It is also possible for two belt-like devices to be combined, in conjunction with which one is preferably set up for optimal filling at a certain angle to the workpiece, and the other for optimal scraping at another, larger angle to the workpiece.

Claims (10)
- Procédé permettant d'enlever en le raclant un quelconque excédent de matériau et d'arrêter les pièces d'ouvrage (1,1') sous la forme d'un processus continu pendant l'alimentation de pièces d'ouvrage (1, 1') à longue bande et/ou à surface plane (1, 1'), chacune d'elles étant munie de l'application d'au moins une couche d'un matériau présent sous une forme plastique, où le matériau est enlevé par raclage dans une direction transversale à la direction d'avance des pièces d'ouvrage (1, 1'), avec compression du matériau dans une direction contraire à la direction d'avance mentionnée précédemment, en liaison avec laquelle la compression du matériau est obtenue par l'intermédiaire d'un effet d'amincissement et de pression au fur et à mesure que le matériau est en cours du transport dans la direction d'avance à l'encontre de l'effet d'une surface disposée contrairement à la direction d'avance, caractérisé en ce que la plus grande partie de la surface délimite un angle aigu avec la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') de manière à réaliser l'effet d'amincissement et la plus petite partie de la surface ne délimite aucun angle avec la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') an étant ainsi en contact avec la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') de manière à réaliser l'effet de pression.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'ouvrage (1, 1') sont amenées à avancer à une vitesse de 25 à 30 m/min.
- Procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau est enlevé par raclage à une vitesse de 20 à 25 m/min.
- Agencement servant à appliquer le procédé selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, en liaison avec lequel les pièces d'ouvrage (1, 1') sont disposées de manière à être amenées à avancer, et le matériau plastique est disposé de manière à être appliqué sous la forme d'un processus continu, où, disposé au-dessus de la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') avec le matériau plastique à enlever par raclage, se trouve un dispositif an forme de courroie (5) présentant une surface prévue pour ce raclage, laquelle est entraínée dans une direction transversale à la direction d'avance des pièces d'ouvrage (1, 1'), et où le dispositif en forme de courroie (5) est maintenu par un dispositif de maintien de courroie (11) s'étendant au moins sur toute la largeur de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1'), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif en forme de courroie (5) délimite largement un angle aigu avec la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') et en ce que ce même dispositif en forme de courroie (5) est élastiquement résilient et maintenu par le dispositif de maintien de courroie (11) de telle manière qu'une bande du dispositif en forme de courroie (5) la plus proche de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') et s'étendent au moins sur toute la largeur de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') soit complètement libre de se plier et de s'ajuster à la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') de sorte qu'une partie du dispositif en forme de courroie (5) qui ne délimite pas un angle aigu avec la surface de la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') est en contact avec la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') du fait que le dispositif de maintien de courroie (11), un vérin de pression (12) et une tige de piston (13) poussent ensemble le dispositif en forme de courroie (5) contre la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1').
- Agencement selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que l'angle entre le dispositif en forme de courroie (5) et la surface de pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') est de 5 à 30°. - Agencement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 et/ou 5,
caractérisé par deux rouleaux (6) situés de chaque côté d'au moins une piste (2) pour faire avancer la pièce d'ouvrage (1, 1') afin d'entraíner et de guider le dispositif en forme de courroie (5). - Agencement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif en forme de courroie (5) est fabriqué à partir d'un métal, tel que l'acier, un matériau à fibres de verre, un matériau céramique ou analogue. - Agencement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif an forme de courroie (5) présente une épaisseur de 0,8 mm. - Agencement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8,
caractérisé par un agencement racleur (7), lequel débarrasse la dispositif en forme de courroie (5) de l'excédent de matériau plastique enlevé par raclage qu'il porte avec lui et ramène le matériau vers un agencement d'application ou analogue. - Agencement selon une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9,
caractérisé an ce que la direction d'avance de la pièce d'ouvrage ,(1, 1') et le trajet de déplacement du dispositif en forme de courroie (5) délimite un angle différent de 90°.
