Claims (9)

  1. Une fenêtre ou une porte, en particulier du type coulissant, pour la fermeture d'un balcon à l'extérieur et comprenant un dispositif pour l'ouverture contenant un entraîneur (11), où ledit entraîneur est conçu d'une manière à pouvoir être déplacé d'une position passive à une position d'ouverture et ainsi déplacer la porte ou la fenêtre (5) d'une position fermée à une position ouverte, un ressort (17, 27) pour activer l'entraîneur (11) dans une direction vers la position d'ouverture, un dispositif (10) d'accouplement débrayable pour retenir l'entraîneur (11) dans la position passive, ledit dispositif (10) d'accouplement est contrôlé par une commande à distance pour être activé et inactivé, et un système (12, 13) de rails guidants pour diriger le mouvement de l'entraîneur (11) de la position passive à la position d'ouverture, caractérisée par des moyens de loquet comprenant un verrou coulissant pour relier la fenêtre ou la porte à l'entraîneur (11), la fenêtre ou la porte pouvant être déplacées d'une façon normale lorsque l'entraîneur (11) se trouve dans sa position passive.
  2. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le ressort est un ressort (27) d'enroulement.
  3. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'une portion enroulée du ressort (27) présente un palier (26), en ce qu'une portion (28) déroulée du ressort (27), lorsque l'entraîneur (11) se trouve dans la position passive, s'étend de la portion (27) enroulée au long du système (12, 13) de rails guidants à une attache (22) pour le bout extérieur de la portion déroulée, et en ce que l'un bout du palier (26) et de l'attache est fixé à l'entraîneur (11) tandis que l'autre bout est fixé par rapport à la partie (3) de cadre de la fenêtre (5, 6, 7) ou de la porte.
  4. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon les revendications 1-3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un amortisseur (33) qui ralentit le mouvement de l'entraîneur (11).
  5. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon les revendications 1-4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (10) d'accouplement débrayable comprend un électro-aimant (25) qui est conçu pour retenir l'entraîneur (11) dans la position passive.
  6. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par un élément (15, 16) pour montage fixé et un élément (18, 19) mobile, où le ressort (17) est conçu de manière à activer l'élément (18, 19) mobile dans une direction loin de l'élément (15, 16) fixé, ainsi qu'un moyen (20) souple de tirage, tel qu'un fil de fer qui à l'un de ses bouts est relié à l'un desdits éléments (16), est via des moyens (19, 16) de roulement guidé autour d'au moins l'autre desdits éléments (18, 19), et à son autre bout est relié à l'entraîneur (11) d'une telle manière qu'un mouvement de l'élément (18, 19) mobile loin de l'élément (15, 16) fixé produit un mouvement de l'entraîneur (11) qui est au moins deux fois plus grand.
  7. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par un boîtier (13) conçu pour montage fixé où l'élément (15, 16) fixé est monté, et comprenant une fente (12) par laquelle l'entraîneur (11) s'étend.
  8. Une fenêtre ou une porte selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (17), p.e. un ressort à gaz, est un ressort à pression, en ce que les deux éléments (15, 16; 18, 19) comprennent des moyens de palier, qui sont fixés chacun à son bout du ressort (17) et soutiennent lesdits moyens (16, 19) de roulement.
  9. L'usage d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-8 dans un balcon pour la fermeture du balcon à l'extérieur, ladite commande à distance étant située dans une pièce derrière ou à côté du balcon.
