Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren des Wiederverschließens mit Hilfe eines relativ steifen bzw. widerstandsfähigen Deckels (10, 15, 22, 25..) eines weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackungspakets oder -beutels, das bzw. der in einer Umhüllung (e, e') ein relativ steifes bzw. widerstandsfähiges Produkt (b, b', b'') einschließt, welches vorzugsweise daraus in Bruchteilen entnommen werden kann, während in dem gefüllten Teil (R, R') der Umhüllung die durch das Produkt gegebene relativ stabile geometrische Form erhalten bleibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geleerte Teil der Umhüllung (e, e') - indem er in der Art, ihn wiederzuverschließen, verknittert und/oder auf sich selbst zusammengefaltet wird - vollständig in dem Deckel (10, 15, 22, 25..) eingeschlossen wird, welcher relativ steif bzw. widerstandsfähig ist sowie einen Boden und eine Schürze besitzt, die eine innere Kontur hat, deren Form und Dimensionen dem gefüllt gebliebenen Teil (R, R'), an bzw. über welchen sich der Deckel direkt anschließt bzw. daran angepaßt ist, mit dem Ausschluß jedes anderen Mittels, ihn zu bedecken und ihn wiederzuverschließen, zugeordnet bzw. zu demselben konjugiert sind.
  2. Verpackung, die wenigstens ein relativ steifes bzw. widerstandsfähiges Produkt eingeschlossen in einer Umhüllung enthält, welche von einem weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackungspaket oder -beutel gebildet ist, wobei das Produkt vorzugsweise in Bruchteilen herausgenommen werden kann, während der gefüllte Teil der Umhüllung die durch das Produkt gegebene relativ stabile geometrische Form beibehält, und die einen relativ steifen bzw. widerstandsfähigen Deckel besitzt, der einen Boden und eine Schürze aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form und die Dimensionen der Schürze der geometrischen Form des gefüllten Teils (R, R') der Umhüllung in der Art und Weise zugeordnet bzw. zu derselben konjugiert sind, daß sie sich unter dem Ausschluß jedes anderen Mittels direkt an bzw. über den gefüllten Teil (R, R') anschließt bzw. daran angepaßt ist, derart, daß der geleerte Teil der Umhüllung (e, e') - indem er in der Art und Weise des Wiederverschließens verknittert und/oder auf sich selbst zusammengefaltet wird - vollständig in dem Deckel eingeschlossen werden kann.
  3. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (h) des Deckels im wesentlichen gleich der Dicke von einem oder mehreren Produkt(en) (b, b', b'') ist, welches bzw. welche der Verpackungsbeutel oder das Verpackungspaket (S, S', S'') enthält.
  4. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schürze (12, 16, 27) des Deckels (10, 15, 22, 25) eine der geometrischen Form der Umhüllung ähnliche bzw. gleichartige Form und einen inneren Umfang hat, der im wesentlichen gleich jenem des Querschnitts der geometrischen Form der Umhüllung ist.
  5. Verpackung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schürze mit Mitteln (19, 20) versehen ist, welche ihre Befestigung auf dem gefüllt gebliebenen Teil des Verpackungspakets oder -beutels, dem der Deckel zugeordnet ist, erleichtern oder hierzu beitragen.
  6. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel von elastischen Laschen bzw. Klauen (20) gebildet sind, die in ihrem nichtbelasteten Zustand in das Innere der Schürze (21) des Deckels (22) vorspringen.
  7. Verpackung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel von Laschen (18) gebildet sind, die von Ausschnitten (19) der Schürze (16) resultieren und die an dem vom Boden (17) des Deckels (15) entfernten Rand der Schürze angeordnet sind.
  8. Verpackung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Deckels (23) auf der Gesamtheit oder einem Teil seiner inneren Oberfläche mit einem für den Druck empfindlichen Klebstoff (24) versehen ist.
  9. Verwendung eines relativ steifen bzw. widerstandsfähigen Deckels für das Wiederverschließen eines weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackungspakets oder -beutels (S, S', S''), welcher von einem Boden (11, 17, 23, 26) und einer Schürze (12, 16, 21, 27) von Form und Dimensionen gebildet ist, die denjenigen des Pakets oder Beutels (S, S', S'') zugeordnet bzw. zu denselben konjugiert sind, das bzw. der wenigstens ein relativ steifes bzw. widerstandsfähiges Produkt enthält, das der weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackung eine relativ stabile geometrische Form gibt, wobei sich der Deckel unter dem Ausschluß von jedem anderen Mittel zum Bedecken oder Wiederverschließen des geleerten Teils des Pakets oder Beutels direkt an bzw. über das Paket oder den Beutel anschließt bzw. daran angepaßt ist, wobei derselbe, indem er in der Art und Weise des Wiederverschließens verknittert und/oder auf sich selbst zusammengefaltet wird, vollständig in dem Deckel eingeschlossen wird.
  10. Weiche bzw. nachgiebige Verpackung, die Produkte enthält, insbesondere Lebensmittelprodukte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie für ihr Wiederverschließen eine Vorrichtung umfaßt, die von einem Deckel mit Boden (11, 17, 23, 26) und Schürze (12, 16, 21, 27) gebildet ist, welche eine innere Kontur der Form und Dimensionen hat, die jenen der Produkte, wie Biskuits o. dgl. (b, b', b''), welche der weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackung eine relativ stabile geometrische Form geben, zugeordnet bzw. zu derselben konjugiert sind, wobei der Deckel direkt an bzw. über die Kontur der weichen bzw. nachgiebigen Verpackung, mit dem Ausschluß jedes anderen Mittels, sie zu bedecken oder wiederzuverschließen, sich um die Produkte anschließt bzw. daran angepaßt ist, und derart, daß der geleerte Teil des Pakets oder Beutels, indem er in der Art und Weise, ihn wiederzuverschließen, verknittert und/oder auf sich selbst zusammengefaltet wird, vollständig in dem Deckel eingeschlossen werden kann.
