Abstract

Containers, for example platforms or crate containers, can be provided with support feet (10) for setting-down or exchange between mobile chassis. Such support feet (10) are pivotable and, as long as the container is mounted on a transporting means, the support feet (10) are secured horizontally below the container. When the container has been set down, the support feet (10) are placed vertically and support the container. One support foot (10) is made up of a support leg (11) and a bearing tube (12) arranged transversely thereto and a securing strut. To reduce weight and achieve a simple construction, the support foot (10) is made up of a support leg (11) and a bearing tube (12) of an extruded aluminium profile (16, 17) and a cast corner piece (13). The bearing tube (12) and the support leg (11) are attached to the corner piece (13) by screw connections. <IMAGE>

Description

The present invention relates to a support foot for swap bodies, constructed from a support leg and a support tube arranged transversely thereto and a securing strut.

Swap bodies, for example flatbeds, box or suitcase containers, can be provided with support feet for parking, changing between mobile stands and for loading and unloading. Such support feet are foldable, and as long as the container is attached to a means of transport, such as a truck, a trailer for trucks or a railroad car, the support feet are secured horizontally under the swap body. As a rule, the support feet are attached to the actual swap body via a support bearing. The support bearings can, for. B. on a longitudinal and / or cross member, in particular torque-rigid, attached. An interchangeable container will generally have four support feet, i.e. one in the area of each corner.

If an interchangeable container is to be unloaded from a means of transport and stored, emptied or filled or reloaded from one means of transport to another, the support feet can be rotated from the horizontal (transport position) to the vertical (rest position) and secured. By means of a lifting or lowering device attached to the means of transport, the swap body can first be lifted, the support feet rotated vertically and then lowered onto the support feet, or the support feet are rotated into the vertical if there is a sufficient difference in height and the means of transport or its container receiving part is lowered until the swap body is on the support feet. The means of transport can then move away, the swap body resting on the support feet. If necessary, the same or a different means of transport can be maneuvered underneath the swap body and recharge the swap body, and the support feet can be turned back into a horizontal position and secured.

Support feet of this type are known for example from practice and in the DIN standard 70 018 "Support foot with safety device for swap bodies" has been described with regard to its standard-compliant design. A support leg with safety device is described in the Euronorm EN 284 "Swap body of class C", appendix B. This appendix specifies two types of support legs. In accordance with the DIN standard 70 018, the entire construction according to the invention is referred to as "support foot" in the present application, whereas the Euronorm EN 284 uses the expression "support leg". Known support feet of the type described are made of steel, the support leg and the support tube being welded to one another and the strength of the connection of the two parts being improved by a reinforcing rib. So that the support tube can be made rotatable in the support bearing, the support tube consists of a round tube which can be accommodated at one end in the support bearing with a round inner cross-section and at the other end protrudes into a tube of essentially square cross-section, and is connected to it in a separable manner by welding. The tube of square cross-section is welded to the support leg and both parts are connected to one another by a reinforcement rib by welding and form a separable unit.

Disadvantages of the one-piece support feet produced by welding are, for example, that in the event of damage they can only be replaced as a whole or can only be broken down into their parts by welding. The previously known, standardized support feet are made of steel, and accordingly they have a high weight with the required strength. This high weight puts a strain on the load balance of such swap bodies and is an unfavorable factor in terms of the energy required to move a means of transport. In addition, the heavy steel support feet require considerable manual effort when operated.

The object of the present invention is to propose a support foot for swap bodies which can be assembled from a few interchangeable individual components and, if necessary, disassembled and has a low weight with the required strength.

According to the invention this is achieved with a support foot containing a Support leg and a support tube made of an extruded aluminum profile and a cast corner piece, the support tube and the support leg being fastened to the corner piece by screw connections.

In an advantageous embodiment, the support leg and the support tube contain an extruded aluminum profile of the same cross section.

In order to make the support tube rotatable in the support bearing, the support tube must have a round cross section, at least in the area of the support bearing. The round cross-section can be interrupted by longitudinal groove-shaped shapes, at most so far that the remaining round surface parts ensure the sliding rotatability. In order to obtain a stable connection to the corner piece, it is expedient to have a support tube with an essentially angular cross section available in the area of the corner piece. This can be achieved in that a profile is pushed over the support tube at the end on the corner piece, which profile has an angular cross section on the outside. This support tube part represents the adapter part to the corner piece. In order to avoid twisting of the two pushed-together profiles, longitudinal grooves and wedges can be provided on the outside of the support tube and on the inside of the profile with an angular cross-section that connect the two profiles with one another in a form-fitting manner. The profile of the angular cross-section extends with respect to the length of the support tube from the corner-side end to the screw connections with the corner piece and the profile of the angular cross-section thus represents an adapter to the corner piece.

The support leg has an angular cross section on the outside and is fixed to the corner piece with screw connections. For local reinforcement of the support leg in the area of the screw connection and the bolt of the securing strut, a second profile, in the same way as described above, can be inserted in a form-fitting manner into the cavity of the profile and have an reinforcing part.

According to the present invention, the second profile can have the cross section of the support tube profile. Thus, with only two profile variants, the function of the support tube, the support leg, and an adapter part is achieved and to fulfill a reinforcement part.

In a preferred embodiment, the support tube can be an extruded aluminum profile with a round cross-section on the outside with at least one, expediently one, two, three or four, preferably four longitudinal groove-shaped shape (s) at an angle of 90 ° to one another, and the aluminum profile on the outside is round in cross-section an aluminum profile with an outside square cross-section and inside with a round and / or square cross-section, the longitudinal groove-shaped formations engaging in a form-fitting manner in corresponding longitudinal wedge-shaped formations in the inner cross-section of the aluminum profile with an outside square cross-section and the aluminum profile with an angular cross-section extending at least over the area of the screw connections.

In a further preferred embodiment, the support leg can be an extruded aluminum profile with an outside cross-section and a round and / or square cross-section on the inside, and at least one, expediently one, two, three or four, preferably four, longitudinal-wedge-shaped projection (s) at an angle of 90 ° inside. included and at the top, at least in the area of the screw connections, be pushed over an aluminum profile with a round cross-section, the longitudinal wedge-shaped projections interlocking in corresponding longitudinal groove-shaped formations in the outer cross-section of the aluminum profile with a round cross-section, and the aluminum profile with a round cross-section engaging at least over the area of the screw connections extends.

The securing strut can be articulated on the support leg. The securing strut can be attached to the support leg by means of a bolt which is guided through the support leg and protrudes at one end from the cross section of the support leg.

In a preferred embodiment, the aluminum profile of round cross-section extends inside the aluminum profile and has an external cross-section from the upper end of the support leg to beyond the bolt position, in such a way that the bolt is guided transversely through the two profiles pushed into one another. In this form, the support leg can withstand the acting forces, both from the corner piece and from the safety strut to record.

The cast corner piece creates the connection between the support tube and the support leg. The corner piece is expediently a cast piece made of aluminum.

The casting technique for producing the casting can, for. B. be a die casting, gravity die casting or sand casting.

The corner piece contains e.g. essentially two guide surfaces, which are at an angle of 90 ° to each other, one guide surface receiving the support tube and in particular the adapter part angular cross section and the other guide surface the support leg of the same cross section, and the support tube and the support leg are screwed to the corner piece. Accordingly, one of the guide surfaces is horizontal, the other perpendicular to it. Reinforcing ribs can be provided on the corner piece between the guide surfaces.

The corner piece can be shaped such that one end of the horizontal guide surface is flush with the outside of the support leg, which rests on the other guide surface. The end of the horizontal guide surface can be provided with a stop or a molded end.

The corner piece can essentially have a T-shaped longitudinal section, the guide surfaces being flat or in the form of preferably wedge-shaped grooves. The corner piece has recesses, such as screw holes, for fixing by means of fastening means, such as screws, the support tube and the support leg. The support tube and the support leg are usually screwed to the corner piece. One, two, three, four or a higher number of screws can be used per guide surface, three screws are expediently distributed over the length of each guide surface.

Screw connections are provided for fixing the support tube and corner piece and the support leg and corner piece. The screws are inserted from the corner piece and the counter thread can be in a sliding block and preferably on a threaded insert. The thread insert can be an extruded profile be made of aluminum and represent a threaded plate, which is provided with recesses in accordance with the number and distance of the screw holes in the corner piece. The recesses can have an internal thread matching the external thread of the screws.

The outer cross section of the threaded insert in the form of a threaded plate can correspond wholly or partly to the inner profile of the round support tube. If the outer cross section of the threaded plate only partially corresponds to the inner profile of the support tube, the support tube can have two opposing longitudinal rib-shaped projections or projections. The threaded plate can then be pushed under these formations and during assembly the threaded plate can only be displaced in the longitudinal direction and fixed with respect to the rotational movement.

Accordingly, a screw connection with the aid of threaded inserts, which are inserted in the cavity of the aluminum profile with a round cross section and are defined by longitudinal rib-shaped formations with respect to lateral movements, is expedient.

Support feet of the type described must have a safety strut according to official requirements, which protrudes from the support leg in the rest position of the swap body and is releasably attached to a counter bearing or a strut bearing, which in turn is fastened to the swap body.

The securing strut is rotatably attached to the support leg, for example by means of a bolt, and is secured to the bolt against falling off. The securing strut can have an eye at the end of the support leg, into which the bolt protrudes. The safety strut can be rotatably held by a securing device, such as a cotter pin, a screw locking device or a snap ring, but can be secured against being pulled out or falling out. At the end of the safety strut on the opposite side, a tab can be attached which engages in a counter bearing. The tab can have, for example, one or two recesses at a distance from one another and the counter-bearing can correspondingly have one or two pins or bolts, which in turn engage in the recesses.

The safety strut is activated by inserting the tab into the pin or pins. If the support leg is to be brought into the transport position, the tab can be unhooked and the safety strut rotated about its pivot point parallel to the support leg and locked to the support leg by a fastening means.

According to the present invention, the securing strut expediently has at least one extruded aluminum profile, at one end a tab which engages in a counterbearing in the braced state and at the other end an eye which is fastened to the support leg by means of a bolt with securing means.

The securing strut advantageously has two U-shaped extruded aluminum profiles, the undersides of which are directed towards one another, and the fastening parts of the tab and the eye are arranged between the U-shaped profiles, and the profiles and parts are connected by fastening means.

Furthermore, the securing strut can also have an eyebolt which is used to fix the securing strut in the transport position on the support leg. The ring bolt can be hooked into a recess on the support leg.

Screw connections are expediently provided as fastening means for the safety strut.

The support leg can have a footplate at the lower end. The footplate can be made of aluminum or steel or other metals and fixed to the support leg profile, such as screwed on. The shape and size of the footplate can be adjusted according to the needs, i.e. especially according to the surface pressures.

Bevorzugte Aluminiumtypen sind beispielsweise AlMgSi1 oder AlZn4Mg1.The essential parts of the support leg and in particular all profiles, such as the support tube, support leg, adapter part and reinforcement part, as well as the parts of the safety strut, the threaded inserts and the corner piece can consist of aluminum or its alloys or such Materials included. Preferred aluminum types are, for example, AlMgSi1 or AlZn4Mg1.

By designing the support leg in aluminum, weight savings of 30 to 35% can be achieved, for example, compared to a mechanically equally resilient design in steel. Relative to four support feet, weight savings of, for example, around 60 to 80 kg can be achieved. These weight savings enable a higher payload of the swap body to be achieved, and energy can be saved in the case of empty transport due to the lower mass to be accelerated. In addition, the manual effort required to operate the support feet is significantly lower than with the steel version.

If screwing elements are provided as fasteners, these can preferably be standard collar screws according to DIN 6921 of strength class 8.8 with security coating (VERBUS PLUS) or security collar screws with locking teeth (VERBUS RIPP) and corresponding collar nuts.

Preferred fastening means, namely screw connections, have been expressly mentioned in the present description. Instead of screw connections, welded connections, adhesive connections or riveted connections or combinations of such connections can also be provided at least in part. With such separable connections, however, the easy interchangeability of the parts is no longer guaranteed. In the context of specific manufacturing processes or stresses, however, such embodiments can be useful for connecting individual elements. It can also be provided that individual connections are screwed and also welded. For example, it is also possible to press the footplate into the profile.

A support foot with a securing device for swap bodies according to the present invention can also have the further features as are also provided in the above-mentioned standard. This includes a first transport lock of the support leg in the inserted or extended state, which can be done by a pin lock attached to the side of the support bearing. According to the standard, the support leg must also be folded in (Transport position), have a support and be secured by a second transport lock. The second transport lock should then be clearly visible from the outside and the effects should be checked conspicuously. It must be possible to secure the safety strut against unintentional loosening in the transport position. The strut must expediently remain secured even when the support leg is actuated in order to avoid injuries during handling. Furthermore, protection against the complete pulling out of the support foot is to be ensured by means of a stop safety device. The support leg according to the invention can be used in both left and right-hand versions. The support leg can be replaced by releasing the safety catch.

In Figures 1 and 2, the support tube 12 is indicated, which can be inserted in the direction of the arrow in the support bearing 30, which in turn is attached to the swap body. The bores 35 serve to hold fuses (spring bolts) against rotation of the support tube 12 in the support bearing 30. The support bearing 30 has a round cross section on the inside, the dimensions of which are selected such that the support tube 12 can be rotated in the support bearing 30 in a sliding manner. At the outside end of the support tube 12, the support tube 12 is inserted into a profile with an external angular cross section 16, which forms an adapter part 36. This adapter part 36, formed from a profile of angular cross section 16, and arranged therein the support tube 12 is indicated by three screw connections with the corner piece 13. The support leg 11 is drawn perpendicular to the support tube and carries a foot plate 27 at the lower end. A bolt 26 is used to fasten a safety strut, which is not shown here. Inside the support leg 11 is a profile outside round cross-section 17, for reinforcement, d. H. forms a reinforcing part 37 and the support leg 11 is connected to the corner piece 13 via the indicated screws.

In Figure 2, the individual parts are pulled apart. Again, the support tube is designated by 12, which in particular can be a profile with a round cross-section 17 on the outside. The support leg 11 is in particular a profile with an outside square cross section 16. The adapter part 36 has a profile with an outside square cross section 16 and in particular has the same cross section as the support leg 11. The reinforcing part with a profile outside round cross section 17 has in particular the same cross section as the support tube 12. It is thus possible to produce the support tube, the support leg, an adapter part and a reinforcement part with two profile variants. The threaded inserts are used to fix the support tube on the corner piece 20, which are arranged in the cavity of the profile outside round cross-section. The corner piece 13 has a horizontal guide surface 18 for the profile with an external angular cross section and a guide surface 19 perpendicular to the guide surface 18, which in turn receives the support leg. Both the support leg 11 and the profile located therein with an outer round cross-section have recesses through which the bolt 26 can be pushed, the bolt expediently having two different thicknesses and the last recess on the support leg in the direction of impact having, for example, only the diameter of the smaller bolt part . When inserting the bolt 26 from the outside, it is not possible to push the bolt through. By means of a locking ring on the thin end of the bolt, this can also be secured against falling back over the locking strut.

Figure 3 shows the two nested profiles 16 and 17 and the inserted thread insert 20. This arrangement corresponds to a section through AA or BB in Figure 1. The profile outside square cross-section 16 has, as shown by way of example, four longitudinal wedge-shaped projections 15 on the inside in turn engage in the longitudinal groove-shaped formations 14 on the outside of the profile with a round cross-section 17 on the outside. In the interior of the profile, the round cross-section 17 on the outside has longitudinally rib-shaped projections 21 attached symmetrically to one another. Under these formations and between the inner wall, the threaded insert 20 is pushed, which is thus only longitudinally displaceable within the profile and is fixed against twisting.

Erkennbar sind wiederum die längsnutenförmigen Ausformungen 14, die hier beispielhaft über den Umfang gleichmässig vierfach verteilt sind.FIG. 4 shows the profile on the outside of round cross section 17 for further explanation alone. The support tube and the reinforcing part 37 of the support leg can be produced from this profile with a round cross section 17 on the outside. The longitudinal groove-shaped formations 14 can again be seen, which are here, for example, evenly distributed four times over the circumference.

In Figure 5, the profile outside square cross section 16 is shown in cross section. This profile can be used both for the support leg 11 and for the adapter part 36, which is pushed over a part of the support tube. Four wedge-shaped projections 15 are exemplary drawn. The interior of the profile 16 is likewise drawn in rounded at two adjacent corners by way of example. This is related to the retracted two adjacent corners of the outside of the profile outside square cross-section. The wedge-shaped corners fit in a form-fitting manner on the guide surfaces 18 and 19 of the corner piece. The guide surfaces 18 and 19 of the corner piece are correspondingly designed in the form of longitudinal grooves. The two paragraphs 32 are also shown by way of example. The meaning of paragraphs 32 can be found in the commentary on FIG. 8.

Die zusammengestellten Profile sind der Figur 3 zu entnehmen.FIG. 6 shows the cross section and the top view of a threaded insert 20 shown as an example. The top view shows three screw holes with an internal thread, which are distributed over the length of the threaded insert 20 in accordance with the bores of the support leg and / or the support tube. The flanks 33 engage under the longitudinal formations 21 of the profile with a round cross-section on the outside. The compiled profiles can be seen in Figure 3.

Figure 7 shows a view of a corner piece. The guide surfaces 18 and 19 are indicated, which are at an angle of 90 ° to one another. The guide surfaces 18 and 19 have a longitudinal groove-shaped shape which preferably corresponds to the shape of the profile on the outside square cross section 16. This also applies in particular to the drawn-in corners 31 of the profile with an external cross-section 16. At the end of the guide surface 18, a closure 28 is shown as an example. The profile of the angular cross-section on the outside, which rests on the guide surface 18 and is fixed on the guide surface 18 by a screw connection, abuts the closure 28 and thus there are no open profiles against the outside of the swap body. The profile of the angular cross section on the outside, which represents the support leg 11, lies against the guide surface 19 and is likewise fixed by the screw connection.

A top view of the corner piece 13 is drawn in FIG. 8, the top view of the support leg 11 being drawn in from a profile with an outside angular cross section 16. The profile 16 has the shoulders 32 and the drawn-in corners 31. The guide surface is 19 in cross section visible, which is designed according to the cross section in the region of the retracted corners of profile 16 groove-shaped. The profile 16 and the guide surface 19 are thus positive. The guide surface 19 has a recess 34 on its outer edge. With the paragraph 32 and the recess 34 there is a joint. It is possible to place a weld seam in this joint to support the screw connection or to dispense with the screw connection. These statements apply mutatis mutandis to both guide surfaces 18 and 19.

Figur 9a zeigt die Draufsicht, Figur 9b die Seitenansicht der Sicherungsstrebe 22.FIGS. 9a and 9b show the securing strut 22, here constructed with two U-shaped profiles 23 by way of example. The tab 24 is attached to one end of the U-profiles 23, the eye 25 is attached to the other end and each, as shown here by way of example, is secured by four screw connections. An eyebolt 29 serves to fasten the securing strut to the support foot in the transport position of the support foot. For this purpose, the securing strut is mounted in the eye 25 so as to be able to be displaced to the side or spread out somewhat, and the safety strut can be rotated parallel to the support foot and suspended in a recess in the lower end of the support foot. FIG. 9a shows the top view, FIG. 9b shows the side view of the securing strut 22.

Die Schrauben selbst sind nicht eingezeichnet.FIG. 10 shows the securing strut shown in FIG. 9 as an exploded drawing. The two U-shaped profiles 23, the eye 25, the tab 24 and the ring bolt 29 can be seen, like the recesses or screw holes made on the parts. The screws themselves are not shown.

The base plate can be designed as a cast part or pressed part and the like. In the present case, the footplate is designed as an aluminum casting, the actual footplate containing an attachment, the outer circumference of which corresponds to the inner circumference of the profile 16. The structure also has an eye with which the base plate on the profile 16 can be secured, for example by a screw connection. The structure can also be designed in a wedge shape and the base plate can then be firmly attached to the lower profile end by simply pressing it in. In this case, too, a screw connection is preferred in order to make it easy to replace guarantee.

Figur 12 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht von schräg unten eines Wechselbehälters mit den Stützfüssen in Ruhestellung (vertikal).Figure 12 shows a perspective view obliquely from below of an interchangeable container with the support feet in the rest position (vertical).
