Definitions
- the invention relates to a motor drive device for switching devices and switchgear of medium-voltage technology according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Motor drive devices are generally used in medium-voltage technology in order to always be able to carry out switch-on and switch-off processes at the same and sufficient predeterminable speed and by remote control.
- a predeterminable switching energy by actuating a drive device into a switching spring, which depending on the design - tension or compression spring - is pulled or pressed until a dead center position is reached, and this is achieved by automatically releasing the same after the dead center position has been exceeded release again when a switching mechanism is actuated at the same time.
- Such drives with motor, motor gear and clutch can be found in different designs in different types of switches and switchgear.
- DE-PS 19 47 427 describes a switch drive for a tap changer with a Maltese cross with a switching spring which engages on an actuating shaft (crankshaft 12) via a crank and is otherwise held stationary, in which the actuating shaft on the one hand has a clutch with a free stroke ( Clearance) with a drive shaft and on the other hand via a mechanism for equalizing the torque curve and a Maltese cross with a switch contact shaft with switch contacts.
- the drive shaft in turn is via a gear transmission coupled with a motor and via additional gears with a hand crank.
- the switching spring is a tension spring and is tensioned by the motor or with the help of the hand crank, i.e. by turning the actuating shaft, and moved to its top dead center and finally in the dead center position, from which it suddenly relaxes due to the free stroke of the clutch. This relaxation in turn leads to a sudden rotation of the actuation shaft and ultimately the switch contact shaft.
- the solution takes up a lot of space and cannot meet the requirement for manual emergency operation, according to which a motor drive device must be operable by hand while uncoupling from the motor.
- DE 34 15 501 A1 also describes a spring-loaded drive with a worm gear, the worm of which is arranged on a two-part drive shaft connected via a clutch to a drive device, and the worm wheel of which is connected via a tensioning lever to one end of a spring force accumulator designed as a tension spring.
- the tension spring engages with its other end on a shift lever which is latched on an actuatable pawl.
- the coupling serves to separate the two drive shaft parts and thus the separation of the worm from the drive device as soon as the tension spring is tensioned, and is actuated by a plunger arranged on the worm wheel when the worm wheel reaches a predetermined angular position and the energy provided for actuating the switch into the tension spring is introduced.
- the switch drive is then ready to be called up.
- the invention has for its object to provide a motor drive device with a switching spring for switchgear and switchgear of medium voltage technology, which can be arranged in a space-saving manner and can be operated by hand with simultaneous decoupling from the motor.
- the object is achieved in a motor drive device according to the preamble of claim 1 by the characterizing features solved.
- the motor drive device allows a gear member to be designed as a coupling member, thereby reducing the number of essential construction elements, a compact and space-saving design.
- the clutch is designed so that it allows on the one hand a rotational movement transmission from the gearbox connected to the motor to an actuating shaft with a predeterminable free range of the coupling member to be driven, and on the other hand enables a complete disengagement of both coupling members by an actuating element which can be inserted into the actuating shaft.
- This coupling design advantageously makes it possible to operate the motor drive device at any time by hand and to decouple it from the driving motor.
- the measure according to claim 2 one feature of which is the use and design of a worm gear with a worm and a worm wheel which is also designed as a coupling member, offers the further considerable advantage that the switching spring and thus the actuating shaft and thus the actuating shaft and the switching contact shaft oscillate due to the self-locking of the worm gear with the switch contacts as a result of a switching process is avoided.
- the further features according to claim 2 advantageously allow rotation of the actuating shaft in both directions of rotation up to the dead center position of the switching spring alternatively by a motor drive or by manual actuation with a subsequent jump rotation triggered by the relaxing switching spring within the predetermined range that limits an angle of rotation range Clutch clearance.
- the measure according to claim 3 offers the advantage that the coupling shaft can be guided with play through the worm wheel receptacle, thereby preventing the coupling shaft from being driven in a radial direction by the driving worm wheel. on bending, stressed and braked by contact with the worm wheel mount.
- the measures according to claim 4 and 5 allow in a simple manner a connection between the worm wheel and the coupling shaft which is positively connected to the actuating shaft in the direction of rotation in order to transmit the rotary movement while allowing a limited clearance.
- the measure described in claim 6 advantageously serves to release the clutch, in particular with the aid of the measure described in claim 9, and to rotate the actuating shaft by hand.
- FIG. 1 The basic structure of a motor drive device according to the invention with a compression spring 2 acting on a hollow actuating shaft 1 and movable by a dead center position is shown in FIG. 1 .
- a take-off jump lever 3 with an approximately quarter-circular shape and an arch slot is arranged (FIG. 1A) , on which an articulated rod 4 engages, which is articulated at the other end with a lever 6 arranged on a switching knife shaft 5 .
- the actuating shaft 1 is rotatably mounted on a housing 7 by means of two bearings, of which the gear-side bearing 8 is shown.
- a worm wheel receptacle 9 with a central bore and a running surface for a worm wheel 10 which is also provided with a central bore is fixedly arranged on the housing 7 , through which the worm wheel 10 and the actuating shaft 1 are axially assigned to one another.
- 2 is the arrangement the worm wheel receptacle 9 and the worm wheel 10 are shown in section, with a worm 11 driving the worm wheel 10 being indicated.
- the worm wheel 10 has told the Schneckenradability 9 a game a. From Fig. 1 it can be seen that the worm wheel 10 is locked by a mounting plate 10a on the worm wheel receptacle 9 .
- the gear unit formed from worm wheel 10 and worm 11 is connected to a motor 12 via a worm shaft, the worm wheel 10 also being a component of a clutch for the rotary movement of the actuating shaft 1 and a clutch member.
- the second coupling member is a coupling shaft 13 (FIG. 4) , which is axially displaceable in the actuating shaft 1 - connected to the latter in a form-fitting manner in the direction of rotation (FIG. 1) .
- a groove 14 is made axially parallel in the coupling shaft 13 , into which a screw 15 arranged in the actuating shaft engages.
- the coupling shaft 13 is guided through the bore of the worm wheel receptacle 9 and has at its end on the worm wheel end on the side of the worm wheel 10 facing away from the actuating shaft 1 a radially arranged rod-shaped entrainment element 16 with a rectangular cross section for the transmission of a rotary movement in a frontal cutout, the cutout delimiting walls 17 have the shape of a ring section and represent a slotted sleeve (FIG. 4A) .
- a pressure spring 19 which rests against a fixed stop 18, is guided and supported on the driving element 16 .
- the other end of the coupling shaft 13 is fixedly connected to a slide rod 21 .
- a manual operating lever 22 can be inserted into the operating shaft 1 , with which a pushing force that overcomes the force of the compression spring 19 can be applied to the slide rod 21 by hand.
- the worm wheel 10 (FIG. 3, FIG. 3A) has on the side facing away from the actuating shaft 1 on two projections 20 arranged concentrically around the bore in each direction of rotation two contact surfaces 20a or 20b for the driving element 16 .
- the driving element 16 can be rotated relative to the worm wheel 10 .
- the clutch shaft 13 is pressed in the coupled state with the driver 16 by the compression spring 19 against the worm wheel 10 and bears against the latter in the area between the contact surfaces 20a and 20b .
- the motor 12 is switched on and the worm wheel 10 is thus rotated in a predeterminable direction as a result of the worm rotation.
- the contact surfaces 20a and 20b come into contact with the driver 16 as a function of the direction of rotation, as a result of which the coupling shaft 13 is also set in rotation.
- the compression spring 2 used as a switching spring which is connected to the actuating shaft 1 via a lever holder 23 and is arranged in a corresponding angular position, is compressed until the actuating shaft 1 has reached the angular position in which the dead center of the compressed compression spring 21 lies .
- the compression spring 2 relaxes suddenly, which also leads to a sudden change in the further rotation of the actuating shaft 1 as a result of the clearance between the contact surfaces 20a and 20b and thus also via the articulated rod 8 of the switching knife shaft 5 .
- the speed of the abrupt switching operation is essentially determined by the compression spring 2 and is always the same regardless of the direction of rotation.
- the motor is switched off by contacts arranged on the switching knife shaft 5 , which are actuated in the angular position thereby given. The switching process is finished. As a result of the self-locking of the worm gear, oscillation of the switching knife shaft and thus the switching knife is avoided.
- the manual actuation lever is inserted into the free end of the actuating shaft 1 22 and pressed against the arranged there to the clutch shaft 13, slide rod 21 against the force of the compression spring 19th As a result, the clutch shaft 13 in the actuating shaft 1 is axially displaced by the amount x in the direction of the compression spring 19 , and the driving element 16 disengages from the worm wheel 10 . The transmission and the actuating shaft 1 are thus uncoupled.
- the manual control lever 2 engages with another Locking element 24 in a recess 25 with contact surfaces for the locking element for both directions of rotation and clearance of the actuating shaft 1 , whereby the switching operation can be triggered by rotating the manual actuation lever 22 and thus the actuating shaft 1 in the corresponding direction up to the over-center position.
- a switch is actuated which switches off a flowing current on the drive motor 12 , so that a manual emergency switch can be carried out.
- the worm shaft is designed so that various commercially available gear and small gear motors can be flanged for direct and alternating current. By tilting and rotating the motors on the worm gear, the space requirement of the entire motor gear can be adapted to the available installation space.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a motor drive device for switching devices and switchgear of medium-voltage technology according to the preamble of
Motor drive devices are generally used in medium-voltage technology in order to always be able to carry out switch-on and switch-off processes at the same and sufficient predeterminable speed and by remote control. For this purpose, it is known to introduce a predeterminable switching energy by actuating a drive device into a switching spring, which depending on the design - tension or compression spring - is pulled or pressed until a dead center position is reached, and this is achieved by automatically releasing the same after the dead center position has been exceeded release again when a switching mechanism is actuated at the same time. Such drives with motor, motor gear and clutch can be found in different designs in different types of switches and switchgear.
Diese Entspannung wiederum zieht eine sprunghafte Drehung der Betätigungswelle und letztlich der Schaltkontaktwelle nach sich.DE-PS 19 47 427 describes a switch drive for a tap changer with a Maltese cross with a switching spring which engages on an actuating shaft (crankshaft 12) via a crank and is otherwise held stationary, in which the actuating shaft on the one hand has a clutch with a free stroke ( Clearance) with a drive shaft and on the other hand via a mechanism for equalizing the torque curve and a Maltese cross with a switch contact shaft with switch contacts. The drive shaft in turn is via a gear transmission coupled with a motor and via additional gears with a hand crank. The switching spring is a tension spring and is tensioned by the motor or with the help of the hand crank, i.e. by turning the actuating shaft, and moved to its top dead center and finally in the dead center position, from which it suddenly relaxes due to the free stroke of the clutch. This relaxation in turn leads to a sudden rotation of the actuation shaft and ultimately the switch contact shaft.
The solution takes up a lot of space and cannot meet the requirement for manual emergency operation, according to which a motor drive device must be operable by hand while uncoupling from the motor.
Der Schalterantrieb ist dann abrufbereit.DE 34 15 501 A1 also describes a spring-loaded drive with a worm gear, the worm of which is arranged on a two-part drive shaft connected via a clutch to a drive device, and the worm wheel of which is connected via a tensioning lever to one end of a spring force accumulator designed as a tension spring. The tension spring engages with its other end on a shift lever which is latched on an actuatable pawl. The coupling serves to separate the two drive shaft parts and thus the separation of the worm from the drive device as soon as the tension spring is tensioned, and is actuated by a plunger arranged on the worm wheel when the worm wheel reaches a predetermined angular position and the energy provided for actuating the switch into the tension spring is introduced. The switch drive is then ready to be called up.
The invention has for its object to provide a motor drive device with a switching spring for switchgear and switchgear of medium voltage technology, which can be arranged in a space-saving manner and can be operated by hand with simultaneous decoupling from the motor.
The object is achieved in a motor drive device according to the preamble of
The measure according to
The measure according to
The measures according to
The measure described in

The basic structure of a motor drive device according to the invention with a
The gear unit formed from
The worm wheel 10 (FIG. 3, FIG. 3A) has on the side facing away from the
If a switching operation is to be triggered, the
If the switching operation are manually triggered, the manual actuation lever is inserted into the free end of the
It should also be mentioned that the worm shaft is designed so that various commercially available gear and small gear motors can be flanged for direct and alternating current. By tilting and rotating the motors on the worm gear, the space requirement of the entire motor gear can be adapted to the available installation space.
