Bei Spritzgießwerkzeugen ist die Anbringung eines Vorsprunges bekanntlich einfach. Die Ausgestaltung des Vorsprunges als Stift hat sich in der Praxis als besonders einfach und zuverlässig erwiesen. Gleichwohl kann man dem Vorsprung auch die Gestalt eines Wulstes, einer Nadel, einer erhabenen Halbkugel oder einer Kante geben. Außerdem ist es zweckmäßig, den Vorsprung in der Nähe des Scharniers anzuordnen, wie dies in ähnlicher Weise schon bei der bekannten Einrasteinrichtung mit den zwei ineinander sich verhakenden Teilen (Rastwulst und Nase) vorgesehen war. Um ein sehr zuverlässiges Offenhalten der Verschlußlasche in ihrer Öffnungsposition vorzusehen ist es aber besonders zweckmäßig, auf jeder Seite des Scharniers einen solchen Vorsprung anzubringen, weil die Verschlußlasche über ihre gesamte Breite dann in definierter Lage gehalten wird. Im Sinne dieser Lehre hat das eingangs beschriebene, geradlinige Scharnier, welches sich über die Breite der Verschlußlasche erstreckt, eine Seite am Anfang der Breite, und die andere Seite am Ende der sich quer über die Verschlußlasche erstreckenden Linie. The design of the projection as a pen has proven to be particularly simple and reliable in practice. Nevertheless, the projection can also be given the shape of a bead, a needle, a raised hemisphere or an edge. In addition, it is expedient to arrange the projection in the vicinity of the hinge, as was already provided in a similar manner in the known snap-in device with the two interlocking parts (locking bead and nose). In order to provide a very reliable keeping of the locking tab in its open position, however, it is particularly expedient to provide such a projection on each side of the hinge, because the locking tab is then held in a defined position over its entire width. For the purposes of this teaching, the straight-line hinge described at the outset, which extends over the width of the closure flap, has one side at the beginning of the width and the other side at the end of the line extending transversely across the closure flap. In this sense, there is a protrusion at one end of the straight elongate hinge and the other protrusion is at the opposite end.
Verschiedene Versuche haben gezeigt, daß die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen besonders günstig dann gewählt sind, wenn der Rand der Ausgießöffnung elastischer ist als der Vorsprung. Der Vorsprung und der an der Verschlußlasche befindliche Befestigungsrand für den Vorsprung besteht zwar auch aus dem Kunststoff, aus welchem der gesamte Deckel gespritzt ist, die Ausgestaltung der vorsprungseitigen Teile ist aber so gewählt, daß sich hier beim Berühren und Aneinandergleiten der Teile, nämlich Vorsprung einerseits und Rand der Ausgießöffnung andererseits immer dann, wenn die Verschlußlasche in die Öffnungsposition oder umgekehrt aus letzterer in die Verschließposition gebracht wird, der Rand der Ausgießöffnung mehr deformiert wird als der Vorsprung. Dadurch kann man die Öffnungsvorrichtung gut wiederverschließen, weil sich der Vorsprung besonders günstig und formstabil am Rand der Ausgießöffnung nach innen vorbeidrückt. In besonders einfacher Weise hat man diese unterschiedliche Ausgestaltung bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform dadurch erreicht, daß der im Bereich des Scharnieres befindliche Rand der Ausgießöffnung dünner ausgestaltet wird als der andere, im wesentlichen U-förmige bis im wesentlichen V-förmige Rand der Ausgießeinrichtung, wenn man von oben auf diese und senkrecht auf ihre Ebene blickt. Der vordere Rand der Ausgießöffnung, insbesondere im Bereich der vorderen Ausgießspitze am tüllenseitigen Ende der Ausgießöffnung ist also dicker und steifer ausgestaltet als hinten, d.h. als im Bereich des Scharniers. Ein solches dünneres Ausgestalten eines Randteiles hinten im Vergleich zu vorn ist durch Schrägen des Spritzwerkzeuges sehr leicht erreichbar. The front edge of the pouring opening, in particular in the region of the front pouring tip at the spout-side end of the pouring opening, is therefore thicker and stiffer than at the rear, i.e. than in the area of the hinge. Such a thinner design of an edge part at the rear compared to the front can be achieved very easily by slanting the injection mold. The thinner edge part then bends more easily, as is well understood.
Vorteilhaft ist es erfindungsgemäß ferner, wenn der Rand der Ausgießöffnung wenigstens im Bereich des Scharniers gegenüber der Ebene der Ausgießöffnung nach innerhalb der Packung schräg angestellt ist. Oben wurde erwähnt, daß man erfindungsgemäß den Vorsprung nach außen schräg anstellen kann. Alternativ oder vorzugsweise zusätzlich kann man aber auch den Rand der Ausgießöffnung selbst unter einem ähnlichen Winkel zur Tubusachse schräg anstellen. Dadurch wird eine besonders gute Stabilisierung beim Offenhalten erreicht, weil der Vorsprung, der vorzugsweise die Gestalt eines Hornes haben kann, dann wiederum senkrecht auf eine Stützfläche zu stehen kommt, wenn sich die Verschlußlasche in der Öffnungsposition befindet. Trotz dieser sehr stabilen Offenhalteposition gelingt das Wiederverschließen aber sehr leicht, weil sich der stiftförmige oder hornförmige Vorsprung leicht an diesem schräg angestellten Rand der Ausgießöffnung vorbeidrükken läßt.It is also advantageous according to the invention if the edge of the pouring opening is inclined at least in the area of the hinge with respect to the plane of the pouring opening towards the inside of the package. Im Bereich des Scharniers 2 ist auf jeder Seite desselben ein horn- bzw. stiftartiger Vorsprung 12 am unteren Rand 6 der Verschlußlasche 7 angebracht gezeigt. Dieser stiftförmige Vorsprung 12 steht in der geschlossenen Position der Verschlußlasche 7 gemäß Figur 1 nahezu unsichtbar in Richtung Innenraum der Packung. Der stiftförmige Vorsprung 12 ist unter einem Winkel von 10 gegenüber der Tubusachse 1 angestellt und steht senkrecht auf dem ebenfalls schräg angestellten Rand 5 der Ausgießöffnung 4 in der Öffnungsposition der Figur 2 auf. Damit stützt der Rand 5 der Ausgießöffnung 4 über den stiftförmigen Vorsprung 12 die gemäß Figur 2 in Öffnungsposition befindliche Verschlußlasche 7 ab. Nach dem Öffnen kann der Verbraucher das Füllgut in Ruhe ausgießen, ohne daß er ein Zuklappen der Verschlußlasche 7 befürchten muß.In the area of the
