sheet metal part. As already mentioned, the guide members or the guide elements are arranged on the side of the relevant sheet metal part facing the respective other unit. The sheet metal parts 39; 39a, 41, 41a are stamped parts that are cut into the appropriate shape, in the exemplary embodiment they are essentially rectangular, and they bend, bulge or the like at the required points. have what will be returned to.

The plate-like sheet metal part 41; 41a of the support unit 26; 26a has a longitudinal slot which extends in the direction of displacement as from the rotary column 17 and the connecting shaft 28 penetrated recess 43; 43a.

The plate-like sheet metal part 39; 39a of the holding unit 27; 27a is perforated at the locations of the rotary column 17 and the connecting shaft 28 so that it can be plugged onto the rotary column 17 and fastened to it and the connecting shaft 28 can be rotatably supported.

The connecting shaft 28 carries at each of its two ends a pivot bearing part 44 or 45 and below the pivot bearing part the relevant ring gear 29 or 30. The ring gear diameter is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the pivot bearing part. Furthermore, it is provided in this connection that in both guide devices 24, 25 the holding unit 27; 27a has a pivot bearing hole 46; 46a corresponding in diameter to the pivot bearing part 44 or 45 and receiving it, which in the exemplary embodiment on the sheet metal part 27; 27a and is used for the rotatable mounting of the respective rotary bearing part and thus the connecting shaft 28. At its upper end, the connecting shaft 28 still has a radially projecting stop projection 47 above the rotary bearing part 45, which rests on the holding part 27a. The stop projection 47 can be formed by a running collar.

This results in a very simple plug-in assembly of the connecting shaft 28, which is inserted with its lower ring gear 29 from above through the pivot bearing holes 46a and 46 and also penetrates the recesses 43a and 43.

In the inserted state, the stop projection 47 lies on the holding part 27a, so that no further action than the insertion is required for the assembly.

The lower ring gear 29 and the lower pivot bearing part 44 are formed by a one-piece plastic body with a cylindrical shape, apart from the toothing. The same applies to the upper ring gear 30 and the upper pivot bearing part 45, the stop projection 47 being integrally formed on this one-piece plastic body. Together with a shaft rod connecting them, these two plastic bodies form the connecting shaft 28.

As already mentioned, the pivot bearing holes 46; 46a are formed on the plate-shaped sheet metal part 41; 41a of the respective holding unit 27,; 27a.

From FIG. 2 in particular it can also be seen that the toothed rack 31 or 31a which meshes with the ring gear 29 or 30 is arranged on the side of the support unit 26 or 26a which faces away from the holding unit 27 or 27a, that is to say on the underside in the expedient exemplary embodiment of the plate-like sheet metal part 41 or 41a. The row of teeth of the respective rack extends along one of the edges of the longitudinal slot forming the recess 43, 43a. The toothed rack 31, 31a is arranged to be adjustable in the direction of displacement, so that the two toothed strips in their longitudinal position can be adapted exactly to the rotational position of the respective ring gear 29 or 29a.

The two ring gears 29; 29a can be mounted on the connecting shaft 28 with an angular difference between them. This difference in angle can be compensated for by adjusting the rack. Furthermore, the vertical orientation of the front element 21 can be changed by adjusting one or the other rack.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the toothed racks can be adjusted by means of an eccentric. The toothed rack 31 shown in FIG. 3 is seated on a toothed rack body 48 which is screwed to the base body 41; 41a of the respective support unit 26; 26a via fastening screws. The fastening screws 49 each pass through an elongated hole in the base body 41; 41a which extends in the direction of displacement. Furthermore, an adjusting bolt 50 is rotatably mounted on the toothed rack body 48 and carries an eccentric 51 which is supported with its circumference in an associated recess of the base body 41; 41a of the support unit. When the fastening screws 49 are loosened, the position of the respective toothed rack can thus be adjusted by turning the adjusting bolt 50.

In both guide devices 24, 25, the support unit 26; 26a or its base body 41; 41a is shaped on its front side in such a way that here there is a contour 52 corresponding to the front element 21, ie a contour forming a right angle in the exemplary embodiment. The front element 21 is fastened to the support units 26; 26a in such a way that it engages in the cutout resulting in the contour 52.

When the front element 21 is transferred from the closed position into the ready-to-turn position, the front element 21 moves towards the holding units 27; 27a. Here, too, it is now provided that the holding unit 27; 27a has on its front side facing the front element 21 a contour 53 corresponding to the front element, the front side of the holding unit 27; 27a or its base body 39; 39a thus configured forming a stop for the front element 21 in the ready-to-rotate position. This can be seen clearly from a comparison of FIGS. 3 and 4.

A particularly expedient embodiment of the fitting is characterized in that in both guide devices 24, 25 the support unit 26; 26a is guided on the holding unit 27; 27a so that it can be slid backwards and downwards, so that the front element 21 is lowered when it is moved into the ready-to-turn position. In this way, the front element 21 can be so high that, in the closed position in the interior of the cabinet, it projects above parts, in particular the retaining cross 11. When the front element is pushed into the ready-to-turn position, the front element 21 then dips under these parts.

In order for the inclination of the guide members 34, 35; 34a, 35a with a substantially horizontally running base body 39; 39a of the holding unit 27; 27a, the plate-like base body 39; 39a has corresponding bends, bulges or the like at the fastening points of the guide members (screws 40). downward bracket portions with each guide member having a front bracket portion 54 and a rear bracket portion 55 is associated, the latter protruding further downward.

In the case of the correspondingly inclined guide elements 36, 37; 36a, 37a carrying support unit 26; 26a in the exemplary embodiment is the sheet metal part forming the base body 41; 41a, partly horizontally and partly obliquely to the horizontal, so that, on the one hand, the oblique guide elements and, on the other hand, the respective toothed strip 31; 31a can be attached with a horizontal orientation. The toothed strip is fastened to a horizontally oriented portion 56 of the sheet metal part which is designated by the reference number 56 in FIGS. 2 and 3.

The displaceable unit formed by the front element 21 and the two support units 26, 26a is loaded in the direction of the closed position by a spring force, so that the front element 21, after a rotation in the cabinet housing, returns to the position ready for rotation adjacent to the closed position, automatically is transferred to the closed position. For this purpose, in the expedient exemplary embodiment it is provided that a torsion spring 57 acts on the connecting shaft 28 in the sense of moving the front element 21 into the closed position. The torsion spring 57 shown is supported at one end on the rotary column 17 and on the other hand on the plastic body forming the ring gear 29, 30 by being inserted into the end face thereof. The torsion spring 57 is attached to the shaft rod of the connecting shaft 28. Thus, the connecting shaft 28 is loaded for rotation so that it presses the support units 26, 26a forward via the toothed strips 31, 31a.

In conjunction with another device, this spring load also serves to ensure that the front element 21 assumes a defined radial position when the carousel is rotated in the cabinet housing. This further device comprises a circular disk 58, which is fixed on the cabinet base 8 concentrically to the rotating column 17 and, on its rear side opposite the front element 21 with respect to the rotating column 17, has a radial slot 59 which extends in the direction of displacement of the front element 21 and is open on the disk circumference. The radial slot 59 is assigned a guide finger 60 which projects downward from the support unit 26 of the lower guide device 24 and which engages in the radial slot 59 in the closed position of the front element 21 and emerges from the radial slot 59 at the rear when the front element 21 is moved into the ready position for rotation that it rests on the circumference of the disk 58 during the subsequent rotation of the carousel 16. This concern is spring-loaded due to the torsion spring 57. If the guide finger 60 reaches the mouth of the radial slot 59 again, it enters it and the front element 21 closes the cabinet opening 6. The guide finger 60 carries a roller 61 so that practically no disk friction occurs on the disk circumference.

Der Führungsfinger 60 sitzt an einer mit der Trageinheit 26 verschraubten Trägerplatte 62.The guide finger 60 is seated on a support plate 62 screwed to the support unit 26.

In this connection, a stop element 63, which projects downward like the guide finger 60 and is arranged in the same radial direction as the guide finger 60 and at a greater distance from the lower support unit 26 Rotary column 17 as the guide finger is arranged and is also carried by the carrier plate 62 in the embodiment. When the front element 21 is moved into the closed position in the region of the mouth of the radial slot 59 on the disk 58, the stop element 63 comes into contact from behind so that the stop element 63 determines the closed position of the front element 21. The stop element 63 expediently has a wedge-like shape, as can be seen in FIG. 3, so that it penetrates somewhat into the radial slot 59 until it is stuck at the mouth. The support unit 26 and the front element 21 can then no longer move forward. The stop element 63 is arranged on the support unit 26 so as to be adjustable in the radial direction (fastening screw 64 and slot 65 of the support plate 62), so that the position of the lower end of the front element 21 can be varied in the closed position.

So that the movement of the front element 21 from the ready-to-turn position into the closed position is not too rapid due to the spring force (torsion spring 57) or the arrival in the closed position is not too hard, so to speak, at least one guide device, in the exemplary embodiment in the upper guide device 25, between arranged in the form of a damping cylinder with a piston rod 67 protruding from one end of the cylinder, the support unit 26a and the holding unit 27a are arranged in a unidirectional manner, with their braking force opposing the movement of the front element 21 into the closed position (see FIG. 5). In the embodiment, the piston rod with the Holding unit 27a and the cylinder part of the damping cylinder connected to the support unit 26a. Such damping cylinders are known per se.

The front element 21 is fastened in a suitable manner to the support units 26; 26a. In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided for this that the support units 26,; 26a have, on their front side, recesses 68 for vertical insertion of plug bolts 69 arranged on the front element 21. The front element 21 is therefore simply inserted from above with its plug-in bolts 69 into the suspension recesses 68 of the support units 26; 26a. It is further provided that the front element 21 in the region of the plug-in bolts 69 has a vertically screwable threaded bolt 70, by means of which the front element 21 is supported on the respective support unit 26; 26a. Thus, the height of the front element 21 can be adjusted using the threaded bolts 70.

As already mentioned, the front element 21 engages over the front end faces 4, 5 of the side walls 2, 3 in the closed position. So that the front element 21 can now be moved from the closed position inwards and from the inside into the closed position, the front faces 4, 5 of the cabinet side walls 2, 3 are chamfered so that they run parallel to the direction of displacement in a horizontal section. The front element 21 can move past these bevelled end faces 4, 5, as can be seen most clearly from FIG. 7, in which the closed position is drawn with solid lines and the ready-to-turn position is shown in dash-dot lines.

Diese Zentrierstücke 71,72 können rechtwinkelig zum jeweiligen Längsrandbereich des Frontelements 21, in Fig. 7 also in der Zeichenebene, verstellt werden.7 also shows that a centering piece 71 or 72 can be arranged in the region of each vertical longitudinal edge region of the rear of the front element 21, which centers the front element 21 when it arrives in the closed position in the cabinet opening 6 and thereby with the end face 4 or 5 of the facing cabinet side wall interacts. The centering pieces thus have a contact surface on the outside with which they run against the side wall end faces 4, 5. These centering pieces 71, 72 can be adjusted at right angles to the respective longitudinal edge region of the front element 21, that is to say in the plane of the drawing in FIG. 7.
