Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rammbohrgerät mit einem in einem Gehäuse axial beweglichen Schlagkolben, einem die Bewegung des Schlagkolbens steuernden, mit einem Druckluftschlauch verbundenen Steuerrohr und einem zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Steuerrohr angeordneten elastischen Zwischenstück.The invention relates to a ram boring machine with an impact piston which is axially movable in a housing, a control tube which controls the movement of the impact piston and is connected to a compressed air hose, and an elastic intermediate piece arranged between the housing and the control tube.

Ein Rammbohrgerät dieser Art ist durch die deutsche Offenlegungsschrift 38 31 882 bekanntgeworden. Das elastische Zwischenstück wirkt dort als Dämpfungsblock und nimmt beim Betrieb des Gerätes unvermeidliche Erschütterungen und Vibrationen auf, um diese weitestgehend von der Umsteuerung fernzuhalten. Zur Erleichterung der Montage des Steuerrohrs und des Dämpfungsblocks weist das bekannte Rammbohrgerät am Steuerrohr und/oder am Gehäuse radiale Vorsprünge auf, zwischen denen das Zwischenstück am Steuerrohr und/oder im Gehäuse gehalten ist. Aufgrund des elastischen Zwischenstücks zwischen dem Gehäuse und dem Steuerrohr werden die durch die schnellen Kolbenschläge hervorgerufenen Schwingungen und Stöße nur noch gedämpft auf das Steuerrohr und die Verbindung mit dem Druckluftschlauch übertragen. Dadurch lassen sich Schwingungsbrüche, insbesondere im hinteren Bereich des Gehäuses auch bei längerem Einsatz und schwierigen Einsatzbedingungen vermeiden. Auch das Steuerrohr mit der Schlauchverbindung ist nicht mehr den starken Schlägen und Schwingungen des Gehäuses ausgesetzt, so daß nicht die Gefahr eines selbsttätigen Lösens besteht. Daher läßt sich der Druckluftschlauch vorteilhaft mittels einer Schraubkupplung am Steuerrohr befestigen. Während bei der Ausführung gemäß Fig. 1 die axiale Vorspannung auf das elastische Zwischenstück 6 durch die Befestigung am Gehäuse 1 selbst aufgebracht wird, benutzt die Ausführung gemäß Fig. 2 einen Spannring 16, der mittels einer nicht dargestellten Hilfsvorrichtung zunächst axial so weit verschoben wird, bis die erforderliche axiale Vorspannung auf das elastische Zwischenstück 6 aufgebracht ist. In der dann erreichten Spannstellung fluchten radiale Bohrungen im Stützring 16 mit entsprechenden Bohrungen im Gehäuse 1, so daß sich radiale Halteschrauben 17 in diese Bohrungen einsetzen lassen. Claims (6)

  1. A percussion boring machine comprising an impact piston axially movable in a housing (1), a control pipe (2) controlling the movement of the impact piston and connected to a compressed air hose, and a separator (6) fitted between the housing and the control pipe and held at least on the housing by retaining elements (4, 5; 8, 9; 16, 17), characterised in that the elastic separator (6) is held under axial prestress.
  2. A percussion boring machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining elements comprise a radial projection (8) on the housing and/or on the control pipe (2) and a bearing ring (9, 16) that can be axially stressed with respect to the housing and/or the control pipe.
  3. A percussion boring machine according to claim 2, characterised in that the bearing ring (9) is axially stressed and retained by means of clamping bolts (14) disposed parallel to the axis that engage with the housing (1) and/or the control pipe (2).
  4. A percussion boring machine according to claim 3, characterised in that the bearing ring (9) projects at least locally beyond the external diameter of the housing (1), a straining ring (12) bears on a shoulder or a conical region (13) of the housing (1) and the clamping bolts (14) are fitted between the bearing ring (9) and the straining ring (12).
  5. A percussion boring machine according to claim 2, characterised in that the bearing ring (16) is held under axial prestress by means of bolts or screws (17) passing radially through the housing (1) and the bearing ring.
  6. A percussion boring machine according to claim 2, characterised in that the bearing ring is held under axial prestress in the housing by means of a bayonet connection.
