Definitions
- the invention relates to a tee device for golf games, with a golf club and with a tee which can be inserted into the ground by means of a tip for supporting the golf ball during the tee.
- teas are often used only for a single tee and then remain on the golf course, be it that they are damaged or that the tea is thrown away so that it can no longer be found easily.
- the golf player pushes the tee into the ground or underground by hand; this means that he has to adopt a stooped posture.
- the invention has for its object to improve tee devices for golf games of the type mentioned so that on the one hand the handling is facilitated and on the other hand it is achieved that a single tee can be used for a variety of tees and will be used.
- the golf club is designed to be releasably connectable to the tee via a permanent magnet device. It is advantageous here that the golfer can easily take up a tee which was thrown out with the ball after the ball was hit by the action of the permanent magnet device.
- the permanent magnet device is expediently designed in such a way that the golf club has in its upper front end region of the club shaft, and the tee has a tee magnet on its side facing away from the tip, and that the pole direction of the magnets is selected such that a magnetic attraction is exerted between the free flat side of the racket magnet and the free front end of the tea magnet.
- the racket magnet is expediently designed as a bar magnet and the tea magnet as a flat magnet. Because both elements - namely the golf club in the upper end of its shaft and the tee itself - have permanent magnets, a sufficiently large magnetic force can be realized.
- the upper end region of the club shaft of the golf club has a sleeve-like guiding and receiving device which surrounds the free front end of the club magnet, the inner profile of which is designed to receive the outer profile of the tee in the area surrounding the tee magnates.
- the insertion tip of the tee then forms the front end of the club shaft, and the golfer can insert the tee at the next position without to bend down using the club shaft.
- the guiding and receiving device prevents the tea from breaking out laterally during the insertion process.
- the magnetic forces can be chosen so that a removal of the club shaft after inserting the tea into the ground is easily possible against the effect of the magnetic force.
- the rack magnet designed as a bar magnet is arranged in a sleeve inserted into the upper front end of the tube extending in the longitudinal direction of the racket shaft, to which the guide and receiving area is molded, and that the free front end of the Bar magnet is arranged above the bottom of the guiding and receiving area by the amount by which the free flat side of the flat magnet is arranged to spring back in the tee due to the roundness of the golf ball to be placed.
- the tube usually present inside the shaft of the golf club consists of either metal or plastic. The end of the tube is usually enclosed by a handle made of elastic material.
- the proposal according to the invention offers the advantage that a bar magnet, for example glued into a sleeve of the type described, can be inserted with the sleeve into the front end of the tube, a corresponding opening being previously made in the handle made of elastic material.
- the fact that the free end of the bar magnet protrudes from the bottom of the guiding and receiving device by the specified amount ensures that the two magnets can lie against each other without an air gap, thereby achieving a favorable holding effect.
- the free end face of the bar magnet is approximately aligned with the end face of the club shaft. This ensures that the magnetic force is essentially in the range of the free Front end of the bar magnet and does not act laterally from it, thereby preventing the tea from laterally coming to bear against the club shaft as a result of the action of the magnetic force, but not "immersing" in the guiding and receiving device.
- the region of the tea which has the tip is designed like a sword.
- the tea has wings, which are preferably arranged so that they run transversely to the flat side of the sword-like area.
- the insertion tip While in the known teas the insertion tip is conical and round, the insertion tip can be designed like a sword according to the described embodiment of the invention. If the tea is inserted into the ground in such a way that the longitudinal direction of the sword-like region points in the direction of the blow, when the tea is thrown out by the blow, it cuts through the ground with the knife-like sword and becomes less Resistance as the known teas violently ejected. This reduces the risk of the tea being damaged.
- the wings provided in a further development of the invention serve to increase the wind resistance of the tee, so that the tee lands earlier in the event of a throw-out and thus the golfer can bring the tee with the shaft of his club to a relatively small extent.
- the wings also have the effect that the tea assumes a stable position when pressed into the ground.
- the wings In order to prevent a tea introduced into the ground from springing back due to the action of the wings after insertion, it can further be provided that the wings have a notch or recess in the area of their connection with the tea have, which then has the consequence that the wings react when the tea is introduced into the ground resilient.
- the tea is preferably made of plastic (for example polyamide), preferably in a fluorescent color, in order to make the tea easy to find.
- plastic for example polyamide
- the tea can be made so durable from the material that it can be used many times.
- Fig. 1 the upper front end of a club shaft 1 of a golf club is shown.
- the striking area which is angled at the opposite (lower) end of the golf club 1, is not shown.
- the club shaft has a tube labeled 2, which consists, for example, of metal.
- the tube 2 is surrounded in the upper end area by a grip part 3 made of elastic material, for example rubber, polyurethane or the like.
- the handle part 3 encloses the upper end region and normally also the upper end region of the tube 2. According to FIG. 1, an opening 4 is made in the upper end region of the handle part 3, so that after the opening 4 has been introduced, the upper end end 5 of the tube 2 is exposed .
- a bar magnet 7 is introduced, for example glued.
- the lower end 8 of the sleeve 6 has a ventilation opening 9.
- Ribs 10 are provided on the outer circumference of the sleeve 6 and a ring part 11 is provided at the lower end.
- the sleeve 6 is supported with the ribs 10 against the inside of the tube 2 and lies with a flange part 12 running transversely to the longitudinal direction against the lower end of the recess 4 and thus against the front end 5 of the tube 2.
- the sleeve 6 is designed such that it widens towards its free end and has a guiding and receiving device 13, the round inner profile of which corresponds to the round outer profile 14 of a tea designated overall by 15.
- a circumferential collar 16 is provided on the outside, which bears against the upper end region of the handle 3.

- the free front end, designated 7a, of the bar magnet 7 is configured so as to protrude from the bottom 19 of the guiding and receiving device such that when the tea is received with its area 14 from the inside of the guiding and receiving device 13, the flat sides 7a of the magnet 7 and 17a of the magnet 17 rest against each other without an air gap.
- the tea 15 can be inserted into the underground by means of a tip 20.
- the area 21 adjoining the tip is designed like a sword.
- the tea has wings 22 arranged opposite one another transversely to the longitudinal direction of the sword-like area, each of which has a notch 23 in its connection area with the tea.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tee device for golf games, with a golf club and with a tee which can be inserted into the ground by means of a tip for supporting the golf ball during the tee.
When the blow is carried out, the tea is often thrown out of the ground by the impact of the impact force and is often damaged. As a result, teas are often used only for a single tee and then remain on the golf course, be it that they are damaged or that the tea is thrown away so that it can no longer be found easily.
The golf player pushes the tee into the ground or underground by hand; this means that he has to adopt a stooped posture.
The invention has for its object to improve tee devices for golf games of the type mentioned so that on the one hand the handling is facilitated and on the other hand it is achieved that a single tee can be used for a variety of tees and will be used.
According to the invention it is provided that the golf club is designed to be releasably connectable to the tee via a permanent magnet device. It is advantageous here that the golfer can easily take up a tee which was thrown out with the ball after the ball was hit by the action of the permanent magnet device.
The permanent magnet device is expediently designed in such a way that the golf club has in its upper front end region of the club shaft a club magnet extending in the longitudinal direction of the club shaft, and the tee has a tee magnet on its side facing away from the tip, and that the pole direction of the magnets is selected such that a magnetic attraction is exerted between the free flat side of the racket magnet and the free front end of the tea magnet. The racket magnet is expediently designed as a bar magnet and the tea magnet as a flat magnet. Because both elements - namely the golf club in the upper end of its shaft and the tee itself - have permanent magnets, a sufficiently large magnetic force can be realized.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the upper end region of the club shaft of the golf club has a sleeve-like guiding and receiving device which surrounds the free front end of the club magnet, the inner profile of which is designed to receive the outer profile of the tee in the area surrounding the tee magnates. This has the advantage that when the upper club shaft having the club magnet is brought closer to a tea lying on the floor, the two magnets attract each other such that the free sides of the magnets face each other and the area of the tea surrounding the tea magnet is guided by the guide. and receiving device of the club shaft is received. The insertion tip of the tee then forms the front end of the club shaft, and the golfer can insert the tee at the next position without to bend down using the club shaft. The guiding and receiving device prevents the tea from breaking out laterally during the insertion process. The magnetic forces can be chosen so that a removal of the club shaft after inserting the tea into the ground is easily possible against the effect of the magnetic force.
In a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the rack magnet designed as a bar magnet is arranged in a sleeve inserted into the upper front end of the tube extending in the longitudinal direction of the racket shaft, to which the guide and receiving area is molded, and that the free front end of the Bar magnet is arranged above the bottom of the guiding and receiving area by the amount by which the free flat side of the flat magnet is arranged to spring back in the tee due to the roundness of the golf ball to be placed. The tube usually present inside the shaft of the golf club consists of either metal or plastic. The end of the tube is usually enclosed by a handle made of elastic material. For the attachment of the bar magnet, the proposal according to the invention offers the advantage that a bar magnet, for example glued into a sleeve of the type described, can be inserted with the sleeve into the front end of the tube, a corresponding opening being previously made in the handle made of elastic material. The fact that the free end of the bar magnet protrudes from the bottom of the guiding and receiving device by the specified amount ensures that the two magnets can lie against each other without an air gap, thereby achieving a favorable holding effect.
In a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the free end face of the bar magnet is approximately aligned with the end face of the club shaft. This ensures that the magnetic force is essentially in the range of the free Front end of the bar magnet and does not act laterally from it, thereby preventing the tea from laterally coming to bear against the club shaft as a result of the action of the magnetic force, but not "immersing" in the guiding and receiving device.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the region of the tea which has the tip is designed like a sword. Furthermore, it can be provided that the tea has wings, which are preferably arranged so that they run transversely to the flat side of the sword-like area.
While in the known teas the insertion tip is conical and round, the insertion tip can be designed like a sword according to the described embodiment of the invention.
The wings provided in a further development of the invention serve to increase the wind resistance of the tee, so that the tee lands earlier in the event of a throw-out and thus the golfer can bring the tee with the shaft of his club to a relatively small extent.
The wings also have the effect that the tea assumes a stable position when pressed into the ground. In order to prevent a tea introduced into the ground from springing back due to the action of the wings after insertion, it can further be provided that the wings have a notch or recess in the area of their connection with the tea have, which then has the consequence that the wings react when the tea is introduced into the ground resilient.
The tea is preferably made of plastic (for example polyamide), preferably in a fluorescent color, in order to make the tea easy to find. The tea can be made so durable from the material that it can be used many times.
