Diese Aufgabe wird bei gattungsgemäßen Einrichtungen durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 oder 2 gelöst. Der Schlitz bzw. die Schlitze des Formzylinders und die darin befindlichen blattförmigen Federn sind kostengünstig einfach herzustellen. Die Schlitze können dank der schmalen Gestaltbarkeit der Feder sehr eng ausgeführt werden, so daß der schlitzbedingte Verlust an Druckfläche niedrig gehalten werden kann. Die aus Stahl herstellbare Feder bringt im Einbauzustand die erforderliche Federkraft für ihren sicheren Sitz im Zylinderschlitz auf, wobei die Oberfläche des Schlitzes keiner besonderen Rauhigkeitsanforderungen bedarf. Weiterhin liefern die verlängerten Schenkel die nötige, dosierte Spannkraft für die zuverlässige Spannung der Druckplattenabkantungen, wobei die Nachspannung der nachlaufenden Abkantungen ermöglicht wird. Die Druckform schützt bei der ersten Variante außerdem die Feder und den Schlitz vor Schmutz und aggressiven Medien, indem sie diese abdeckt. Der in Figur 1 dargestellte Formzylinder 1 weist einen in Achsrichtung verlaufenden Schlitz 2 mit parallelen Seitenflächen 3, 4 auf. In den Schlitz 2 sind mehrere, beispielsweise drei, Federn 5 bis in den Grund eingesteckt. Jede Feder weist zwei im eingesteckten Zustand vorgespannte, U-förmige, an den Seitenflächen 3, 4 des Schlitzes 2 anliegende Schenkel 6, 7 auf. Ein Schenkel 6 ist verlängert, enthält eine Grube 8 und endet mit einer Rundung 9. Die Federn 5 sind vorteilhaft aus nichtrostendem Stahl gefertigt, wodurch die Gefahr ihres Festrostens im Schlitz 2 vermindert wird. Weiterhin ist der Formzylinder 1 günstigerweise mit einem galvanischen Üerzug versehen, der technologisch bedingt bis in den Eingangsbereich des Schlitzes 2 hineinreicht und so die für den Druck verlorengehende Kanalbreite verkleinert. Außerdem ist der in den Schlitz 2 hineinreichende galvanische Überzug ein formschlüssiger Schutz der Federn 5 gegen Herausrutschen.The
Zur Montage der Druckplatte 11 werden deren Abkantungen 12, 13 in den Schlitz 2 des Formzylinders 1 eingedrückt. Sie kommen dann zwischen der Seitenfläche 3 und dem verlängerten Schenkel 6 der Federn 5 zu liegen und werden von letzterem gespannt. Vorteilhaft weist die nachlaufende Abkantung 13 der Druckplatte 11 mehrere vorzugsweise kalottenförmige Noppen 14 auf, die mit den Rundungen 9 der Federn 5 zusammenarbeiten (Fig. 4) und eine radiale Zugkraftkomponente auf die nachlaufende Abkantung 13 der Druckplatte 11 erzeugen und so die Plattenspannung verbessern.To assemble the
Bei der in Fig. 5 dargestellten weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung weist der Formzylinder 15 zwei in Achsrichtung verlaufende Schlitze 16, 17 mit parallelen Seitenflächen 18, 19 bzw. 20, 21 auf. In jeden Schlitz 16, 17 sind mehrere Federn 22, 23 bis in den Grund eingesteckt. Die Federn 22, 23 ähneln der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Feder. Sie weisen jeweils zwei im eingesteckten Zustand vorgespannte, U-förmige, an den Seitenflächen 18 bis 21 der Schlitze 16, 17 anliegende Schenkel 24 bis 27 auf. Die zu montierende Druckplatte 32 wird zunächst mit ihrer vorlaufenden Abkantung in den Schlitz 17 des Formzylinders 15 eingedrückt. Sie kommt dabei zwischen der Seitenfläche 20 und dem verlängerten Schenkel 26 zu liegen und wird von letzterem gespannt. Anschließend wird die Druckplatte 32 um den Formzylinder 15 gewickelt und die nachlaufende Abkantung 34 in den Schlitz 16 gedrückt. Die Feder 22 weist vorteilhaft eine Leitzunge 35 auf, die die Abkantung 34 zuverlässig zwischen die Seitenfläche 18 und den Schenkel 24 führt. Letzterer spannt dann infolge seiner Vorspannung die nachlaufende Abkantung 34. Das Wickeln der Druckplatte um den Formzylinder und das Eindrücken ihrer nachlaufenden Abkantung kann, ebenso beim vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel, vorteilhaft bei Drehung des Formzylinders unter Anstellung des Übertragungszylinders oder einer anderen Walze an den Formzylinder erfolgen. Auf weitere Ausgestaltungen, die analog dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel sein können, wird der Einfachheit halber nicht eingegangen.The
